| The N. CA Geysers current numbers are at 414 quakes for 7 days. Only when we reach quake numbers over 200 events in 7 days, is there cause for concern. I have learned once we reach the 200 quake ceiling, a quake of 4.0 or greater event happening within 72 hrs *this can be inland or offshore* N. CA., from Eureka to the Bay including SF Bay proper, The Geysers and Sierras all the way to Central CA and Coalinga is almost a certainty. |

April 22- April 29, 2025 Obviously nothing is set in stone but going back to the major quakes of over a hundred years ago no major quakes have hit outside of the timelines. Some times there will be a 6.5+ but I can’t count them unless they are at least 7.0 I use the Tsunami Warning Center in AK as the final word on any questions as to magnitude. | Noteworthy: If your cat is going crazy with zoomies and crying climbing etc. I tried something and he is now sleeping peacefully. I took his favorite toys and rubbed them with catnip and he played till he tired and climbed up on the sofa next to keep and crashed. The others are also sleeping. Solar Activity: Still a large coronal hole and we are still in the process of a solar G-1 solar storm noted short term This alert stays in effect through Tuesday. Itching is still a problem. Merlin seems to bite himself and scratch himself a lot * no fleas * when he goes into one of his reactions to whatever it is he reacts to and I wonder if he also is itching? Perhaps the solar activity affects our furry friends more than we knew. The biting may be a reaction to itching his sides, and legs and tail… he scratches his face. Sometimes mine itches enough that if biting it would solve the problem I would probably bite myself too. |
| Cats, Ants Spiders Worms and Observations: Cats: Merlin is sleeping for now and the other two are also sleeping its peacefully quiet. He had quite a bout of running crying itching and biting for about 2 hrs from 9-11 AM Then began to settle down. Finally crashed on the couch next to me and is asleep holding his toy catnip mouse. Ants: The ants are really down… not gone but very few noted this morning. I will update if that changes. Spiders: No spiders seen since small one in bathroom sink yesterday afternoon. Earthworms: None noted or no reports from others. it was freezing again this morning and too slick for me to walk out and check. | Symptoms and Locations: Balance/Dizziness: Balance has been bad but I have had worse so I am able to walk without too much tilt. Headache: The headaches are mostly over the eyes again but some L side headache and the frontal across the forehead as well. The R side is more for Alaska, Iceland, Azores and Philippines… and the L side is Chile, Bolivia, Argentina and most all the other areas.. including Indonesia.. then there is the frontal across the front of the forehead like temple to temple pains/headache and that’s usually Northern and Central CA and this one has been hurting mostly since mid evening last night. The deep pains on the brow bones which is is volcanic in origin and this one I am sure on the R side is connected to the recent quakes in Philippines and the L side connects to Indonesia as well as Chile, Bolivia, Argentina and most other locations… the R side is more Hawaii, Italy, and Philippines, Asia… There has been more all over headache which seems to be a prevalent symptom for events in Indonesia both seismic and volcanic in origin. After talking with the Alaska group today I believe that many of us are reacting to the activity around Mt Spurr. He told me that the activity was increasing with small quakes and the gases are increasing which can but does not have to precipitate an eruption. But he said that the AVO is watching and monitoring the volcano carefully. \ Back pains: There has been some back pains as expected with the recent quakes so the mid upper back pains are caused by the ongoing activity in Turkey which can include the Dodecanese Islands and Aegean, Caspian and Ionian Seas. Multiple quakes in Dodecanese Islands as well as the Ionian Seas. The full upper back is pretty painful.. I also have a Compression Fracture in that area, and a very dear friend pointed out to me that this ‘ gift ‘ we share will hit the weakest link in the body so if you have a place for chronic pains, you can most times expect it to react even more. So that being said… my upper back felt like it had been hit with a 2×4 it was that painful last night but then I remembered I had brought in things from the car and it mad me thing about the ad on TV talking about back pains and ” Litterback ” brought on by lifting the 20 + pound jugs of cat litter which I did yesterday. But even given the back issues I was sure that we were looking at more activity in Indonesia. Mostly due to the many quakes all over the area in a short span of time. Then we have the the mid lower back pains of Tonga and Fiji, not sure about Fiji but Tonga has been really active with the 4.9 and more events and just in a bit ago another 5.1 in Tonga. That’s the L side mid lower back near the outside of the body.. just above the hips. The next area would be the shoulder blades which is more likely to be the L than the R side but both can react. The L side is always Japan and that involves many locations and then we have the R side which is the Kuril Islands. Both have had quakes in the last last 12 hrs. Then finally we get to the low back which is very low.. and this the the Wasatch and New Madrid Fault areas. We had quakes since last night in Texas, New Mexico, Kansas and Ohio as well as Utah and others.. Leg pains: The L leg pains are tied to activity in Guatemala and Ecuador. In the last 12 hrs we have had quakes in Ecuador and smaller ones in Guatemala plus we have on going volcanic activity in Ecuador. The knee seems to be the area of the most pain but the calf is almost as bad. Then there is the R leg pains which again seem to affect the knee most but the thigh is the other area of pain on the R side.. but for both legs it an be from the feet to the hips. The R side is Peru, Brazil, Columbia and Panama as well as Costa Rica.. we had small quakes in Panama and there were quakes in two parts of Peru but the surprise was the volcanic eruption in Costa Rica. Although its a leg pain precursor the volcanic part of it can add to the symptoms for volcanic activity. Heart/Chest Pain: After some thought I decided to add Chest Pain to the Heart Pains. The reason being its obvious not all pain in the chest is connected to the heart but that does not mean it can’t be.. so be proactive if you get chest or heart pains and its severe or prolonged or its combined with jaw pains or stomach pains, nausea, faintness or cold sweats please seen medical attention. For me some areas are heart related and cause PVC’s due to Mitral Valve Prolapse. Very common by the way in biological sensitives. That would be parts of Southern CA, Imperial Valley and Mexico as well as India, Italy and Japan. I may interchange them but mostly I will just be using the term chest pains and sharp dull or achy. The L side chest pains I have recently had are likely tied into the quakes in Imperial Valley as well as to Mexico especially Oaxaca and Jalisco as well as the volcanic activity in Italy.. There is some small activity in Southern CA but honestly I’m not picking them up in the form of chest pains. The R side chest pains are always connected to Puebla MX. Sharp chest pains also go with India, Borrego Springs, Italy and Hawaii and Japan over 6.5 There has been a lot of achy chest pains these are tied into the activity in OR, WA, and Northern and Central CA. This includes The Geysers and Mammoth, Bishop and Coalinga. Offshore events can also cause some achy chest pains for some sensitives. The areas of Alaska, Philippines, Iceland, Azores and Indonesia as well as parts of Oceania most any where you can experience chest pains depending on your sensitivity. Then we get into the chest pains connected to the other events such as … Solar Activity.. the pains are sharp and needle like and usually hit the sternum area. This also happens with India, Borrego Springs, Italy and Hawaii. Stomach Pains: The stomach pains are mostly between painful and green apple belly ache. The ones that are painful are mostly connected to the Cascades and this includes both OR and WA volcanoes. Mt Hood, Mt St Helen’s and Mt Rainier Then we get into Northern and Central CA and this is about the same till you get to Mammoth Lakes and Bishop which is a green apple bellyache. But make no mistaken this area can put you in the nearest Emergency Room if a larger quake is building.. in laymen terms its Instant Hard Labor complete with Contractions. This happened before several of the larger 5.5+events in the early 1980’s. The Geysers will cause more of the dull or achy stomach pains and this extends to the geothermal hot springs like Healdsburg and Cloverdale and even Susanville.The quakes can happen inland or off the coasts of Washington, Oregon and or CA between Eureka to the Bay and SF Bay proper. This can include The Loma Prieta Quake Zone. Then other location is the Wasatch and New Madrid fault systems. This includes may locations and I will just add the usual list with the added areas of activity today. NM,ID,UT, CO, WY, OK, TX, NC, SC, VA, IL, TN, MO, AZ, MT, KS, less common *SD, ND and AR, VT, GA and OH. Just since midnight Western Texas near Van Horn, Kansas near Marion, Western Texas near Midland, Utah near Tremonton, Ohio near Cambridge and New Mexico near Kermit, There are some areas which are more likely to cause stomach and or intestinal flu symptoms which come and go without a fever. Add ID, WY MT,OK, IL, AR TN and MO and maybe CO. Big Bear and Temecula will also cause these same symptoms. Ribs: The L ribs are part of the activity in Oceania and we have had 3 events that fit that area today. The areas are, AU, NZ, PNG and Kermadecs. We had a 5.1 in SE Coast of Australia and a 5.7 in Eastern New Guinea PNG and there were quakes although small in both N and S Islands New Zealand. The R side rib pains are part of the Domino Islands and include 5.1 Tonga as well as 6.2 Vanuatu and a/s. We had quakes in both of these locations since last night. Ears: The L ear is China, Pakistan Afghanistan and India/Nepal.. We have had several quakes in China over 4.0 and we had Afghanistan as well as India and Nepal/Myanmar have all had activity as has Myanmar all over 4.0 The R side ear pains are Taiwan, Leeward, Windward , Trinidad Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Nicaragua. Only small events for the area’s associated with the R side earaches. There can be ear pains with volcanic eruptions and larger water events like the 6.6 today in Indonesia. Speaking of ears.. myself and lots of others are reporting a noticeable increase in the sounds and loudness of these sounds. The tones or sounds as I call them are stronger and much louder. This picked up about 3 days ago. On top of that I have been getting the repeated UHF sounds. 4 times so far today. Vision: Its still very blurry but I don’t see the ghosting I saw earlier today. |

Hi Char, very fine blog. The past three days I have had vomiting, itching and heart-burn (here in Colorado). All three symptoms have been maddening in their intensity; just when it seems the cycle is over, it starts all over again. This three-day bout is the longest we have ever experienced such symptoms. Thank you Connie its still a work in progress but I am trying.
I am still trying to figure some things out but for the most part its okay.
The vomiting etc is not a common symptom but I an others have also experienced this symptom
from time to time. If it keeps up, I urge you to talk to a medical doctor to be sure you
are not having gall bladder or that kind of problems. Thanks again for the kind words.
