Update 7:10 PM-PDT Solar Activity We were supposed to get G1 storm today which we did but at 7:56 it switched up to a G2 Storm There was a M4.0 flare at 2:13 AM PDT this morning. * I had sent a message to my contact at 12:30 PM yesterday that I was picking up another solar event * Sent message to my contact regarding solar symptoms I was feeling at 4:00 PM today we had a M9.7 at 6:49 PM today very close to a X Class Flare. I just sent another message 10:49 PM, its not over usually the symptoms go away after the event but this time it did not go away. So I am waiting to see what’s next. Filament, Halo, CME or more M class or maybe even an X class, my best guess is its a halo or filament maybe a large flare. 11:02 PM PDT |

| Mostly I have had headache and on and off earaches. The Sound I hear has really picked up in volume. Some El Salvador sounds.. I also have had lots of pain on the R side near shoulder blade.. in the past that’s been Kuril Islands but it can sometimes be wrap around from upper ribs of The Dominos. They are still active with Vanuatu and Marianas. I also have had low back pains, this is both the Mid Low back of Tonga and Fiji and the extreme low back pains of the Wasatch and New Madrid. The ones that are hitting harder today are the Wasatch and New Madrid. This is also tied into some specific areas.. I especially respond to MO and TN and we did have an event this morning in TN. So that could be part of this. Wondering about the areas of ID and UT, TX and OK and CT, CO many more possible locations but just curious. Very tied today. 1:15 AM Was hit with Carb Sugar Craving last night, early AM. Had 3 red licorice, snack size 2 candy bars, box of yogurt covered raisins, 1, 2pk Little Debbie’s cakes, half dozen Hot Tamales candies. Did not help much next time I will be just make popcorn. Had high card dinner but did not think about it till I was doing this update today. fell asleep about 1:45 AM but woke about 2:30 AM. Had a hard time getting back to sleep. Lots of knee Pain L side again. So hopefully Ecuador or Guatemala will do something and break the pressure. Lots of stomach pains last night. Even before the carb attack. I think I had posted the areas for stomach pain, as Sierras, Cascades etc.. there was a quake in both Mammoth Lakes last night and Bishop today. So I am watching the Central Valley of CA for more activity. Specifically Coalinga, Fresno, Bakersfield and Ridgecrest areas.* Sometimes Avenal and Parkfield … L mid lower back rib is very sore, this can be lifting but also ties into AU, NZ, PNG and Kermadec Islands and Japan… over 5.0-6.0+ Still have sternum pressure, and or pain which goes down from the sternum to just above the navel. The pain on the right side stomach with jabs and matching heart pain is Nepal. India is sharp heart and L side earache. Vision is bad since yesterday Reading glasses don’t really help. There was one quake in Oregon very small.. near Maupin. So perhaps more of the same. Would not be surprised to see offshore activity near Coos Bay, Bandon or Gold Beach. Finally the headache is mostly L sided which is Chile or volcanic in origin Over the eye and temple areas is mostly quakes in Chile, Bolivia and or Argentina but the brow pains and back of head pains is classic volcano precursors. This morning I had sharp pain, back of head L side but higher up than with Harmonics so suspect this is larger quakes near volcano but not pre harmonics. R side chest pains Puebla Mexico hit again at 12:15 PM today. Also watching S Africa and Straits of Gibraltar as well as Canary Islands, Portugal and Italy. So these are potentials. Classic heart pains on and off for several days but not overly concerned mostly Mexico and Central AM.. parts of Italy, Imperial Valley etc. S CA.
