This is a combination of the fog horn and horn honking sounds. Long Tones usually mean S CA into Mexico but can’t be sue with this new sound, need to monitor it for a bit. It was all long tones and then all the sudden the tones are short which is more Northern or Central CA.

At this time I have mostly the back issues. Mid low back feels like more for Tonga
and Fiji L side shoulder blade not bad but picking up which is Japan

There has been more pain on the R knee and L mid leg and thigh.
The full upper back for Indonesia is hurting again and the L side neck feels stiff today

I Had a short time last night experienced chills and mild nausea In the past this has been tied into quakes 5.0 or greater in the Wasatch, New Madrid area. The last two times this happened were a long time ago. Once in 1987 and the last time was 1995. So its been a while. Its almost like a very short term flu. But I treated it with Hot Tea and laid down for about 30 minutes it helped. Picking up Loma Prieta Quake Zone * in table * sleepiness, ears plugged up and temple to temple headache. Likely San Jose or Morgan Hill.

Vision is one of my biggest issues almost daily its Oregon but its also Simi Valley Big Bear CA and Japan over 6.0 events. The recent activity in March off BC Canada, could be behind this as it’s a very active seamount. Thousands of quake reported in just 1 day. Happy to see that The Geysers have dropped a bit in activity to 361 events still far above the 200 target point but better. Some Yawning, this would be Eureka specifically offshore about 90 miles.
I have had several new contacts due to the radio show so I can add 2 more countries to my list of sensitives.

10:06 AM Woke with chest pains this morning was up late and thought it was over tired but checked the quakes and noticed there was a small a/s in New Jersey as I expected nothing to write home home about low back pains but then I saw the number of quakes in Mexico most of them were in or near Jalisco. So that accounts for the heart pains 10:40 AM
