​​​​​UPDATE: Today the cats have been more calm but 4 times Merlin all the sudden would start running and crying. This was about 2 in the morning and 3 more this afternoon. It doesn’t last too long and he settles down and goes to sleep. His siblings have been sleeping most all day. I opened the door about 3 PM and they all went out on the enclosed patio and mostly slept. I had one report from CO of sensitive got really nauseated about 10 AM. BALANCE: Definitely needed the Meclizine today. I had to go out, I waited till about 1 PM and was having major issues walking so I just took the Meclizine. I had to go out for an appt at 2-3 it went very well no issues at all. it was better than earlier on Tuesday went I had to go out… so that’s good. Cats: The cats are okay as I said except for Merlin who needed some extra TLC a few times today. No Ants I checked and there were no ants for the 2nd day from the new batch I saw on Tuesday night. No Spiders No Earthworms Other Observations: When I was out one thing I noticed when I went out and was at Walmart there were lots of pigeons. I remembered that the Pigeons can’t usually fly before a large or local quake or eruption. As far as I know they do not react to solar activity. Out of area reports. Solar activity: We are in a current G1 solar storm at this time and should slide into a G2 solar storm with a KP Index of 6 by 6 o’clock tomorrow.

SYMPTOMS: HEADACHE PAINS: L side headache is Chile, Bolivia, Argentina and some of the major quakes in Indonesia, Mexico and Turkey, and Tonga, these often connect to volcanic activity. There was some L side headaches this morning but it was not severe. The L eye socket for Chile is sore but as it usually is with quakes building in that area.. this can include Argentina and Bolivia. R side headache mostly connected to Philippines, Iceland, Alaska and can be part of volcanic events in both Italy/ Etna and Kilauea/Hawaii and other volcanoes. There has been several quakes in Iceland and Alaska as well as Philippines, and Hawaii…since the last update. Brow Bone Pain these quakes are mostly over the eye brow bone or eye socket in the case of Chile. They are a precursor to volcanic activity. Lots of brow bone pain today makes me feel like another volcano is awaking.. if so hope its out in a remote area where it will not cause any harm. Temple to temple pain these quakes are mostly tied to events in OR/WA and especially Northern and Central CA. This includes the quakes at the Cascades and Sierras including The Geysers and inland and offshore, including Mammoth Lakes Bishop/Coalinga and more . The temple to temple headache has been causing symptoms the last 12 hours as well as multiple quakes in WA and we had 2 quakes in Oregon one offshore S OR coast and one near Lakeview OR which is close to the N CA border. Coalinga and The Geysers are both having quake activity The Geysers of N CA are very active again. Frontal center of forehead pains are mostly connected to parts of Southern CA including Northridge and Landers Imperial Valley, and Los Angeles areas. There has been several quakes in The Imperial Valley and near Yucca Valley. Back of head base of skull pains these pains are really painful of migraine strength. They are always a precursor to activity that is building in a volcano either a magma chamber being refilled or tremors which are constant seismic events that proceed an potential eruption or major steam burst or dome building events. The low base of head pains are that triggered by harmonics or magma movement which mostly proceeds volcanic eruptions. I had a couple of bouts of the back of head pains in the last 24 hrs. Thought it might be one of the 2 eruptions happening in Japan or Guatemala. BACK PAINS: The mid upper back continues to be sore.. this is more for Turkey and Aegean, Caspian and Ionian Seas as well as Dedocanese Islands of both Turkey and Greece and areas of both Crete, Greece, Gulf of Adan and Syria. The upper mid back pains is on going for the last 2 days it really is painful but there are so many quakes in Turkey and connected areas its not a big surprise. The full upper back pains are mostly connected to Indonesia. They can be both seismic or volcanic in origin. They also have areas connected these are the Banda, Molucca, Flores, and Celebes Seas. Indonesia has been really active the last 24 hrs. Quakes in many locations in Indonesia including the Banda and Celebes Seas and more than 5 locations in Indonesia. The 4 volcanoes activity is on going and can also affect the full upper back pains. The mid lower back pains are R and L These are on the R side Fiji L side is Tonga Both Tonga and Fiji have been shaking again and just since last night there has been several reas of quakes in this area.s Shoulder blades pains: The R side is the Kuril Islands L side is Japan. The shoulder blade pains both sides have been hurting and there has been quakes in both areas Japan on the L and Kuril Islands on the Right. Wasatch and New Madrid…this involves up to 16-20 states which could be affected by a moderate to large quake in this area. This is a list of partial states I watch due to their consistent activity. ID, UT, AZ, OK, TX, NM, TN, MO, KY, AR and IL. WY, CO, KS, SC, NC SC, and IL VA OH The recent quakes continue in ID, TX, WY, NM, UT, AZ and OK this is not all but it will show that the pains in the area of the very low back I was not aware till I did some recent back ground searching that the New Madrid Seismic Zone is very small in scope only includes NE- Arkansas, W- Kentucky, W- Tennessee, SE- Missouri, S.- Illinois and about 125-150 miles of the Mississippi Valley Region. CHEST PAINS: The sharp chest pains go with many area but to be concise I will say Southern CA into Mexico and Mexico proper parts of the Landers Quake Zone and parts of the Imperial Valley specifically Borrego Springs, El Centro and Mexicali, Calexico, Temecula..Quakes in Palm Springs, Whittier, Pasadena and Burbank. Simi Valley and Yucca Valley and Big Bear.. then we have Los Angeles proper including Northridge and Long Beach, Santa Barbara Channel, Palos Verdes and Santa Monica as well as San Bernardino and Oceanside, Julian and Oxnard as well as Riverside, Pomona and Santa Ana. Mexico the major states of Jalisco, Chiapas and Oaxaca, Michoacan. India etc. There has not been much in the way of sharp chest pains but a few of the locations connected to the area that would cause sharp chest pains other than quakes in the Imperial Valley as as well as India, Nepal and Myanmar including quakes in multiple locations in Mexico. Puebla * Puebla is always on the R side of the chest. At least 4 quakes in Puebla Mexico since the last update. The achy chest pains are a bit different. They cover areas, not so much specifics but there are a few specifics. The areas are WA and OR Cascades but also includes Inland and offshore events. Then we go S to CA… and its Northern and Central CA which includes offshore from Eureka. Multiple quakes off shore N CA and quakes in the Cascades and Sierras. Petrolia to the Bay and SF Bay proper.. Willits, and some of the Loma Prieta Quake Zone this includes San Jose, Morgan Hill and Santa Cruz.. There are also quakes at and Ridgecrest Bakersfield and Fresno etc. Adding Alaska, Iceland, Azores, parts of the African Continent. Quakes in Watsonville and Petrolia of 2 the areas where there has been multiple quakes since the last update. Most volcanoes including the ones in Indonesia and South and Central America. There is a volcano in Alaska they are watching it started to awaken again on or about June 15. There is on going quake activity. They are not overly concerned it might just be ice and snow melt. This volcano has not erupted since 1876 and is listed with the AVO * Alaska Volcano Observatory * as a High Threat Volcano in the US * Iliamna is the Stratovolcano and its located near Cook Inlet in Alaska. EAR PAINS: The L ear pains are China, Pakistan, Afghanistan and India/Nepal/Myanmar. There has been activity in all these areas in the last 24 hrs.China with Xizang. Afghanistan with Hindu Kush Afghanistan, Pakistan, and India, Nepal and Myanmar. India has been active with both Nepal and there are 2 other areas in India I watch. I used to put them on the list but just too much typing Pakistan and. So they are the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Heart and stomach pains as well as earaches on L side. Quakes in Nicobar Islands as well as China and India/Myanmar and Nepal are having quake activity. larger water events such as the 6.2 last night in Southern Mid Atlantic Ridge L The earaches also go with larger water events over 6.0+ and with volcanic eruptions as well as Palm Springs Whittier, Pasadena and Burbank and Italy, Sicily and Hawaii. R Side Ear pains. this goes with Philippines and Alaska Iceland and includes, Taiwan, Leeward, Windward, Trinidad, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Nicaragua. Again the R ear will often hurt with quakes in the same locations as water events over 6.0+ and with volcanic eruptions as well as Palm Springs Whittier, Pasadena and Burbank and Italy, Sicily and Hawaii. The pain on and off the the R side since the last update likely is connected to the quakes in Alaska and Iceland as well as Philippines and Hawaii.. RIB PAINS: Left rib pains are connected to Oceania. This includes AU, NZ, PNG and Kermadec Islands NZ. The quakes in PNG can include New Guinea PNG and Eastern New Guinea PNG as well as quakes in New Ireland and New Britain PNG. Sometimes Christ Church is also part of this area. Quakes in Kermadec and N Inland NZ as well as areas of PNG and AU. All since the last update. The R Ribs are The Domino Islands. This includes Tonga, Fiji, Samoa, Marianas, Admiralty, Loyalty, Marshall, Santa Cruz, Solomon Islands and Vanuatu. The quakes in Tonga and Fiji as well as Samoa and Marianas .. all have had recent quakes. LEG PAINS: L Leg pains connect to Guatemala and Ecuador. The quakes in both Guatemala and Ecuador cause the L pains as well as the volcanic events connected to both locations. R Leg pains are connected to Peru, Brazil, Columbia, Panama, Costa Rica. The quakes in Peru and Brazil as well as Columbia and Costa Rica all connect to the R leg pains. VISION: Not great but not any worse than the last few days. SOLAR ACTIVITY UPDATE: Nothing new since the info above for a G1 and G2 Solar Storm from the solar wind stream.

Areas I am watching for potential larger quakes based on possible foreshocks or number of events: Still watching for more in Turkey Indonesia, Chile, Mexico and Africa. Lots of the activity with the African Continent in the last 24 hrs. Just checked the quakes… multiple quakes in Nevada which can be part of the Sierras and then Albania which is also close to the border of Northern Macedonia. The Azores once again shaking so watching African locations again. Watching for more and larger of the Nicobar Island India could transfer to Andaman Islands India. Based on the recent quakes in Central Mid Atlantic Ridge the potential for South and Central America, Mexico, and NMSZ Falkland Islands and Africa.
