| UPDATE: More quakes some of the areas are really strange but as a collection. There has been multiple quakes in many areas. These areas all have one thing in common they will all cause physical symptoms… I had 2 short spurts of “Frogs” last night and today. This mans a quake of 6.0 or greater will usually happen within 12-72 hrs. Remember that only the information that is bolded and in italics is new information. | BALANCE: Balance has been really bad today… I took meclizine and have almost tempted to take the other 1/2 but do not want to take whole pill unless I really have to. Then I also had R side headaches, frogs and event some deep chest pains L side. Cats: The cats seem okay this evening Merlin ran around about 3 times I am aware of. He started about 8:30 AM and crying and running then sleep… the others were just eating and sleeping. Then about 10:15 he did it again and then finally he was able to get to sleep about 11 only to wake about 15 minutes later and crying and running around. Finally settled down around noon and was fine till about 3:30 and then he was at it again. Now its going on 7 PM and he seems calm. ANTS: No Ants Checked out side on driveway and not any ants this evening or early today No Spiders No Earthworms Out of area reports. Reports from CO with cat doing about the same thing. Solar activity: We are still in a solar storm either a G1 or G2 it changes. I have had not only the itching but I have had severe heart burn since last night today was bad enough that I finally took TUMs and that helped. But for me the heart burn is a precursor for halos or filament events and event a larger M or X flare. |

| SYMPTOMS: HEADACHE PAINS: L side headache is Chile, Bolivia, Argentina and some of the major quakes in Indonesia, Mexico and Turkey, and Tonga, these often connect to volcanic activity. The headache started on the L side for Chile then about 2 hrs later it was on the right side. R side headache mostly connected to Philippines, Iceland, Alaska and can be part of volcanic events in both Italy/ Etna and Kilauea/Hawaii and other volcanoes. The headache as noted started on the L but about 2 hrs later it was on the R side and the headache was really intense. I finally took Meclizine and Tylenol to take the edge off. Along with all the precursors I have talking about then I had frogs so I knew with all the precursors it was time for a quake moderate to large. At4:07 PM PST today a 6.1 hit Mindanao Philippines. Brow Bone Pain these quakes are mostly over the eye brow bone or eye socket in the case of Chile. They are a precursor to volcanic activity. There is new volcanic activity in Popocatepetl which is far more than enough to cause the brow bone pains Temple to temple pain these quakes are mostly tied to events in OR/WA and especially Northern and Central CA. This includes the quakes at the Cascades and Sierras including The Geysers and inland and offshore, including Mammoth Lakes Bishop/and more . There as or has been temple to temple headache which I connect to Northern and Central CA today we have had at least 2 quakes offshore but there has also been 2 events in the area of Hollister and this is connected to the San Andreas fault system. This is also part of the Loma Prieta Quake Zone and this area sustained lots of damage in the 1989 quake. This area also causes achy chest pains and can cause earaches. I di did not have any earaches but I had those high pitch UHF sounds again they often proceed larger quakes in the water which in this case with the 6.1 in Philippines Frontal center of forehead pains are mostly connected to parts of Southern CA including Northridge and Landers Imperial Valley, and Los Angeles areas. * did not have any of these symptoms since the last update* Back of head base of skull pains these pains are really painful of migraine strength. They are always a precursor to activity that is building in a volcano either a magma chamber being refilled or tremors whitch are constant seismic events that proceed an potential eruption or major steam burst or dome building events. Had a very brief time of back of head pains about 3:40 AM today lasted about 4 minutes and went away and did not come back, it was likely due to the new eruption at Popocatepetl. BACK PAINS: The mid upper back continues to be sore.. this is more for Turkey and Aegean, Caspian and Ionian Seas as well as Dedocanese Islands of both Turkey and Greece and areas of both Crete, Greece, Gulf of Adan and Syria. The mid upper back pains seem as much of each day as poor balance with quakes in the Ionian and Aegean Sea and the Dedocanese Islands. Central Eastern and Western Turkey are still very active. The full upper back pains are mostly connected to Indonesia. They can be both seismic or volcanic in origin. They also have areas connected these are the Banda, Molucca, Flores, and Celebes Seas. Well its obvious that the full upper back pains are part of the large number of quake in Indonesia with events in Banda and Molucca Seas and multiple locations like Java, Halmahera, Sulawesi and more plus there has been at least 2-4 ongoing volcanic eruptions for the last few months.. The mid lower back pains are R and L These are on the R side Fiji L side is Tonga This one is easy the ongoing quakes in both Tonga and Fiji are both having quakes daily or more often some times several times a day. Shoulder blades pains: The R side is the Kuril Islands L side is Japan. Right side shoulder blade pains hit me again yesterday which is the Kuril Island and the L side is Japan and we have had several quakes in Japan since the last update. Wasatch and New Madrid…this involves up to 16-20 states which could be affected by a moderate to large quake in this area. This is a list of partial states I watch due to their consistent activity. ID, UT, AZ, OK, TX, NM, TN, MO, KY, AR and IL. WY, CO, KS, SC, NC SC, and IL VA OH More quakes in Western Texas, Oklahoma and Missouri. I was not aware till I did some recent back ground searching that the New Madrid Seismic Zone is very small in scope only includes NE- Arkansas, W- Kentucky, W- Tennessee, SE- Missouri, S.- Illinois and about 125-150 miles of the Mississippi Valley Region. CHEST PAINS: The sharp chest pains go with many area but to be concise I will say Southern CA into Mexico and Mexico proper parts of the Landers Quake Zone and parts of the Imperial Valley specifically Borrego Springs, El Centro and Mexicali, Calexico, Temecula..Quakes in Palm Springs, Whittier, Pasadena and Burbank. Simi Valley and Yucca Valley and Big Bear.. then we have Los Angeles proper including Northridge and Long Beach, Santa Barbara Channel, Palos Verdes and Santa Monica as well as San Bernardino and Oceanside, Julian and Oxnard as well as Riverside, Pomona and Santa Ana. Mexico the major states of Jalisco, Chiapas and Oaxaca, Michoacan. India etc. I had some of not really sharp chest but deep ones early this morning about 5:45 AM The pain was not sharp like some that I experience but it was inside the chest. This could be Mexico, India, Imperial Valley and or Imperial Valley parts of Southern CA and quakes in Hawaii and Italy… But the quakes in Italy Hawaii and S CA do cause sharp chest pains. Puebla * Puebla is always on the R side of the chest. There has been multiple events in recent days in Puebla and I had the R side chest pains to The achy chest pains are a bit different. They cover areas, not so much specifics but there are a few specifics. The areas are WA and OR Cascades but also includes Inland and offshore events. Then we go S to CA… and its Northern and Central CA which includes offshore from Eureka. The quakes in Northern and Central CA with quakes near Hollister and Watsonville and near Crescent City CA. More quakes expected offshore near Petrolia and The Geysers and even Mammoth and Bishop and Coalinga and South. Petrolia to the Bay and SF Bay proper.. Willits, and some of the Loma Prieta Quake Zone this includes San Jose, Morgan Hill and Santa Cruz.. There are also quakes at and Ridgecrest Bakersfield and Fresno etc. Adding Alaska, Iceland, Azores, parts of the African Continent. * again the quakes near SF Bay proper is also connected to the Loma Prieta Quake Zone .Hollister is on the San Andreas fault so this could be the reason for the deep achy chest pains since I do react to The San Andreas Fault. There is a volcano in Alaska they are watching it started to awaken again on or about June 15. There is on going quake activity. They are not overly concerned it might just be ice and snow melt. This volcano has not erupted since 1876 and is listed with the AVO * Alaska Volcano Observatory * as a High Threat Volcano in the US * Iliamna is the Stratovolcano and its located near Cook Inlet in Alaska. EAR PAINS: The L ear pains are China, Pakistan, Afghanistan and India/Nepal/Myanmar. There has been activity in all these areas in the last 24 hrs.China with Xizang. Afghanistan with Hindu Kush Afghanistan, Pakistan, and India, Nepal and Myanmar. India has been active with both Nepal and there are 2 other areas in India I watch. I used to put them on the list but just too much typing. So they are the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Heart and stomach pains as well as earaches on L side. I had deep earaches on the L side which go with the recent quakes in India/Nepal/and Myanmar. China Pakistan and Afghanistan. Large water events and come volcanic activity will also cause L earaches as they have on going the last few days. The earaches also go with larger water events over 6.0+ and with volcanic eruptions as well as Palm Springs Whittier, Pasadena and Burbank and Italy, Sicily and Hawaii. R Side Ear pains. this goes with Philippines and Alaska Iceland and includes, Taiwan, Leeward, Windward, Trinidad, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Nicaragua. Again the R ear will often hurt with quakes in the same locations as water events over 6.0+ and with volcanic eruptions as well as Palm Springs Whittier, Pasadena and Burbank and Italy, Sicily and Hawaii. The R side earaches to Taiwan, and Windward Islands and Nicaragua.. Some volcanic events can also affect the R earache. RIB PAINS: Left rib pains are connected to Oceania. This includes AU, NZ, PNG and Kermadec Islands NZ. The quakes in PNG can include New Guinea PNG and Eastern New Guinea PNG as well as quakes in New Ireland and New Britain PNG. Sometimes Christ Church is also part of this area. Quakes in PNG and NZ as well as Kermadec Islands all have shown up on since the last update. Lately if feels like I may have pulled something but then when it disappears as quickly as came on I know its quake related. The R Ribs are The Domino Islands. This includes Tonga, Fiji, Samoa, Marianas, Admiralty, Loyalty, Marshall, Santa Cruz, Solomon Islands and Vanuatu. Tonga, Fiji, Samoa there was a recent quakes 5.8 in Tonga and a 5.5 in Fiji more than enough to cause the ribs to hurt. LEG PAINS: L Leg pains connect to Guatemala and Ecuador. If my legs could hurt any more than they have today, count me out. Ecuador moderate quake needs connection or others. R Leg pains are connected to Peru, Brazil, Columbia, Panama, Costa Rica, Quakes continue to happen in these areas.If my legs could hurt any more than they have today, count me out, moderate quake in Peru, and Costa Rica as well as Brazil/Columbia..
