​​​​​Did not sleep well on the evening of the 16th so with the balance issues I tried to stay down that was not a great day even with Meclizine .. but after dinner I fell asleep after the cats went down about 10. I sat down to relax and hope the itching would ease up and fell sleep, only to reawaken about 2:oo AM. Lots of interference apparently due to Solar Activity.. with TV interruptions internet and cell phone issues for me and others have been reporting similar events.

Balance: My balance has been really bad today. Had to hang on to things to walk down the hall and into the kitchen etc. Vision: Vision has been really bad today but I also had a had a almost constant headache today the balance I am sure did not help. Cats okay. Merlin was crying and running around several times today.He was crying and trying to get outside 2 times and finally fell asleep about 12:45 PM and slept till about 2.. then I put him outside on the enclosed patio and he and his siblings were pretty relaxed till about 8PM Merlin started acting up again and there was lost of fighting between the 3 of them. Ants: Still no ants. I am convinced that they killed off the nest. People in other areas within this area of town reporting ants so its obviously not the fact they were just staying underground its just in my area. I have not checked the flowers yet, was too off balance today to walk around the plants but the ants love the Peonies and some of the roses so will check and see if they have the ants on the buds. No spiders but leaving the back door open I expect to see them in the house. No earthworms seen. Solar Activity: June 16 Today about 3 PM major itching and pressure banding around the ribs.. so this tells me that there is more coming.. another large M or possibly X flare with CME for the itching…….Halo/Filament due to the banding. Current Activity: Today at 21:49 UTC we had a X1.2 event along with a M6.4 event. This would make it at 2:49 PM PDT so the itching was definitely warranted. Then today the itching began to hit really intensely about 7 PM… and the itching continues…as of 2 AM its so bad it woke me up.

Symptoms: Headache was all L sided today and there has also been some activity in Chile and also Indonesia. There is some pain on the R side of the headache which is part of Philippines and Alaska and Iceland. The pain above the brow bones is volcanic in origin. Temple to temple headache connects to Northern and Central CA… There have been multiple quakes in Chile and Indonesia the L side headache and the full upper back pains. Back Pains: The mid upper back pains are Turkey and can include the Aegean, Ionian and even the Caspian Sea. The Dodecanese Islands of both Greece/and Turkey and quakes in Greece/and Crete all go with Turkey as does the Gulf of Aden. The full upper back pains is Indonesia and with 4 active volcanoes and multiple quakes are also hitting Indonesia The mid low back pains are Tonga on the L and Fiji on the R side. Quakes in both Tonga and Fiji have hit since the last update. There is also shoulder blade pains the R side pains are Kuril Islands and the L side is Shoulder blade pains.. The quakes in the Kuril Islands are still having aftershocks and Japan has been presenting more quake activity as well. Low back pains is the Wasatch and New Madrid and there has been many quakes again in Southern ID and New Mexico and Oklahoma. TX, ID, UT, WY, CO, NM, AZ as well as TN, MO, KS, SD, UT, SC, NC and IL VA OH TX, ID, NM Stomach Pains: The achy stomach pains are mostly the areas of the Wasatch and New Madrid with events in these areas TX, ID, UT, WY, CO, NM, AZ as well as TN, MO, KS, SD, UT, SC, NC and IL VA OH TX, ID, NM as well as The Geysers, and parts of the Landers Quake Zone… quakes in the Cascades especially Mt Hood and Mt Rainier, and the Sierras also both can cause the stomach pains. Most volcanoes will cause the stomach pains… as well as Bishop, Coalinga, Ridgecrest… Alaska, Philippines and Iceland. The sharp stomach pains are connected to parts of Southern CA and even Peru but mostly its the Imperial Valley, Borrego Springs, El Centro and India/Nepal as well as Myanmar. Chest Pains: The achy chest pains go with quakes in both Northern & Central CA, OR, WA connected to quakes in the Cascades and Sierras and The Geysers of N CA..offshore from Eureka and the bay… The Loma Prieta Quake Zone as well as Alaska, Philippines and Iceland Mammoth Coalinga and more.. Sharp chest pains are connected to activity in Southern CA, MX, Palm Springs, Whittier, Pasadena, Burbank, Simi Valley, Yucca Valley, and Italy, Hawaii, parts of India, Nepal, Myanmar and Borrego Springs and El Centro. This also includes Palm Springs, Whittier Pasadena. Rib Pains: The L rib pains are Oceania which include AU, NZ, PNG and the Kermadec Islands There has been multiple quakes which are connected to the L rib pains. The R side is the Domino Islands. This is Tonga, Fiji, Solomon, Vanuatu areas. There has been quakes in almost all of the 10 locations but the 4 listed have all had activity. Leg Pains: There is the L leg pains. this is the areas of Guatemala and Ecuador.. quakes in both Guatemala and Ecuador including the volcano in eruption in Ecuador and occasionally the volcano in Guatemala as well. The R leg is Peru, Brazil, Columbia, Panama and Costa Rica.. this one has also had quakes in almost all of these locations. Quakes in many different locations in Peru and Panama/Costa Rica, Nevada, Philippines and Iceland, as well as Chile, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Iran, Pyrenees, Italy and many quakes in many areas. Earache Pains: The L earache goes with China Pakistan Afghanistan and India, Nepal and Myanmar. Several quakes in China, and Pakistan Afghanistan, India, Nepal and Myanmar… The R side earache are including Taiwan Leeward Windward, Trinidad, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Nicaragua…. The quakes have hit in Taiwan, and Virgin Islands, Windward Islands and Nicaragua. This can also include quakes in Philippines, Alaska, Iceland, Hawaii and Italy When both ears hurt watch for quakes with a volcanic origin, or large water events. as well as quakes in Palm Springs Whittier, Pasadena and Burbank.
