| The N. CA Geysers current numbers are at 289 quakes for 7 days. Only when we reach quake numbers over 200 events in 7 days, is there cause for concern. I have learned once we reach the 200 quake ceiling, a quake of 4.0 or greater event within 72 hrs *this can be inland or offshore* N. CA., from Eureka to the Bay including SF Bay proper, The Geysers and Sierras all the way to Central CA and Coalinga is almost a certainty. | Sin1981ce my final post last night I have been experiencing various symptoms mostly a combination of earaches and headache and some stomach pains. I had been texting with a friend when I saw the reports come in with the 4 quakes in Iceland. I wrote and told her that I thought it could be of volcanic origin. There are a few/couple of volcanoes I watch or have followed in Iceland names that pop into my mind are Hekla and Katla. But these would have been mentioned. Then I thought about the Fagradalsfjall eruptions threatening the town of Grindavic Iceland but again it would have been n the news..so did some checking and my best guess is if this is volcanic in origin its possibly connected to the Svartsengi Volcano. Time will tell. At this writing the number of quakes in Iceland has jumped to 20 with 3 events over 4.0, 16 events 3.0 and higher and one event 5.2 the largest so far. The earaches on and off the R side has been achy this morning but not severe. The L one has been more painful but the pain last night centered under the L ear as it had before the 7.1 Nepal/Tibet quake. Back Story: The headache continues without a break for the last 3 hours. I need to rephrase that … relating to headaches, I have not been without a headache of varying degrees since the 16th of March of 1980.. granted some times its just a dull ache well actually its a dull ache all the time, but there are times when there is not a break in the unrelenting pain for days at a time. This same headache was what prompted the name of the Volunteer Project that was started for me in March 1981. Dr Chris Dodge and Publicist Michael Browne and I sat around his small kitchen table in the wee hours of March 31st, 1981 when I was invited to attend the USGS Earthquake Mitigation Conference, so Chris flew in from DC and it was out first meeting and we put together Project Migraine for my real symptoms the most debilitating was headaches. I drove back to Salem the next day and then within a few days I went to Seattle WA to to be part of the first of many tests that I would undergo with Project Migraine. This project lasted from March 1981 till about 2001 when Chris passed. We at one time had about 50 people who reported to either Chris or I with symptoms they were experiencing. Only a handful were really sensitive but some friendships were formed at that time and before that that continue still today. This was before the internet/computers and cell phones so it was totally phone calls and news papers and radio shows. When I was on a TV show the letters would come in requesting information etc. so my first 2 page pamphlet. That has grown to over 30 pages but its in need of a update but now I have switched up to a daily blog. The back pains mostly the L side near the upper ribs and shoulder blade and the R side near the R side of the full upper back pains. So continue to watch Indonesia, and Japan, Kuril Islands and Tonga/Fiji. The ribs continue to hurt this morning which is Oceania on the L side as I posted last night the areas I was watching were N and S Island NZ and Eastern New Guinea PNG Since that post there has been quakes in S Island NZ and Eastern New Guinea PNG. I also mentioned both Sumatra, Halmahera, Sulawesi Indonesia and quakes have taken place in all of those locations as well. I mentioned Nepal and there were quakes in Nepal as well as Nicaragua which was also on my list as well Greece and Iceland …. Kuril Islands and Italy also showed up. The pattern I watch with France was always connected to Switzerland and Germany all have shown up. All bolded areas have had quakes in the last 12-18 hrs. I mention this because some emails have asked me why the quakes I am ” feeling ” have not shown up… most do, but they are not posted as they do not hit the 4.0 or greater events. The R ribs are really hurting at t his writing 11:10 AM PST. The way they feel I am wondering if its more Solar than Seismic? I have not checked the solarham.com site today. I rephrase that, this is definitely Solar. That being said, I am going to check the link right now. The last update they are showing in January 13th so what I am feeling has not been picked up as yet. Merlin has been non stop verbal today. Crying and pacing and even trying scratching at the glass patio door trying to get outside. Oregon is possible again based on the vision totally blurry and the swelling on one side of the forehead. Then we get the stomach pains, L side shoulder blade pains the stomach pains go with many locations but the shoulder blade pains on the L side are Japan and that’s a given to expect a/s from the Kyushu quake of yesterday. The stomach and some heart pains connect to Nepal/Tibet and more. The final thing I wanted to share is the low back of the Wasatch/New Madrid too many locations to list them all but I will say ID, UT, TX, NM, OK, TN, MO and IL. As I am closing this update I am experiencing the dental pains of Santa Barbara Channel. After shocks due in Mexico, Japan and Iceland. |
