| OVERVIEW OF SYMPTOMS THE LAST 12-24 HOURS. |
| Yesterday was a blur of symptoms the most painful was the continual headache. It began as a continuation of the headache that has been part of my life for the last 45 years. But about 11 AM yesterday the true migraine hit. It was back of head mostly the L side although it became on the R side and the area from the nape of the neck under the hairline if you lay the edge of your thumb on that area and spread out your fingers that’s where the pain hit. Since it was griping pain deep inside my skull, there is no doubt it was tied to volcanic activity. It was only the day before that I heard about the major eruption in Indonesia. That would have been enough to cause problems on its own, but this one was also causing sharp heart pains like Mexico. This is one area that it is impossible for me to not only ignore but miss as well. So it was not a big surprise to see the eruption report on line late last night for Popo in Mexico. That would account for both the migraine and the sharp hear pains. Left side leg pains were pretty bad yesterday but on and off they seemed to increase and decrease. So I checked the quake list and see that there were several near and over 4.0 event both in Ecuador and Guatemala which are tied to the the Left leg. The Right leg is more Peru/Brazil/Columbia/Guatemala and Cost Rica and some times Panama. There has been numerous quakes in Peru and Guatemala and Panama. Stomach pains hit again in the mid afternoon so tied them into the activity in Texas, and Sierras as well as IL and OK, activity. The back pains were on going. From below the waist to up to the top of the full upper back from shoulder to shoulder. Vision was ok, not near 100% but most of the day I was able to see the cell phone screen and computer keyboard and screen without my reading glasses. The Ants have pretty much been gone since the 6.6 event in Japan the tiny ones left about 1-2 days before the quake the larger ones, left a few hours before the quake. I have seen up to 1 dozen tiny* Dash* ants just going up and down the wall not stopping or going to their food dish just up and down, disappear and reappear several times a day. The larger ones, even though I had some of their favorite foods in their dish they have not come back since before the quake. Cats are ok, no one sick in about a week. No spiders. End.. 1:00 PM PDT |
