| The N. CA Geysers current numbers are at 306 quakes for 7 days. Only when we reach quake numbers over 200 events in 7 days, is there cause for concern. I have learned once we reach the 200 quake ceiling, a quake of 4.0 or greater event happening within 72 hrs *this can be inland or offshore* N. CA., from Eureka to the Bay including SF Bay proper, The Geysers and Sierras all the way to Central CA and Coalinga is almost a certainty. * Quake numbers are down for The Geysers.* Timeline February 1-7 2025 for a major quake possibility. |
| REMEMBERING TODAY THE LIVES LOST IN THE MAJOR QUAKE IN TURKEY and NORTHWEST SYRIA TODAY IS THE ANNIVERSARY OF THE MAJOR QUAKE 7.9 THAT HIT TURKEY ON FEB 6, 2023 CLAIMING 53,000 LIVES IN TURKEY AND ANOTHER 6,000 IN SYRIA, DESTROYING OVER 40,000 BUILDINGS. FEB 27 A A/S OF 5.6 DESTROYED DAMAGED BUILDINGS AND MORE LIVES WERE LOST. The ongoing activity in Greece dominates the quake list again… so far nothing major has hit but its unlikely that this will continue looking at the quakes just by the sheer numbers. So I continue to monitor the Greece websites and English speaking news. They are monitoring their areas carefully both seismically and volcanic related activity. The other area still having many shakes etc its TURKEY and as you know this is or has been one of my concerns for a very long time, and the quakes near the Dodecanese Islands Greece tied right into that. The symptoms have been a bit less painful today other than the legs and headaches. I had to go back to sleep today as I was exhausted unable to sleep much for 2 days that the solar symptoms kept me awake. So I am really concerned about Greece, Turkey, Mexico, Gulf of CA MX and Baja CA MX.. At this time, 6:13 PM PST there has been 225 quakes in Dodecanese Islands Greece since midnight the 6th. Thats a lot of activity. Turkey has calmed down a bit with 254 events since Feb 1 So I am watching this area closely. Some quakes in Indonesia and Alaska as well as multiple quakes in Chile. The Central America countries are also seeing more quakes. Not a lot of activity in the US today so I see a small even in S CA and and several in AK… Mexico and Italy as well are causing shaking. Will cover more of this in full update. Did have 2 solar events since last update. |
