​​​​​Had to repost the portion in symptoms for Stomach Pains somehow were skipped when I posted my blog today. When you go back to correct an error often it will delete an entire paragraph. I forgot to check it before posting. So this is part of the original post at 10:45 UPDATE: June 30, 3025 Interesting quake today in Italy. It was only a 4.6 but it caused a lot of shaking and concern. Campi Flegrei Is a Supervolcano since its unrest this year with swarms is potentially more dangerous than Yellowstone due to the populations near its locations. This 4.6 magnitude quake is described as the strongest to hit the region in 40 years. While the earthquake itself was powerful, it was also part of a larger pattern of increasing seismic activity in the Campi Flegrei area that has been occurring for some time. This increased seismic activity and ground uplift are indicators of unrest within the Campi Flegrei caldera, potentially related to rising pressure in a geothermal reservoir or a weak layer of crust below. Though scientists say there is no immediate threat of a major eruption, the ongoing seismic activity is being closely monitored by Italian authorities and scientists. The area has been under Yellow Alert since 2012. This event also caused another problem. The quake triggered a partial collapse of the Punta Pennata ridge. A chunk of the islet broke off and slid into the sea. No injuries reported. But the collapse was caught on video from a nearby boat. The footage shows the cliff face giving way and splashing down into the water. That’s not normal erosion. That’s seismic force in real time. * I have not seen the video * JAPAN I am well aware of the prediction for a major quake mega quake in Japan on July 5 I assure you I am watching the area very carefully and closely. I assure you I will keep you informed if anything changes. BALANCE: Definitely issues with balance today and needed a Meclizine 1/2 tablet. Finally was able to walk without tipping over… then the headache started again. Cats: Cats were up about 8:30 pretty laid back till about 10:37 when I looked at the clock and Merlin was already running and crying, jumping up on the back of the sofa and down behind the sofa and hiding. Then crying again. I got him settled down but he went back into this mode several times today. He came in from outside a bit ago crying again and finally he went over and laid on top of the coffee table and went to sleep till his brother woke him up and hes asleep again in the kitchen. I feel so bad for him, he acts like he is in pain but when I break his concentration with a toy or treat he is okay so I am pretty sure its external. Reports out of the area today. No Ants No Spiders No Earthworms Out of area reports. Cats acting strange in AZ Both Huskies were acting up in Northern CA Sunday Unusual behavior for Spirit. Solar activity: We are in a G1 solar storm. Had 2 CME’s off the solar disk yesterday no flares reported. Observations and Information. I saw we had another quake in Switzerland and then 3 more in Germany so this is one of the patterns I watch. it can be in any order but they are a trio…. Switzerland, Germany, France. Some come through as on a border between two of the 3 countries. So now I am watching for France,we have had the other two.

SYMPTOMS: HEADACHE PAINS: L side headache is Chile, Bolivia, Argentina and some of the major quakes in Indonesia, Mexico and Turkey, and Tonga, these often connect to volcanic activity. The classic headache for Chile was my first symptom after the balance issue. Pain in the L eye and socket…. not to forget the emotional side of Chile. One of the cats sneaked into a room that they are NOT to be in and I was livid way out proportion to them being in there.. and then I remembered that I had dental pains last night 3 times which go to the Santa Barbara Channel why am I putting this with Chile? Because the Santa Barbara Channel along with the dental pains causes the instant anger of Chile. We have had 2 small quakes at the Santa Barbara Channel this afternoon. R side headache mostly connected to Philippines, Iceland, Alaska and can be part of volcanic events in both Italy/ Etna and Kilauea/Hawaii and other volcanoes. Well this one has been on going since about 11 AM but there was R side headache on and off last night. Would not have payed attention to it but there were the earaches as well. This is classic for quakes in Italy and Greece/Kilauea of Hawaii Etna of Italy and Philippines Iceland and Alaska. Brow Bone Pain These quakes are mostly over the eye brow bone or eye socket in the case of Chile. They are a precursor to volcanic activity. Since this is volcano, it goes without saying that this would be reacting to quakes in Mexico Italy, Indonesia, Alaska and more. Temple to temple pain these quakes are mostly tied to events in OR/WA and especially Northern and Central CA. This includes the quakes at the Cascades and Sierras including The Geysers and inland and offshore, including Mammoth Lakes Bishop/Coalinga and more . The headache of the 28th in Bishop/Big Pine area of the CA/NV Sierras and that definitely was temple to temple but I suspect we are also looking at possible N CA event specifically closer to The Geysers including Los Banos as well as the and Loma Prieta Quake Zone and or offshore Petrolia. * we are still in the timeline for a a/s of the Bishop quake.* Frontal center of forehead pains are mostly connected to parts of Southern CA including Northridge and Landers Imperial Valley, and Los Angeles areas. Although there has been a few quakes in S CA since midnight I am not overly concerned about them. San Bernardino and Santa Barbara Channel to name a couple. Back of head base of skull pains these pains are really painful of migraine strength. They are always a precursor to activity that is building in a volcano either a magma chamber being refilled or tremors which are constant seismic events that proceed an potential eruption or major steam burst or dome building events. Only a brief few minutes less than 5 I had a bit of R side back of head yesterday but did not think much abut it with Mt Etna and and Popocatepetl both erupting. Classic All Over Headache The all over headaches tend to go with almost any area especially Indonesia Mexico, Turkey and Japan before really large quakes many of them are tied into volcanism. They can also go with some of the smaller quakes closer to home in this case California, Washington and Oregon. I want to add this is in addition to their own specific symptom. BACK PAINS: The mid upper back continues to be sore.. this is more for Turkey and Aegean, Caspian and Ionian Seas as well as Dedocanese Islands of both Turkey and Greece and areas of both Crete, Greece, Gulf of Adan and Syria. Turkey continues to cause lots of back pains and with Greece and Crete being part of it makes me wonder about the Aegean Sea? The full upper back pains are mostly connected to Indonesia. They can be both seismic or volcanic in origin. They also have areas connected these are the Banda, Molucca, Flores, and Celebes Seas. Although there is plenty of quakes happening in Indonesia the 2-4 erupting volcanoes are more than enough to cause the full upper back pains and all over headache. Also we have had more quakes in the Banda, Molucca and Celebes Seas and the Flores Seas The mid lower back pains are R and L These are on the R side Fiji L side is Tonga Lots of mid back pains since yesterday.. for me its been mostly L sided Tonga but for others they are feeling the R side Fiji. I am expecting more in this area. Shoulder blades pains: The R side is the Kuril Islands L side is Japan. The shoulder blade pains for Kuril Islands R side are not too bad a bit of pain now and again. I have had some L side which goes with Japan but not anything that says a large quake more than a 6.0 is imminent. * CHECK UPDATE AT TOP OF BLOG * Wasatch and New Madrid…this involves up to 16-20 states which could be affected by a moderate to large quake in this area. This is a list of partial states I watch due to their consistent activity. ID, UT, AZ, OK, TX, NM, TN, MO, KY, AR and IL. WY, CO, KS, SC, NC SC, and IL VA OH More quakes in Texas and Arkansas and New Mexico but Texas leads the hits… many people today are reporting low very low back pains. I was not aware till I did some recent back ground searching that the New Madrid Seismic Zone is very small in scope only includes NE- Arkansas, W- Kentucky, W- Tennessee, SE- Missouri, S.- Illinois and about 125-150 miles of the Mississippi Valley Region. CHEST PAINS: The sharp chest pains go with many area but to be concise I will say Southern CA into Mexico and Mexico proper parts of the Landers Quake Zone and parts of the Imperial Valley specifically Borrego Springs, El Centro and Mexicali, Calexico, Temecula..Quakes in Palm Springs, Whittier, Pasadena and Burbank. Simi Valley and Yucca Valley and Big Bear.. then we have Los Angeles proper including Northridge and Long Beach, Santa Barbara Channel, Palos Verdes and Santa Monica as well as San Bernardino and Oceanside, Julian and Oxnard as well as Riverside, Pomona and Santa Ana. Mexico the major states of Jalisco, Chiapas and Oaxaca, Michoacan. India etc. There was some deep not really sharp I will call them a sharp twinge before the quakes in both Hollister CA and before the quake in the area of Bishop CA /Big Pine CA. There was a few twinges again today but we had 2 quakes in Southern CA at the Santa Barbara Channel and then the 4.6 quake that hit Italy also causes sharp chest pains as does Mexico which has had several quakes today along with the areas of the Imperial Valley. and India/Nepal and Myanmar all have had quakes then add Palm Springs Whittier, Pasadena and Burbank. So lots of possible causes for the sharp chest pains but we definitely had quakes in Mexico Northern and Central CA as well as India/Nepal and Myanmar and then add Italy. Puebla * Puebla is always on the R side of the chest. One short bout of R side chest pains about 3 PM today. Have not seen any quakes. The achy chest pains are a bit different. They cover areas, not so much specifics but there are a few specifics. The areas are WA and OR Cascades but also includes Inland and offshore events. Then we go S to CA… and its Northern and Central CA which includes offshore from Eureka. ( The achy chest pains I suspect went with the recent quakes in Northern and Central CA as well as Alaska and Iceland ) , Petrolia to the Bay and SF Bay proper.. Willits, and some of the Loma Prieta Quake Zone this includes San Jose, Morgan Hill and Santa Cruz.. There are also quakes at and Ridgecrest Bakersfield and Fresno etc. Adding Alaska, Iceland, Azores, parts of the African Continent. More quakes tend to be showing up near Petrolia. Some activity near Watsonville and Crescent City more offshore S. Oregon Coast near Bandon. Continuing quakes in The Geysers area. INFO: Petrolia to the Bay and SF Bay proper.. Willits, and some of the Loma Prieta Quake Zone this includes San Jose, Morgan Hill and Santa Cruz.. There are also quakes at and Ridgecrest Bakersfield and Fresno etc. Adding Alaska, Iceland, Azores, parts of the African Continent. There has been quakes in several of my African Continent locations: These are the quakes since midnight Straits of Gibraltar, Pyrenees, Spain, Portugal, South Africa, Azores and the Canary Islands. So it appears that all of my areas connecting to the African Continent have had hits in the last 24 hrs. Most volcanoes including the ones in Indonesia and South and Central America. There is a volcano in Alaska they are watching it started to awaken again on or about June 15. There is on going quake activity. They are not overly concerned it might just be ice and snow melt. This volcano has not erupted since 1876 and is listed with the AVO * Alaska Volcano Observatory * as a High Threat Volcano in the US * Iliamna is the Stratovolcano and its located near Cook Inlet in Alaska, add to the mix the activity in Italy today. STOMACH PAINS: The achy pains there are two kinds of stomach pains. which go with many areas including the Cascades and Sierras or OR, WA and CA… The Geysers,The Geysers including Cobb, Hollister, Tres Pinos Los Banos , Pinnacles Healdsburg and Cloverdale. Mammoth Lakes and Bishop/Coalinga. including Landers Quake Zone, Loma Prieta Quake Zone, Alaska, Iceland Philippines, offshore from Eureka to the Bay,Wasatch and New Madrid area this includes UT, WY, CO, NM, AZ as well as TN, MO, KS, SC, NC and IL VA OH TX, ID.. There has been several quakes in the last 24 hrs near Coalinga which in this case was or is Avenal as well as the Parkfield area .. this is the quakes stomach pains I describe as being ” Green Apple Bellyache.” including Mammoth and Bishop. The sharp stomach pains are Imperial Valley including Borrego Springs El Centro as well as India/Nepal and Myanmar. Parts of Southern CA including Los Angeles area and Santa Barbara Channel, Santa Monica and Palm Springs, Whittier Pasadena and Burbank… Borrego Springs, area Baja CA.MX, Gulf of CA,Today there was 1-2 quakes in both areas since midnight today, adding India/Nepal/Myanmar The stomach pains with some sharp chest pains are connect to the quakes in the Imperial Valley. EAR PAINS: The L ear pains are China, Pakistan, Afghanistan and India/Nepal/Myanmar. There has been activity in all these areas in the last 24 hrs.China with Xizang. Afghanistan with Hindu Kush Afghanistan, Pakistan, and India, Nepal and Myanmar. India has been active in both Nepal and there are 2 other areas in India I watch. I used to put them on the list but just too much typing. So they are the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Heart and stomach pains as well as earaches on L side. There has been on and off L ear pains since last night. It goes with Pakistan and India Nepal, Myanmar China and Afghanistan plus Nicobar Islands. With quakes in all of the areas in the last 24 hrs and the quakes offshore OR/CA and the Italy I would say it was more than enough to cause the earaches. Add Kilauea and Etna. The earaches also go with larger water events over 6.0+ and with volcanic eruptions as well as Palm Springs Whittier, Pasadena and Burbank and Italy, Sicily and Hawaii. R Side Ear pains. this goes with Philippines and Alaska Iceland and includes, Taiwan, Leeward, Windward, Trinidad, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Nicaragua. Again the R ear will often hurt with quakes in the same locations as water events over 6.0+ and with volcanic eruptions as well as Palm Springs Whittier, Pasadena and Burbank and Italy, Sicily and Hawaii. Quakes have shown up in Nicaragua and Italy, Hawaii and the larger water events like the 6.6 in the Scotia Sea of the 28th Then the quake today in Italy added to the mix. Several persons reported having the ear pains on and off, and the intense UHF tones started again yesterday. RIB PAINS: Left rib pains are connected to Oceania. This includes AU, NZ, PNG and Kermadec Islands NZ. The quakes in PNG can include New Guinea PNG and Eastern New Guinea PNG as well as quakes in New Ireland and New Britain PNG. Sometimes Christ Church is also part of this area. Quakes since midnight have shown up in the areas of South Island NZ and AU as well as Kermadec Islands The ribs both sides tend to have pains with solar activity which is how I explain banding The R Ribs are The Domino Islands. This includes Tonga, Fiji, Samoa, Marianas, Admiralty, Loyalty, Marshall, Santa Cruz, Solomon Islands and Vanuatu. Many quakes happening the Domino’s Tonga, Fiji, Marianas and Vanuatu all since midnight. LEG PAINS: L Leg pains connect to Guatemala and Ecuador. The quakes and volcanic activity continue in both Guatemala and Ecuador so much pains especially knee pains even swelling.. R Leg pains are connected to Peru, Brazil, Columbia, Panama, Costa Rica. There were quakes today in Peru and multiple quakes in Costa Rica and I think a volcano this weekend in Costa Rica. VISION: Not great but not any worse than the last few days. Some blurry vision since midnight but not as bad as Saturday and Sunday Goes with Oregon quakes but can also be part of CA activity. SOLAR ACTIVITY UPDATE: Still having some issues with solar symptoms especially the itching and banding feeling and then the on and off heart.

Areas I am watching for potential larger quakes based on possible foreshocks or number of events: Still watching for more in Turkey Indonesia, Chile, Mexico and Africa. Lots of the activity with the African Continent in the last 24 hrs. Watching for more and larger of the Nicobar Island India could transfer to Andaman Islands India. Based on the recent quakes in Central Mid Atlantic Ridge the potential for South and Central America, Mexico, and NMSZ Falkland Islands and Africa.
