Between being ill and exhausted all day Saturday I have decided to combine both the 22-23rd on this one update. It will be before noon and the only one today unless something happens at which point I will update the report
The N. CA Geysers current numbers are at 305 quakes for 7 days. Only when we reach quake numbers over 200 events in 7 days, is there cause for concern. I have learned once we reach the 200 quake ceiling, a quake of 4.0 or greater event happening within 72 hrs *this can be inland or offshore* N. CA., from Eureka to the Bay including SF Bay proper, The Geysers and Sierras all the way to Central CA and Coalinga is almost a certainty.
NEW TIMELINE for a major quake 7.0 or greater . NEW TIMELINE for a major quake 7.0 or greater . New… February 20-27th plus or minus 12 hrs. Just as I had expected we had a Primary Precursor since the last update, I feel much better about this one. As of today we have had 2 Primary and 2 Secondary Precursors. Obviously nothing is set in stone but going back to the major quakes of over a hundred years ago no major quakes have hit outside of the timelines. Some times there will be a 6.5+ but I can’t count them unless they are at least 7.0 I use the Tsunami Warning Center in AK as the final word on any questions as to magnitude. Sometimes the timelines will have a space of a few days and many times they run back to back, With the recent activity I would expect a back to back timeline so watching for my alerts.

Noteworthy: Its 2:00 PM Here and I am finally getting up for the 2nd time. My blog was almost done at 4 AM but I the symptoms were strong enough I could not stay up any longer and had lay down Hopefully they will ease off for a bit. There was a 6.0 in Santa Cruz Islands about 10:13 AM today and a X Flare which was what I expected and sent my prediction to the space weather center at 1:50 yesterday that one hit about 11:27 AM today. That was the cause of the R rib pains, Dominos and the major pain/pressure on the sternum the X flare. I spent almost all day down yesterday and finally feel well enough to get up and finish the update at 2:00 PM. I am not changing anything I previously wrote only completing the symptom portion of the update and added quakes of significance which will be have a break and today’s’ date again in italics/bold.
First Posting: February 22-23, 2025 3:57 PM PST Saturday’s post will be in as usual but Sunday’s additional information will be in italics.

Volcanoes: Indonesia: Ibu, Semeru, Lewotobi Ecuador: Reventador New Zealand: White Island Nicaragua: Telica Japan: Sakurajima Hawaii USA: Kilauea Italy: Etna Solar Activity: There was a M 4.9 at 6:13 PM PST event, I do not believe this was large enough to cause the intensity of the symptoms I experienced all day Saturday. I have been experiencing all day Saturday. Since I still have some symptoms, I suspect more is on the way. 2/23** Just checked solar reports about 1:50 PM PST SUNDAY There was a 2.0 X class fare today on the Sun at 11:27 AM PST. Although it was an X class flare, again it doesn’t feel like this is the end, symptoms have eased up but definitely are on going. Still getting sharp pin prick pains on the sternum and pressure in same area. itching is back. |
Cats, Ants Spiders Worms and Observations: Cats: Merlin was upset all day yesterday he went between restless sleeping and running around and crying then back to the window and crying to get out. He finally calmed down about 3:30 in the afternoon and slept and played a bit with his siblings until he went to bed about 9:30 PM. The other 2 were fine expecting trying my patience all day. Ants: The larger ants I watch were gone and then about 6 PM we had ants again only 3 but they were starting to come into the room again. The dash ants have been almost all gone since mid morning there were about 3 dozen and then they left about a dozen came back and now they are back to 2 sentries watching the dish and area the ants come in and out. Spiders: No spiders seen Earthworms: I have not seen any signs of worms even checking under the recycle can where they like to come up and there were none yesterday. Observations: NOTE: Just checked on the ants and they are coming back in since the quake or solar flare? anyway they are back up again from 1-2 sentries to about 1-2 dozen at this time.3:38 PM PST. Also tingling on R eye * 3:38 PM avalanches, landslides and rock falls * sometimes part of volcanic activity but it can also stand alone and with all the rain there is always the danger of avalanches and slides.
Symptoms and Locations: Balance/Dizziness: Balance was not too bad in the morning but got worse as the day progressed. I definitely had issues walking. More tilting noted. Headache: Although the headache was basically all over my head yesterday it was most painful over the L eye and the brow bones sharp pains over L eye Usually Chile but can be other issues. There was a bit of pain next to the R temple and this likely can connect to Greece/Italy and Hawaii… Iceland and Alaska. Back pains: Lots of back pains yesterday. Mostly its the full upper back for Indonesia and then there is the mid upper back pains of Turkey over 150 quakes in the last 24 hrs.. the mid lower back pains of both Tonga and Fiji and there has been more quake activity in both locations in the last 24 hrs some as large as 5.0. Finally we get to the lower back pains of both the Wasatch and the New Madrid systems. The only two locations that have shown up today are Texas and Oklahoma… both have had multiple quakes and are enough to cause the stomach pains and even seismic flu symptoms of the last 24 hrs. The R shoulder blade pains are the Kuril Islands and not much in that area today and the L side is Japan and that one did have quakes today and that also accounts for the dual tones for the 24 hours. Leg pains: The L leg is more for Guatemala and Ecuador, not much in either category Ecuador had a couple of hits but Guatemala not so much and no volcanic activity .. Ecuador had both quakes and volcanic activity. R leg is Peru, Brazil, Columbia, Panama and Costa Rica… there has been a couple of smaller events in Peru but Costa Rica seems to be causing the most problems today. Knees, calf and thigh pains. Heart: This one is complicated today. I have had lots of the sharp needle jab pains but at least part of it is connected to the ongoing solar activity. The sharp jabs most often go with Southern CA and into Mexico with the Gulf of CA and Baja CA MX both causing some of the pain and then we have Imperial Valley which makes up most of the rest not including both Italy and Hawaii and even parts of Los Angeles, and Pasadena with some connected to India as well as Borrego Springs and surrounding area. The Gulf pain can also be part of Mexicali and seeps into Temecula, I remember being there and I got so sick, I found out later the place my husband had chosen to eat was just a few blocks from the Elsinore Fault which runs parallel to the San Andreas. I have always believed it would be as likely for a major quake on the Elsinore fault as the San Andreas. Actually from when I drove it in the 70’s in Los Angeles area before St Helen’s I believe its actually the Inglewood /Elsinore. The achy heart pains go with about any place that has chest pains… volcanoes and N and Central CA as well as OR and WA activity.. Coalinga, Bishop, Eureka, Cascades and more. Alaska, Iceland, Philippines, Azores and some Indonesia and even Turkey. Stomach Pains: The stomach pains of today and yesterday say Wasatch/New Madrid but the other symptoms I get with larger events are not present. Just the basics ID,UT, WY, OK, TX, NM,TN, MO, AR, KS, VA, OH, SC, NC IL there are more but this is all I am going to list. Then we have Borrego Springs showing up again with both the stomach pains and heart pains and this one matches India.. including at times Nepal. The Geysers of N CA show up again as they cause the same symptoms stomach pains which goes into Healdsburg and Cloverdale as well as Mammoth Lakes, Bishop and Coalinga into Central CA.The Cascades especially Mt.Hood, Mt.Rainier, Mt.St Helen’s and the Axial Seamount all add stomach pains to the headaches. Finally you get stomach pains with parts of the Landers Quake Zone including Yucca Valley, Joshua Tree and Big Bear area. Most of the areas above have had recent as in the last 1-2 days activity. Many quakes in Coalinga, and Avenal which for my purposes I consider them about the same… Quakes in CO, OK, TX, WY, ID, UT etc all have been quite active. Ribs: The L ribs are Oceania which includes Australia, New Zealand including the Nicobar and Andaman Islands with New Ireland and New Britain as well as Eastern New Guinea PNG. and The Kermadec Islands. Quakes in PNG and Kermadec Islands. R rib pains are the Domino Islands and include several 11 locations but the ones more active have been Tonga, Fiji, Solomon, Santa Cruz and Loyalty and Vanuatu Islands and on occasion Marianas. Quakes in NZ, PNG, Kermadec Islands as well as Tonga, Fiji, Santa Cruz, Solomon’s, Vanuatu and Loyalty Islands in the last couple of days. Ears: The L ear is China, Pakistan, Afghanistan and India and some times Nepal… there has been multiple quakes again in Western Xizang * Tibet/China. Then we have also had an event in Afghanistan in the last 1-2 days. India continues to shake as well. The R ear is Taiwan, Leeward, Windward, Trinidad, Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico and Nicaragua. There continues to be activity in Taiwan, and Puerto Rico and Nicaragua and one in Leeward Islands. Vision: Vision is bad its hard to read the laptop screen at times. Gratefully the cell phone will take voice text which makes for some interesting text AI does not always understand and use the word you meant or it fill outs automatically so I may start to write Solar Connections: 2/23 As reported in the beginning of this post there was a 2.0 X Flare at 11:27 AM PST today. I am still feeling like more is coming. Sternum pains and banding sensations.. The Chile Connection: There have been multiple shootings and road rage and suicide events in the last 2 days. L side headache and L eye pains and emotional. When I start tearing up during commercials on TV that’s a big ‘ Heads Up ‘
Where Next: I am sure there will be a/s of the recent quakes in the Dominos.. including Santa Cruz Islands from today and Solomon Islands from yesterday. Quakes in Vanuatu also likely. Still keeping an eye on both Northern CA activity including The Geysers and ” Hollister” as well as San Jose, Morgan Hill and Santa Cruz Coalinga? Baja CA MX and Gulf of CA. BC Canada also likely to experience a/s quakes.
Areas That Have My Interest: Still watching the Gulf of CA activity including San Luis Rio Colorado MX activity and wondering if its going to trigger a larger event? Still watching Greece and hopefully that will calm down but so far it shows no signs in doing so. I find it interesting how different reporting agencies like EMSC vs USGS USGS says Near Crescent City CA and the other one says near Brookings Oregon both are valid, you have to subtract miles and it works but I am not sure why the areas seen to be so different. Then I am watching the activity happening in India and Nepal and Azores into Africa and connected locations.
Areas I am watching for potential larger quakes based on possible foreshocks or number of events: Aftershock time lines: 6.0 Fiji February 7-10 then Feb 25 thru March 4th -7th 6.0 Ethiopia February 14-21 then March 7-10th 5.1 Port Alice BC Canada Feb 21-24 6.0 Santa Cruz Islands Feb 23-26
