Part 1 of 3 of the 72 hours that led up to the major eruption of Mt St Helen’s 45 years ago this coming Sunday.
Just in 6.0 event in Peru notified at 3:48 AM * this was in my areas of Interest tonight *

The Friday before the major eruption of Mt St Helen’s May 16th I was on my way to Portland to KATU Sandy Poole who worked at the station called to let me know that my complimentary T-Shirt had arrived from Los Angeles ABC Network for my live appearance on That’s Incredible. So I was driving up a bit early as I had an appointment about 3 PM in Lake Oswego a very nice community S of Portland. So I met Sandy and we had lunch and then I went back to the TV station, dropped in to say hi to a few of the news staff. Sandy was concerned about me as my headache was much worse and she said I was tilting as I walked my body was leaning to the L side. So it was time to go and several of the crew came in from lunch and said that when they attempted to go to lunch in their parking lot at least 4 cars would not start. Mine was okay but I was not in the lot. I knew this was a precursor especially for Washington a mere few 9 miles away. So I left the TV Station and headed to Lake Oswego to speak at Lake Oswego High School one of the science students made me their project and I agreed to go and speak to the class about Mt St Helen’s. So I went to the high school and did a basic chronological report of what happened since the sounds began in May 1976. As I was finishing the talk I laid my arm on the metal lab table where I was sitting on one of the lab stools.. I felt a vibration mild but definitely it was a vibration. I told the class and no one else felt it So I finished my talk and was answering questions and then as I was ready to go, I said ” By the way, watch for something major to happen on the mountain within 48 hrs ” and I said goodbye and headed out to Salem I noticed several cars stalled along the freeway to Salem not all that unusual but it seemed like there were more than normal, in the 50 miles I traveled S..recalling what happened at the TV Station earlier that day.. I was going to do some checking when it got home… when I returned home I was off balance, the sound was deafening and I had a full blown migraine. I fixed dinner we watched some TV and my sons and husband were getting ready to go hiking and fishing for the weekend they were leaving in the morning. So I made sure I had their bags packed and ready to go. I checked in with my mom and dad, and friend and then It was time to go to bed it was 11:30 but the sound was so loud I found sleep almost impossible. I checked on our baby pigeons and they were doing okay I filled their water and food dish, we had gotten some young pigeons from a man in the area who had racing pigeons and I was watching them to see how they were acting based on the way they were acted before quakes and smaller events happening at St Helen’s. The Dog was a bit antsy but I did not think about it at the time. One of my 2 cats had gotten sick but I didn’t think much of it till later.. I fell asleep on the sofa watching TV. Major Eruption Of Mt St Helen’s Part 2 tonight.

The N. CA Geysers current numbers are at 364 quakes for 7 days . Only when we reach quake numbers over 200 events in 7 days, is there cause for concern. I have learned once we reach the 200 quake ceiling, a quake of 4.0 or greater event happening within 72 hrs *this can be inland or offshore* N. CA., from Eureka to the Bay including SF Bay proper, The Geysers and Sierras all the way to Central CA and Coalinga is almost a certainty.

NEW TIMELINE for a major quake 7.0 or greater . May 16. 2025 . NO CURRENT TIME LINE EXIST Obviously nothing is set in stone but going back to the major quakes of over a hundred years ago no major quakes have hit outside of the timelines. Some times there will be a 6.5+ but I can’t count them unless they are at least 7.0 I use the Tsunami Warning Center in AK as the final word on any questions as to magnitude. Sometimes the timelines will have a space of a few days and many times they run back to back, With the recent activity I would expect a back to back timeline so watching for my alerts.

Noteworthy: I lost my entire data base about 5:30 PM I did a system restore and it still didn’t clear so did a deep scan and it was cleared about 11 PM so its still on going. I think I had a glitch on my Outlook Mail system.

Still have itching and tightness/banding around the torso. Observations: I have been getting mild pains on the L side of my chest not painful but definitely noted.Reminds me of the type of pain that I had in September 2017 Mexico. It hits about every 20-30 minutes lasts about 3-5 seconds.

Cats, Ants Spiders Worms and Observations: Cats: The cats were pretty good for the most part but Merlin went into his zoomies mode 3 times today. Crying and sounding like he was in major pain.. but I am sure he is just reacting. I was able to break the cycle with catnip again. Once he laid down next to me and I talked to him softly and gave him a bit of a massage and he relaxed and went to sleep. This happened about 2 times and then he was ready to go to sleep. No other reports from others about cats. Ants: The medium ants were hiding under the plate dash ants on counter not too many of them but if I saw them I would catch them and put them back on the plate.. so mostly I think they are just hanging out but at one time this afternoon I lifted the plate and there had to be at least 3 or 4 dozen ants hiding … this made me think about seismic reaction. Checked about 11 PM and the count was about 2 dozen in all both kinds. Spiders: 1 very small spider seen. Baby my female found it she is really good at hunting spiders. I saw it on the wall but it as so small I thought it was a large ant…before I got up the spider had retreated under the cabinet. Earthworms: none seen NOTE: 13 or more quakes offshore N CA in the last 24 hrs. There is possibility for either a main shock or a/s from the quake of April 23, off Eureka CA. 11:38 PM PDT

Symptoms and Locations: Balance/Dizziness: Balance was off but no meclizine taken. I think that’s 3 days without the meclizine. Had to hang on to things to walk over to put wood on the fire, almost walked into the cabinet its so strange but its like in the hallway, its like you are actually pulled into what your closest to. Headache: There is a the brow bone pains which are over both eyes just under and over the eye brows.. this tends to go with Chile, Bolivia and Argentina..as well as volcanic activity. The L eye area seems to respond to the Chile and this causes pain when you blink and neuralgia L eye pains. Quakes in Chile Bolivia and Argentina. The next area is the R side this is Philippines as well as Alaska and Iceland and some others… this is usually around the R temple area. Then we have temple to temple headache which most often connects from one side of the head to the other. It usually goes with OR, WA and Northern as well as Central CA.. This can be inland or offshore activity, but most often is connected to volcanism in the last 24 hrs there has been numerous quakes in N CA offshore. So this is likely the cause of the temple to temple headache it can also include plugged up or pressured ears. The final area is back of head and this is only for magma movement or pre eruption activity. None of this was noted in the last 12 hrs but there was just a brief few minutes before midnight last night. So quakes in Philippines, Alaska, and Washington,and Northern CA. Back pains: The mid upper back is Turkey and we have had a large increase in quakes in Turkey since the last update. The full upper back pains kicked in and there were quakes in Indonesia in multiple locations. Then there is the mid lower back pains which connect to Tonga on the L side and Fiji on the R and both of these locations have had multiple quakes since the last update. There are shoulder blade pains and I found that there is also a location connection for both of these sides of the body. The R shoulder blade is the Kuril Islands and the L shoulder blade is Japan. We had a event in the Kuril Island and 3 more quakes in different locations in Japan. When the quake is over 6.0 you may experience sharp chest pains and if its deep pains that go into spams, then the quake has always been at least a 7.0 event. The final location is the very low back pains. This is just below the waist and into the sacrum area. There are at least 20 states that can cause this symptom but the most common ones are: ID, UT, NM, MT, WY, KS, TN, MO, OK, TX as well as OH, VA, SC, NC and IL.* this is the info I used last update and there has been quakes in multiple locations.. Leg pains: The L side pains are most often caused by activity in Guatemala and Ecuador. This can be caused by both seismic and volcanic activity. Both have had recent activity. The R leg is connected to events in Peru, Brazil, Columbia Panama and Costa Rica The pain has been really intense today. The activity since the last update has been happening in various locations in Peru, Panama and Costa Rica. Heart: The sharp chest pains almost always go with quakes in Southern CA and into Mexico and Mexico proper as well as Japan if over 6.0 magnitude, Imperial Valley around Borrego Springs, and El Centro, Oaxaca and Michoacan Mexico as well as R side chest pains which are Puebla close to the Popocatepetl volcano. There is also sharp chest pains associated Palm Springs, Whittier, Pasadena and Burbank, parts of Landers Quake Zone, and then the sharp chest pains can also go with quakes in Italy and Hawaii as well as India/Nepal and Myanmar. Lots of quakes in Mexico, parts of Southern CA as well as India/Nepal and Myanmar. The achy chest pains are part of the states of Oregon, Washington and Northern and Central CA. These are most often connected to volcanic quakes on the Cascades including Mt St Helen’s, Mt Hood and Mt Rainier. The quakes can be offshore or inland.. recently quakes have been happening near Bremerton and Tri cities WA, as well as offshore Southern OR.. and then we get into the area of Northern and Central CA.. this is mostly connected to The Geysers as well as Mammoth Lakes, Bishop and Coalinga south. Finally you can get the achy chest pains with quakes in Philippines as well as Alaska and Iceland , Azores etc Stomach Pains: The main area that will cause the stomach pains are the areas of Imperial Valley, parts of Big Bear and Yucca Valley as well as Mammoth Lakes, Bishop, Coalinga, Bakersfield, Fresno etc. The Geysers of Northern C will also cause the achy stomach pains. Then you can add Healdsburg, Cloverdale and Susanville as well as The Geysers. The stomach pains also go with Temecula and Simi Valley. Parts of South and Central America. There is often some stomach pains connected to quakes in Indonesia as well as parts of Oceania. Many quakes have hit in the Imperial Valley as well as Landers Quake Zone, and Parts of Northern and Central CA as well as the Sierras. The Geysers, offshore N CA and even Nevada. The main area of stomach pains are the Wasatch and New Madrid quake zone. There are as stated 16-20 different states that can cause stomach pains but the most likely ones are ID, UT, NM, MT, WY, KS, TN, MO, OK, TX as well as OH, VA, SC, NC and IL. * ID, UT, AZ, as well as KS and OK , TX, TN, MO, WY, MT, OH and IL seem to be the ones more often causing the pains which can go from green apple belly ache to hard labor* that’s something the ladies would know about * for the guys maybe more like being tackled and having a 300 pound man land on your stomach * The pain can go from mild, to intense to stomach and intestinal flu symptoms. There has been more activity in TX, OK, WY, MT, ID, KS, UT and TN/MO , since the last update. Ribs: The L ribs are Oceania and this is Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea and the Kermadec Islands NZ. There has been activity in all of these areas most too small to add on the list but there were quakes in NZ, PNG and the Kermadec Islands 4.0 or greater since the last update. The R side ribs are the Domino Islands and this includes the areas of Tonga, Fiji, Marianas and Vanuatu, and even Santa and Solomon Islands. The quakes in Tonga and Fiji have had multiple quakes and there has been quakes in Vanuatu and Santa Cruz Islands since the last update. Ears: The L earaches are part of China, Pakistan Afghanistan and India/Nepal and Myanmar. Multiple quakes in China as well as Hindu Kush Afghanistan and India has had multiple quakes as well as Nepal and Myanmar. The R earaches are connected to Taiwan, Leeward, Windward, Trinidad, Virgin Island, Puerto Rico and Nicaragua. There has been quakes in Taiwan, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico as well as Nicaragua. Vision: Vision has not been as bad today at least I am able to read the laptop, the cell phone is still a bit off /blurry. Solar Connections: The last check said we were in a G2 Solar Storm. The banding is picking up and increasing as of 2:45 AM PDT the last check was about 4 hours ago. The Chile Connection: Still reading about crimes which make me question their cause. Over reaction, Suicides, Domestic Violence, Shootings and Rage.

Where Next: There can be lots of areas that could have quakes. Quakes can happen anywhere but the areas I am watching are Turkey, Mexico, Greece, Tonga, Japan, Chile and D0decaese Islands Greece … I am also watching offshore N CA as well activity in India, Myanmar, Nepal, and especially Turkey. There are more quakes happening in Baja CA MX., Indonesia and Nevada activity. also watching Santa Barbara Channel,Borrego Springs, Julian, Tennessee /Missouri, and Drakes Passage, and Indonesia.

Areas That Have My Interest: Still am mostly watching Turkey including the connected areas of Dodecanese Islands of both Greece and Turkey as well as Aegean, Caspian, Ionian Seas, Crete, Greece and Gulf of Aden. I am also watching Northern and Central CA as well as the Sierras. Imperial Valley and Mexico. There is also quakes I am watching in the area of the African Iberian Plates. Azores, South Africa, Portugal, Spain, Morocco, Straits of Gibraltar, Canary Islands, Pyrenees and Ecuador? The R leg has been really painful.. Peru, Panama, Costa Rica.? Chile continues to shake. Offshore OR events as well as Offshore WA and N CA.
