EARTHQUAKE REPORT THURSDAY JULY 10, 2025

​​​​​UPDATE: This update is a bit different please indulge me this time. There are 2 locations that I am watching closely and then 3 more I am keeping on my radar so to speak. The primary area I am watching is Washington’s Mt Rainier.. Are these volcanic ? The jury is still out on this one but I am not picking up the type of symptoms I would expect if these were or are volcanic in origin. Yes they are happening on a volcano so in some ways they are volcanic, but I am not getting any indications these quakes are being caused by volcanic activity. This is good news. At this time 4:22 PM on the afternoon of July 10th the official count for quakes stands at 382 but some of the reports I have read from USGS state there has been many hundreds of events micro quakes that were too numerous to be located. Today’s report from the CVO in Vancouver WA. Bear in mind that the numbers are increasing as the number I have listed is totally different than the one listed in the report. MOUNT RAINIER (VNUM #321030) 46°51’11” N 121°45’36” W, Summit Elevation 14409 ft (4392 m) Current Volcano Alert Level: NORMAL Current Aviation Color Code: GREEN Thursday, July 10, 2025, 9:25 AM PDT (Thursday, July 10, 2025, 16:25 UTC) This is an update on the ongoing seismic swarm at Mount Rainier that began at 1:29 AM PDT (8:29 UTC) on July 8th.  Seismicity is continuing at low rates. As of 9 AM PDT (16:00 UTC) on July 10th, the Cascades Volcano Observatory (CVO) and the Pacific Northwest Seismic Network (PNSN) have located 334 events since the start of the swarm, although many more have occurred but cannot be located. The largest event of the swarm so far was a magnitude 2.3 on July 8th at 2:56 PM PDT (21:56 UTC). Seismicity has decreased from 26 located events per hour at the swarm’s peak on Tuesday morning to a few events per hour as of Thursday morning. The earthquakes are mainly spread between 1.5-4 miles (2-6 km) beneath the summit. There have been no changes in ground deformation or other monitoring data.  This swarm now surpasses the 2009 swarm in terms of magnitude, total events, event rate, and energy release. The cause of the swarm remains consist with the circulation of fluids along preexisting faults beneath the volcano, which is considered background activity at Mount Rainier. There is currently no indication that the swarm is associated with magmatic unrest.  PNSN and CVO will continue to monitor activity, locate earthquakes, and provide additional information as needed. Still feeling that Guatemala is building for some larger event. They had a 5.6 but there are too many for this size to likely be a main shock. More quakes are showing up this afternoon for Guatemala and I will continue to watch this area for a larger events. Turkey continues to shake and Japan has had an slight increase in the Ryukyu Islands quakes today. The quakes in Mexico continue and based on my symptoms with R side chest pains I would expect a event in Puebla Mexico sooner than later. 6:45 PM… There has been several short 1-3 jabs of chest pains and the first ones I experienced were about 6-8 minutes before the 3.7 hit in Borrego Springs. This is one of the areas I was watching when I did my last update when I mentioned on my post of 9th that I was continuing to watch Borrego Springs and El Centro. There has been more offshore N CA activity which is achy chest pains and temple to temple headache and they also go into The Geysers, Healdsburg, Cloverdale an Mammoth Lakes, Bishop and Coalinga and S as well as connected locations in the Central Valley.. the stomach pains and headache and chest pains makes me wonder about Coalinga?? * late tonight quake in Coalinga area * A bit before the quake in Borrego Springs I had chest pains.. I Had them again about 30 minutes ago and then now I am picking up the R side chest pains and these connect to Puebla Mexico. There is some R side pains and stomach pains these go with 3 locations. This could be continuing Borrego Springs and other Imperial Valley areas. Then we have India and Nepal as well as Myanmar and finally we have solar activity which also includes the sharp sternum to navel pains. I am also recalling that quakes that follow Bishop in the Sierras into Coalinga also is stomach and chest pains. I am still monitoring the activity in Puebla Mexico as well…Some of the southern CA activity is picking up as well but I am not picking up anything at this time to be concerned about based on my past experience. There has been quakes in Central Mid Atlantic Ridge again so I watched and the Azores came in so expecting more in South of Africa or South Africa and can include Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands and possible events in the locations on the African Plate. The 3 connected events have shown up again this time it Switzerland first and then France and Germany … multiple events showing up. Quakes in both Pakistan and Afghanistan have shown up in today’s activity these are the ones that cause the L earaches. The New Madrid areas continued last night with quakes in Tennessee and Missouri as well as Utah, Arizona, Texas and New Mexico.an Its 7:00 PM and I am just now starting my blog. Last Minute Addition 2:15 AM I AM GOING TO ADDRESS QUAKE PREDICTIONS. We have predictions showing up almost weekly from someone who goes by the name of Luke. There are all kinds of predictions based on dreams, visions psychic intuition etc. I am not saying these are not valid in some cases, I have seen them work, but that is not how I make my predictions. I am not sure how Luke makes his predictions etc.. what I did notice if one major prediction doesn’t happen he makes another one right when one runs out.. they are always major quakes most often in Southern CA.. I can even look away from that but when the predictions are being sent back to me from contacts in Japan the last one with a 33 hour alert.. that’s when I draw the line. The recent quake prediction for the mega quake in Japan on July 5th did not happen for which I am very grateful. But it had a price. Tourism in Japan took a major hit. Reservations and flights were cancelled. There were thousands of dollars lost due to the prediction. Which I was sure would not happen nor is the one that is currently predicted based on my past experience…. can I be wrong, definitely, but so far I have not been. I respect the right for anyone to make their own predictions but when they start frightening people and they go to his site and he is using it for CLICK BAIT then I say NO. Am I sure this is click bait, no but when you follow the link and before you can see his video you have to watch an ad selling something, you can skip the ad but in my book, this is click bait. Seismic signals detected in Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. 3-HOUR WARNING: HUGE EARTHQUAKE SIGNALS DETECTED IN LOS ANGELES AND VENTURA — MAJOR CALIFORNIA QUAKE EXPECTED WITHIN 33 HOURS I make predictions it I don’t deny that but I will say that when I make a prediction I am 100% certain they will happen I have said I think this or that area will have a quake and I may or may not be correct, but my bonafied predictions once such prediction was made to the State of CA State Geologist and I was in his office on the 16th floor of the Water Resource Building after driving all night from Oregon to get to Sacramento to be able to warn them. I had been asked by the head of the OES office to call all my predictions about CA into that office and the Warning Center was instructed to take all my calls and log them officially. So I had been in Oregon to have Thanksgiving with my family and was hit with the symptoms and ” unmistakable knowledge ” that Morgan Hill was going to have a earthquake on the 24th. I immediately left my family and just drove 12 hours to get to Sacramento. So I went to Senator Montoya’s office and told him my feelings, then I attended a meeting of the Seismic Safety Commission and was told they needed date, time, magnitude and probability .. which I assured them I was could give them.. Then I went to the office of Tom Hayden just before the noon hour, and told him what I was feeling.I talked to a few others, called my family in Oregon and it was just about 1 PM. Finally I knew it was time and then I went to the Water Resource Building and for the first time in my life I looked at the maps on the walls by the elevators showing the escape routes. I said a silent prayer when I entered the building elevator and found the State Geologists office on the 16th floor and went in and asked for Jim Davis, and told him a quake of 6.0 or greater would hit Morgan Hill CA in 12 hours or less. So to repeat myself I went to his office and told him about the quake.. he listened but honestly Jim was not one of my big fans. We had butted heads occasionally in CA. so I don’t think he paid much attention. As soon as I told him he turned and walked away. I left got into the elevator with 2 other ladies and we started our descent we had barely passed 3 floors and the lights blinked in the elevator and it came to a shuddering stop. The ladies were upset. I was terrified. I knew the elevator had stopped as I was certain the quake had hit. Some minutes later we slowly continued the ride to the main floor. When we got out of the elevator and were greeted with the words “Are you okay? Did you feel the quake?” I said no just the elevator stopped and I was grateful the brakes held, but where was the quake? They said they were waiting for confirmation and I said it was Morgan Hill and at least 6.0 and then the official word came in one of the security persons in the building said the quake was located in Morgan Hill and it was 6.2 in magnitude. It was felt throughout most of Northern and Central CA. So that’s one of my predictions and how I made it. No I never heard back from Jim Davis but I was told by someone when the quake hit the chair he was sitting in careened across the floor of the office foyer with him in it. As I said, any major predictions I have made, have happened. I will say that most were not as dramatic as the one above. I make my predictions to USGS, CALTECH, and FEMA the Tsunami Warning Center and consulates from other countries I contact media that I know and make my prediction public either by TV or Radio interviews. I am not saying I am better than anyone else but one thing is certain I do not have Clickbait on my blog, I just share information so just be careful when listening or watching all the predictions out there on line these days. Don’t make people rich by clicking on sites that are only there to cause fear and anxiety. Follow your intuition and your gut.. don’t get sucked into fear. The Recent quake prediction for Japan on July 5th and the recent ones by Luke did not happen. I am concerned Luke will continue making his predictions and crying wolf and if something actually could happen, no one will pay attention. … someone said something I recall reading, even a broken clock is right twice a day.. ” Keep positive thoughts, Think Peace, thoughts have power and together we have the power to change the world “

NEW TIMELINE for a major quake 7.0 or greater . July 8-15 2025 POSTED Thursday July 10 , 2025 310 quakes in just 7 days at The Geysers. Posted at 1:45 AM for July 10, 2025 update.

BALANCE: This was a real problem early this morning but seems to have gotten a bit better since mid afternoon. Cats: Cats are better today once again only Merlin seems to be picking up something and reacting. He was okay till about 4 PM and then he began to start getting anxious and crying and even went so far as to look out the back window and growl. There was nothing out there and he had been outside almost all afternoon. They are all sleeping or resting till bedtime. No Ants No Spiders No spiders but the day before yesterday there was a cardboard box on the patio where the cats play and I know they love boxes so I checked and there were 2 earwigs and 4 very tiny spiders under the flaps etc. Sadly they all died but then I placed 2 old hedge apples in the box and left it open. Yesterday no spiders or bugs in the box and again today not one sign of anything in the box other than the 2 hedge apples which for the most part were mostly dried up. I know this works so if you don’t like spiders I keep them in my closet and on top of china cabinet etc. and under the sofa I only see spiders when they brave the hedge apples and come in before quakes in Oregon. It also keeps them out of my wood pile outside during the winter. No Earthworms Out of area reports. No animal report but contact in WA reports no sign or sound of any birds today. Solar activity: I have not checked the report today, just checked and there is nothing new showing on the solarham.com site.

SYMPTOMS: HEADACHE PAINS: L side headache is Chile, Bolivia, Argentina and some of the major quakes in Indonesia, Mexico and Turkey, and Tonga, these often connect to volcanic activity. Today there has been only a slight headache mostly its either L or R each end of the forehead but not total forehead involvement. Chile is oe area. Mexico likely not sure on the others. R side headache mostly connected to Philippines, Iceland, Alaska and can be part of volcanic events in both Italy/ Etna and Kilauea/Hawaii and other volcanoes. The R side is mostly connected to events in the Philippines, Alaska, Iceland and the two volcanic areas of Italy and Hawaii. The quakes are mostly over the eye brow bone or eye socket in the case of Chile. They are a precursor to volcanic activity for some areas as well. Temple to temple pain these quakes are mostly tied to events in OR/WA and especially Northern and Central CA. This includes the quakes at the Cascades and Sierras including Watching The Geysers and inland and offshore, including Mammoth Lakes Bishop/Coalinga and more . Frontal center of forehead pains are mostly connected to parts of Southern CA including Northridge and Landers Imperial Valley, and Los Angeles areas. There has been some center of forehead pains this afternoon and these were likely tied to the recent quakes in Borrego Springs, Indio and Baja CA MX Back of head base of skull pains these pains are really painful of migraine strength. They are always a precursor to activity that is building in a volcano either a magma chamber being refilled or tremors which are constant seismic events that proceed an potential eruption or major steam burst or dome building events. Very grateful that I have not been getting the back of head pains that signal the onset of volcanic activity. BACK PAINS: The mid upper back continues to be sore.. this is more for Turkey and Aegean, Caspian and Ionian Seas as well as Dedocanese Islands of both Turkey and Greece and areas of both Crete, Greece, Gulf of Adan and Syria. The quakes continue at Turkey and this includes the Aegean and Ionian Seas, Dodecanese Islands of Greece … there are more but they have not shown up on the quake list. The full upper back pains are mostly connected to Indonesia. They can be both seismic or volcanic in origin. They also have areas connected these are the Banda, Molucca, Flores, and Celebes Seas. The quakes in Indonesia have shown up in several locations as well as Flores Sea, and Banda Seas. The mid lower back pains are R and L These are on the R side Fiji Still having quakes in Fiji today L side is Tonga There were multiple quakes in Tonga today. Shoulder blades pains: The R side is the Kuril Islands The L side is Japan. R Side Shoulder Blade Pains: I saw a quake in Kuril Islands since the last update. L Shoulder Blade Pains: As I also have noted I have seen an uptick in the quakes in Ryukyu Islands again today so watching to see what is happening there so far based on past experience there has been no major symptoms that signal a larger event. Wasatch and New Madrid…this involves up to 16-20 states which could be affected by a moderate to large quake in this area. This is a list of partial states I watch due to their consistent activity. ID, UT, AZ, OK, TX, NM, TN, MO, KY, AR and IL. WY, CO, KS, SC, NC SC, and IL VA OH Quakes today in New Mexico Wyoming, Texas and Arizona and Kansas these are the cause of the painful low back pains today. CHEST PAINS: The sharp chest pains go with many area but to be concise I will say Southern CA into Mexico and Mexico proper parts of the Landers Quake Zone and parts of the Imperial Valley specifically Borrego Springs, El Centro and Mexicali, Calexico, Temecula..Quakes in Palm Springs, Whittier, Pasadena and Burbank. Simi Valley and Yucca Valley and Big Bear.. then we have Los Angeles proper including Northridge and Long Beach, Santa Barbara Channel, Palos Verdes and Santa Monica as well as San Bernardino and Oceanside, Julian and Oxnard as well as Riverside, Pomona and Santa Ana. Mexico the major states of Jalisco, Chiapas and Oaxaca, Michoacan. India etc. Sharp chest pains connected to quakes in Borrego Springs, and Santa Barbara Channel as well as Baja CA MX as well as the quakes in Hawaii and Italy and even India, Nepal and Myanmar today and perhaps more coming in the next12-24hrs due to the on going symptoms, the two bouts of sharp chest pains could be part of activity in Southern CA and so based on the recent activity there could be a quake up to 4.2-4.5 which would not surprise me.. but expect the activity to be near Imperial Valley, Borrego Springs and or El Centro. Puebla * Puebla is always on the R side of the chest I had on and off R side chest pains in the last 12 hours. So expecting activity near Puebla MX, near Mexico City. Suspect that Popocatepetl could be part of this the volcano is located 28 miles from Mexico City and 45 miles from Puebla. The achy chest pains are a bit different. They cover areas, not so much specifics but there are a few specifics. The areas are WA and OR Cascades but also includes Inland and offshore events. Then we go S to CA… and its Northern and Central CA which includes offshore from Eureka. There has been another offshore N CA event and even a Northern CA inland event today also the quakes in Central CA including both Parkfield and Coalinga and then you have to add the dozens of quakes at Mt Rainier a part of the Washington Cascades, Alaska, Philippines Iceland and Azores. Petrolia to the Bay and SF Bay proper.. Willits, and some of the Loma Prieta Quake Zone this includes San Jose, Morgan Hill and Santa Cruz.. There are also quakes at and Ridgecrest Bakersfield and Fresno etc. Adding Alaska, Iceland, Azores, parts of the African Continent. * As stated above there was a quake offshore Petrolia and Alaska Iceland and Azores.. this includes Coalinga which is part of the Central CA area. Most volcanoes including the ones in Indonesia and South and Central America. There is a volcano in Alaska they are watching it started to awaken again on or about June 15. There is on going quake activity. They are not overly concerned it might just be ice and snow melt. This volcano has not erupted since 1876 and is listed with the AVO * Alaska Volcano Observatory * as a High Threat Volcano in the US * Iliamna is the Stratovolcano and its located near Cook Inlet in Alaska. EAR PAINS: The L ear pains are China, Pakistan, Afghanistan and India/Nepal/Myanmar. There has been activity in all these areas in the last 24 hrs.China with Xizang. Afghanistan with Hindu Kush Afghanistan, Pakistan, and India, Nepal and Myanmar. India has been active with both Nepal and there are 2 other areas in India I watch. I used to put them on the list but just too much typing. So they are the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Heart and stomach pains as well as earaches on L side. The quakes that hit today in Pakistan Hindu Kush Afghanistan, India, Nepal, Myanmar and Nicobar Islands as well some volcanic and some water events these are enough to cause the L side earache. The earaches also go with larger water events over 6.0+ and with volcanic eruptions as well as Palm Springs Whittier, Pasadena and Burbank and Italy, Sicily and Hawaii. R Side Ear pains. this goes with Philippines and Alaska Iceland and includes, Taiwan, Leeward, Windward, Trinidad, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Nicaragua. Again the R ear will often hurt with quakes in the same locations as water events over 6.0+ and with volcanic eruptions as well as Palm Springs Whittier, Pasadena and Burbank and Italy, Sicily and Hawaii. The quakes today in Virgin Islands, Nicaragua and Philippines and Alaska. RIB PAINS: Left rib pains are connected to Oceania. This includes AU, NZ, PNG and Kermadec Islands NZ. The quakes in PNG can include New Guinea PNG and Eastern New Guinea PNG as well as quakes in New Ireland and New Britain PNG. Sometimes Christ Church is also part of this area ” Oceania has activity today in NZ and Kermadec Islands as well as PNG the quakes continue. The R Ribs are The Domino Islands. This includes Tonga, Fiji, Samoa, Marianas, Admiralty, Loyalty, Marshall, Santa Cruz, Solomon Islands and Vanuatu. This is the Domino Islands with quakes showing up in Tonga, Fiji and Marianas… LEG PAINS: L Leg pains connect to Guatemala and Ecuador. So many events in Guatemala and several in Ecuador still feeling a larger event is likely. R Leg pains are connected to Peru, Brazil, Columbia, Panama, Costa Rica.e More quakes in Peru and Brazil and even Columbia, Costa Rica and more. Areas I am watching for potential larger quakes based on possible foreshocks or number of events: Still watching for more in Turkey Indonesia, Chile, Mexico and Africa. Lots of the activity with the African Continent in the last 24 hrs. Watching for more and larger of the Nicobar Island India could transfer to Andaman Islands India. Based on the recent quakes in Central Mid Atlantic Ridge the potential for South and Central America, Mexico, and NMSZ Falkland Islands and Africa. Current a/s Timelines.
