| SYMPTOMS AND OBSERVATIONS LAST 12-24HOURS |
| The last 24 hours were better than the last 3 days but still have multiple issues mostly with headache and still waves of dizziness. There has been lots of back pains, especially in the very low back, whicah is mostly tied to the Wasatch and New Madrid Faults. These areas can and do cause mild nausea and intestinal flu symptoms. Then we have the heart pains, mostly its been the achy type but there has been a few sharp jabs now and then The R side pain which I experienced only once during the last 24 hours and for a very brief time, and it has always been tied to events in Puebla MX. There has been stomach pains with the heart pains and these go with both locations of India/Nepal and Borrego Springs, Imperial Valley. Leg/knee pain both legs. Most of the areas that can cause these symptoms are tied into Peru/Brazil/Columbia/Guatemala/Ecuador and Panama/Costa Rica.. the last two are only recently been added to the list. This can affect your leg from ankle to hip. My biggest complaint was balance issues and then feeling cold again I have learned to connect the cold as a symptom for quakes, not so much as to location, but as a symptom. Had Popcorn for dinner last night, I had made some soup but really didn’t want it, So made popcorn and that did the trick. I also ate corn chips as a snack during the day so CORN. I was craving candy and Carbs all night. Sweet roll, yogurt covered raisins, red licorice, Everything Bagel, Carbs was the word of the day. Bigger ants were in invasion mode last night they left briefly mid morning, could have been from the Los Angles Corona area. They are back in full invasion mode again. The tiny ones have not left. Cats are ok, one may have been sick yesterday which was likely due to the Klamath Falls small Oregon quake yesterday. Solar is really causing lots of symptoms.. pressure on the sternum then into the back, and around the ribs I call it a bear hug without the bear. This mimics a gall bladder attack. The best thing you can do with Solar Flu is to drink hot and sweet Peppermint Tea as sweet and hot as you can stand it. If you have no access to tea suck on peppermint candy.. Lecithin is really good. It’s available in oil, and powder capsules, or granules. I know of at least 6 sensitives have had their gall bladder removed without stopping the symptoms. Be sure you are not having a heart issue as it is similar symptoms. |
