| The N. CA Geysers current numbers are at 421 quakes for 7 days. Only when we reach quake numbers over 200 events in 7 days, is there cause for concern. I have learned once we reach the 200 quake ceiling, a quake of 4.0 or greater event happening within 72 hrs *this can be inland or offshore* N. CA., from Eureka to the Bay including SF Bay proper, The Geysers and Sierras all the way to Central CA and Coalinga is almost a certainty. |

MARCH 19-26, 2025 Obviously nothing is set in stone but going back to the major quakes of over a hundred years ago no major quakes have hit outside of the timelines. Some times there will be a 6.5+ but I can’t count them unless they are at least 7.0 I use the Tsunami Warning Center in AK as the final word on any questions as to magnitude. Sometimes the timelines will have a space of a few days and many times they run back to back, With the recent activity I would expect a back to back timeline so watching for my alerts. |

| Noteworthy: Its 1:00PM and I am experiencing some sternum pains, itching and on and off heart pains.Not sharp as I would expect but deeper mild pinching pains.. R side is Puebla and the deep ear horn honking sounds connect to El Salvador and dual tones to N to Japan. Solar activity picking up. India/Nepal/Borrego Springs, sternum stomach pains in sync with pinching pains. Feels like there is a moderate quake building. Using peppermint to help settle my stomach with nausea… The banding continues with heart burn and this is all solar. So watching for more solar, a filament or halo as well as the close to a X flare which was causing the itching. |

| Cats, Ants Spiders Worms and Observations: Cats: Merlin has been pretty subdued so far today. All the cats seem pretty calm. Merlin had a few bouts of crying in mid afternoon. Ants: The larger ants are down to 2 Finally noticing the numbers on the middle ant group going down today. The dash ants are still gone. Spiders: No spiders seen Earthworms: No earthworms seen. | Symptoms and Locations: Balance/Dizziness: There has been major balance issues today and walking is not easy. I already took Meclizine about 7:45 AM hoping it will kick in and I can get some stuff done I need to do. Pushing myself away from furniture. Headache: The L side headache is still connected to Chile and there has been quake activity in Chile, Bolivia and Argentina. There has also been some pain over the brow bones and this is almost always volcanic in origin. Then we have temple to temple headaches, this has been Northern and Central CA quake precursors. The R side is mostly Philippines, Alaska, and Iceland and at times it can also be part of some of the volcanism of both Hawaii and Italy. The pressure headaches over the eyes continue in the last 12+ hours. This is always the quakes that seem to be connected to volcanic pressure as well as larger water events. Gratefully no base of skull pains in the last 24-48 hrs. Back pains: The mid upper back pains are Turkey and linked to locations connected to that area. The full upper back pains are Indonesia. This can include many locations. The Banda, Flores, Molucca and Celebes Seas are but a small group of precursors. Sumatra, Halmahera, Sulawesi, Java, Jakarta, Nias and more. The mid lower back is Tonga, Fiji, The lower back is the Wasatch and New Madrid… There has been multiple quakes in Indonesia and many quakes have hit Turkey in the last 12-24 hrs There has been quakes in both Tonga and Fiji as well as South Fiji and the Wasatch have had quite a few quakes. Western TX, Southern ID, KS, OK, TN, MO, NM, VA, NC/SC and IL Leg pains: The L leg pains connect to the Guatemala and Ecuador.. We have a volcano erupting in Guatemala and there has been more quakes in Ecuador. The R side is Peru, Brazil, Columbia Panama and Costa Rica. There has been quakes in Guatemala, and Ecuador as well as Peru, Southern and Northern Peru as well as Columbia and Costa Rica all have had quakes in the last 24 hrs. Heart: The sharp heart pains go S which includes parts of Southern CA into Mexico, Mexico proper, and Central America. There are also sharp heart pains that go with quakes in Japan over 6.0 or greater. They also connect to quakes in Italy and Hawaii… Some of the quakes in the Imperial Valley also cause the sharp heart pains as is Italy/Nepal areas. There has been numerous quakes in S CA, Mexico, Central AM, as well as Imperial Valley, like Borrego Springs, Mexicali, Calexico, El Centro etc. and although there has been quakes in Japan none have met the magnitude 6.0+ criteria. The Palm Springs Whittier and Pasadena/Burbank areas. The achy heart pains are always connected in some way to volcanism like the Cascades, Sierras, including Mammoth Lakes and Bishop into Coalinga. The Cascades like Mt St Helen’s, Mt Hood and Mt Rainier and perhaps even Mt Adams?? The Axial Seamount also is included in this. Offshore OR, WA and Northern as well as Central CA… especially The Geysers and the Loma Prieta Quake Zone. From Eureka to the Bay and SF Bay proper.. can include Hollister, San Jose, Morgan Hill and Santa Cruz, Concord, Palo Alto and more. There can also be more connected th Alaska and Iceland as well as Azores etc. Stomach Pains: The areas of N CA and Central CA especially the area of The Geysers will cause stomach pains and that includes the area of Healdsburg and Cloverdale as well as parts of the Sierras.. and Mammoth Lakes and especially Bishop and Coalinga. The Cascades of Oregon and Washington both also are the cause of stomach pains. The area that is most linked to the stomach pains is the Wasatch and New Madrid fault systems. There are over 20 locations I watch 16 but will only list the areas that have had the most recent activity. That would be ID, UT, WY, NM, KS, TX, OK, CO, and MO, TN and VA, NC, SC and OH and IL. There is also stomach pains connected to the Landers Quake Zone which includes Yucca Valley, Joshua Tree and Big Bear CA as well as Simi Valley. Borrego Springs and India/Nepal. Ribs: The L ribs are Oceania and the pain is linked to AU, NZ, PNG and Kermadec Islands and we have had quakes in AU, although small in magnitude, plus NZ, both N and S islands and PNG as well as Easter New Guinea PNG and the Kermadec Islands.. The R side ribs are Domino Islands which include Tonga, Fiji, Santa Cruz, Vanuatu and Solomon and Marianas. There has been quakes in all these locations in the last 24 hrs. * Ribs really sore both side banding.. Solar? Ears: The L ear pains are connected to China, Pakistan, Afghanistan and India/Nepal? The R side is Taiwan, Leeward, Windward, Trinidad, Virgin Islands Puerto Rico and Nicaragua. There has been quakes in China, and Afghanistan as well as India/Nepal The R side areas Taiwan and Virgin Islands as well as Puerto Rico and Nicaragua all have had quakes, since the last update. When there is pain on both sides that would be Italy and Hawaii as well as Palm Springs, Whittier, Pasadena and Burbank large water events and volcanic eruptions will often cause the ears to be plugged and pressured. There has been quakes in almost all of these locations since the last update but I have been experiencing more R ear deep pains since last night on and off.. Vision: Vision is still not great but at least I am able to read the computer screen today. The cell phone is still iffy. Solar Connections: Major itching today.. must be connected to a high M or X class flare since 10:05 AM The Chile Connection: Shootings and road rage, Suicides and murder continue with all the quake activity in Chile. There has been another plane crash this one was in Honduras and 12 persons died, 5 survivors. |
| Where Next: Basically the same quakes as yesterday. There are more quakes in Oceania, Indonesia, Turkey and Mexico.. all connect to likely upcoming quakes as well as Northern and Central CA… Based on The Geysers expect more quakes in N and Central CA should be 4.0+ The S CA activity is still not done watching for the symptoms that lead up to these events but so far not much has shown up for symptoms… the event that hit about 12:24 AM this morning I had a bit of heart pains or it could have been Mexico about the same time.? |

Then there has been more quakes in India/Nepal, as well as Turkey and Mexico as well as Japan. Imperial Valley and Azores and Borrego Springs and Imperial Valley. There has been some quakes which were not listed since they did not make 4.0 or greater but there were 3 quakes on the Panama Costa Rica Border and quakes in Central America. |
