Earthquake Update Wednesday July 16, 2025 Final Update.

​​​​​UPDATE: This special report will only cover the events pertaining to this quake The a/s from the Alaska Peninsula quake continue as do the headache and earaches. Achy chest pains on an off and the achy stomach pains. Still watching Turkey, Chile, India, Imperial Valley, Guatemala and Japan…and Azores, Galapagos? Also keeping an eye on Mt Rainier. There were multiple symptoms for this quake… Cats: Merlin was off the wall all evening last night and when I put them all down for the night he would not even come out for his treats… he was hiding under the bed.. he doesn’t do that, behind the sofa maybe but not the bed. Boots got sick not sue about Baby as she was very restless she also refused the treats. I figured since there had been a spider yesterday morning they could be reacting to a offshore or inland Oregon event. Then I was up early this morning and a 2nd spider was making its way across the ceiling to where I was and that would no due so that spider died as well,but it also added to my feelings about Oregon. This was a bout 7:35 AM today… Merlin was crying on and all morning today … he would go outside, come in and go back out he did this several times and then he came in and laid on top of me.. 2 x like he couldn’t figure out what to do.. he then laid down for about 10 minutes and went outside. All 3 of the cats came in before the quake.. they were very quiet just laying on the floor. Other reports of animals, Just received a report from Spirit’s mom he was upset early AM today so his mom gave him rescue remedy before she left to run errands I miss the ants backup not even outside. As of now the cats are all outside on the patio its near 95 but I have the doors open and 1 fan running and the house is comfortable. Symptoms: As you know I have been writing about the UHF tone I hear like a dog whistle.. high pitch. yesterday and the day before I wrote down the times and waited. The first one was heart at 6:10 PM on the 13th and it was followed by a 6.9 in Indonesia at 10:49 PM and the second event my UHF signal at 10:08 AM and at 10:16 AM there was the 6.6 quake in South of Panama. I had the signals/tones on and off all night. Deep R side earaches and R side ( its interesting that the same symptoms that connect granite for Idaho but it connects the stomach and ears with Hawaii with out the granite. My sounds were loud last night to the point of having to turn up the volume on the TV to lock out the noise/ fog horns. There were 3 distinct sounds/locations I was hearing. Long tones close together but getting closer… together This is CA most areas in and around Los Angeles and since its a blanket area it also includes Landers Quake Zone and Imperial Valley. the 2 one is the horn honking sounds that announce El Salvador since this is only 318 miles from Guatemala I have to wonder if part of the intensity was due to that on going swarm. The final one was the Dual Tones.. a single tone, dual tone and single tone. This was vibrating in the sounds and this would be a large water event over6.5 and the actual locations were Northern Washington, Canada Alaska,Aleutians and Japan and Russia. Many people talked about cravings popcorn last night craving carbs and sugar. In checking my blog from 4 AM today I see that I mentioned 4 times Alaska. One with the R side headache… once with the R side earaches, one with achy stomach pains , and once with the achy chest pains.. (Then I noticed something I did not even remember typing … under the area about Northern CA Eureka to the Bay and SF Bay proper etc and it said Adding Alaska, Iceland, Azores, parts of the African Continent. There are times when when I go on auto pilot as it were and just blurt out something and it happens). Since 3 PM I have had almost continuous R side deep earaches. Balance is bad.. seismic flu hit again mild stomach pains and nausea. BALANCE: Balance has been really off today. It was bad last night and into this morning but about 9 AM it was noticeably worse. The balance was bad enough I needed a cane to get around safely I usually do not use a cane, never away from the house, but when my balance is bad and I have to step over cats that will not move literally I use it for balance as I step over them. There are times when one of them, especially Boots is laying on the kitchen floor and refuses to move I have on occasion taken my foot and literally had to push across the floor out of the way. Cats: The cats have been reacting to what ever is happening out there today most likely the 7.3 quake in the Alaska Peninsula. No Ants 1:00 AM today..I found a single ant on the floor. I made a small dish of food and placed it in the food. I am concerned if more come up that they will disappear and go back into the nest and die like all the others. Spiders one Spider on Tuesday and one spider one on Wednesday. No Earthworms Out of area reports. Nothing new since the original post of today’s blog. Solar activity: No major flares reported Space Weather says 4 areas on the solar disk that are capable of unleashing a moderate M class flare. Solarham.com has a good update for today.

SYMPTOMS: HEADACHE PAINS: L side headache is Chile, Bolivia, Argentina and some of the major quakes in Indonesia, Mexico and Turkey, and Tonga, these often connect to volcanic activity. The headaches all L side connects to Chile Bolivia and Argentina. with 36 events since midnight the 15th. R side headache mostly connected to Philippines, Iceland, Alaska and can be part of volcanic events in both Italy/ Etna and Kilauea/Hawaii and other volcanoes. This R side headache has been constant since about 9 AM today.Due to the intensity of the sounds I hear I knew it was North dual tones starting with Northern Washington then into Canada, Alaska, Aleutians Japan, Russia. Note: One brief minute at 11:14 PM, the pain was intense on the L eye socket pains and then it went straight to the back of the head pains ( this is what I have been concerned about ? it can be any volcano, Alaska volcano or even the Activity on Mt Rainier. Gratefully the pain stopped Brow Bone Pain these quakes are mostly over the eye brow bone or eye socket in the case of Chile. They are a precursor to volcanic activity. As noted, about the brow bone is the area of pain with most all volcanic activity. Temple to temple pain these quakes are mostly tied to events in OR/WA and especially Northern and Central CA. This includes the quakes at the Cascades and Sierras including The Geysers and inland and offshore, including Mammoth Lakes Bishop/Coalinga and more . This one is connected to inland and offshore events in OR and Northern and Central CA. This includes The Geysers, The Sierras including Mammoth Lakes Bishop and Coalinga. Offshore near Petrolia and the Cascades of WA and OR and this includes the on going swarm at Mt Rainier. Frontal center of forehead pains are mostly connected to parts of Southern CA including Northridge and Landers Imperial Valley, and Los Angeles areas. These pains connect to quakes in Southern CA especially the Los Angeles area and Northridge, Oxnard, and Santa Barbara Channel, Santa Monica and Landers quake zone and Imperial Valley. The quakes in Santa Barbara Channel also include dental pains and anger? Back of head base of skull pains these pains are really painful of migraine strength. They are always a precursor to activity that is building in a volcano either a magma chamber being refilled or tremors which are constant seismic events that proceed an potential eruption or major steam burst or dome building events. This is the Oh Oh symptom I watch for but gratefully except for about 1 minute I have not had these symptoms since before September 22-25th before Mt Adams had several quakes. BACK PAINS: The mid upper back continues to be sore.. this is more for Turkey and Aegean, Caspian and Ionian Seas as well as Dedocanese Islands of both Turkey and Greece and areas of both Crete, Greece, Gulf of Aden and Syria. This is Turkey.. doing a quick check there has been 101 quakes across Turkey since midnight the 15th. These quakes can include Greece, Syria, and Aegean Sea and more. The full upper back These pains are mostly connected to Indonesia. They can be both seismic or volcanic in origin. They also have areas connected these are the Banda, Molucca, Flores, and Celebes Seas. The full upper back pains area all Indonesia and include Banda, and Molucca seas and also there are numerous volcanoes at least erupting at any given time. Migraine strength headaches almost always go with quakes and especially volcanic activity in Indonesia. The mid lower back pains are R and L These are on the R side Fiji We are still seeing several quakes a day in Fiji and the R side mid back pains confirm that activity. L side is Tonga Tonga continues to cause the L mid lower back pains and I also watch this area for volcanic activity. Shoulder blades pains: The R side is the Kuril Islands I see that Kuril Islands showing up several times since the last update. L side is Japan. Since the last update there has been quite a few quakes in Japan with 9 in Ryukyu Islands. This swarm goes on with may quakes since early July. Wasatch and New Madrid…this involves up to 16-20 states which could be affected by a moderate to large quake in this area. This is a list of partial states I watch due to their consistent activity. ID, UT, AZ, OK, TX, NM, TN, MO, KY, AR and IL. WY, CO, KS, SC, NC SC, and IL VA OH The quakes continue with events in Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, Tennessee, Kansas and South Carolina and Oklahoma. CHEST PAINS: The sharp chest pains go with many area but to be concise I will say Southern CA into Mexico and Mexico proper parts of the Landers Quake Zone and parts of the Imperial Valley specifically Borrego Springs, El Centro and Mexicali, Calexico, Temecula..Quakes in Palm Springs, Whittier, Pasadena and Burbank. Simi Valley and Yucca Valley and Big Bear.. then we have Los Angeles proper including Northridge and Long Beach, Santa Barbara Channel, Palos Verdes and Santa Monica as well as San Bernardino and Oceanside, Julian and Oxnard as well as Riverside, Pomona and Santa Ana. Mexico the major states of Jalisco, Chiapas and Oaxaca, Michoacan. India etc. Sharp chest pains show up with recent quakes in Southern CA part of Landers Quake Zone, Borrego Springs, Imperial Valley, Japan over 6.5 and larger water events over 6.0 and India, Nepal, Myanmar, as well as Italy and Hawaii and all locations in Mexico. ( more involved list is in above descriptions. Puebla * Puebla is always on the R side of the chest. * this is the R side chest pains and there has been another event over night and that was felt and reported in the last update. The achy chest pains are a bit different. They cover areas, not so much specifics but there are a few specifics. The areas are WA and OR Cascades but also includes Inland and offshore events. Then we go S to CA… and its Northern and Central CA which includes offshore from Eureka. The achy chest pains continue with events being reported in Northern and Central CA. The Geysers and Sierras and Cascades including Alaska Iceland Azores and Oregon offshore ..and inland. Petrolia to the Bay and SF Bay proper.. Willits, and some of the Loma Prieta Quake Zone this includes San Jose, Morgan Hill and Santa Cruz.. There are also quakes at and Ridgecrest Bakersfield and Fresno etc. The areas above including the addition of areas of Alaska, Iceland, Azores, parts of the African Continent. Most volcanoes including the ones in Indonesia and South and Central America. There is a volcano in Alaska they are watching it started to awaken again on or about June 15. There is on going quake activity. They are not overly concerned it might just be ice and snow melt. This volcano has not erupted since 1876 and is listed with the AVO * Alaska Volcano Observatory * as a High Threat Volcano in the US * Iliamna is the Stratovolcano and its located near Cook Inlet in Alaska. STOMACH PAINS: The achy pains there are two kinds of stomach pains. which go with many areas including the Cascades and Sierras or OR, WA and CA… The Geysers, and Healdsburg, Cloverdale Mammoth Lakes and Bishop/Coalinga. including Landers Quake Zone, Loma Prieta Quake Zone, Alaska, Iceland and Philippines, offshore from Eureka to the Bay,Wasatch and New Madrid area this includes UT, WY, CO, NM, AZ as well as TN, MO, KS, SC, NC and IL VA OH TX, ID… The Geysers ,Northern CA between Eureka to the Bay Oregon Coast, Iceland, Alaska, Sierras. Baja CA MX and Gulf of CA , Imperial Valley ,The Philippines. Cascades and the quakes today at Mt Rainier in Washington and the Oregon Cascades specifically Mt Hood Mt Adams and Newberry Caldera. Plus the areas of Texas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, South Carolina Kansas , New Mexico and Arizona. * these areas are now part of the achy stomach pains. *MANY REPORTS OF NAUSEA AND STOMACH PAINS BEFORE THE 7.3 QUAKE IN ALASKA. The sharp stomach pains are Imperial Valley including Borrego Springs El Centro as well as India/Nepal and Myanmar. Parts of Southern CA including Los Angeles area and Santa Barbara Channel, Santa Monica and Palm Springs, Whittier Pasadena and Burbank… sharp stomach pains connect to Borrego Springs, El Central CA. India, Nepal Myanmar and Santa Barbara Channel and even … other areas including in the Imperial Valley Quakes in India today as well as Santa Barbar Channel Myanmar and Nepal. The quakes that cause the sharp chest pains in Borrego Springs and India, Nepal and Myanmar and some of the area of Yucca Valley, Simi Valley, Big Bear, Joshua Tree and more. EAR PAINS: The L ear pains are China, Pakistan, Afghanistan and India/Nepal/Myanmar. There has been activity in all these areas in the last 24 hrs.China with Xizang. Afghanistan with Hindu Kush Afghanistan, Pakistan, and India, Nepal and Myanmar. India has been active with both Nepal and there are 2 other areas in India I watch. I used to put them on the list but just too much typing. So they are the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Heart and stomach pains as well as earaches on L side. The L ear pains are part of the quakes in China, Pakistan, Afghanistan and India/Nepal/Myanmar large water events and can go with Italy, Hawaii some areas in Southern CA. Some volcanic activity will also cause L earaches.. especially Chile, Bolivia and Argentina. The earaches also go with larger water events over 6.0+ and with volcanic eruptions as well as Palm Springs Whittier, Pasadena and Burbank and Italy, Sicily and Hawaii. R Side Ear pains. this goes with Philippines and Alaska Iceland and includes, Taiwan, Leeward, Windward, Trinidad, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Nicaragua. Again the R ear will often hurt with quakes in the same locations as water events over 6.0+ and with volcanic eruptions as well as Palm Springs Whittier, Pasadena and Burbank and Italy, Sicily and Hawaii. The Right side earache was a good example of the reaction of quakes in Alaska with the 7.3 in the Alaska Peninsula. There has been deep R side earaches on and off since about 9:30 AM today then after the quake hit at 1:37 PM PDT the deep sharp earaches have been on and off since about 3 PM A/S of 5.5 and 5.7 magnitudes. RIB PAINS: Left rib pains are connected to Oceania. This includes AU, NZ, PNG and Kermadec Islands NZ. The quakes in PNG can include New Guinea PNG and New Guinea PNG as well as quakes in New Ireland and New Britain PNG. Sometimes Christ Church is also part of this area. Quakes in AU, Both N and S Islands NZ as well as Kermadec Island. The R Ribs are The Domino Islands. This includes Tonga, Fiji, Samoa, Marianas, Admiralty, Loyalty, Marshall, Santa Cruz, Solomon Islands and Vanuatu. The quakes in The Dominos Tonga and Fiji as well as Loyalty Vanuatu and others LEG PAINS: L Leg pains connect to Guatemala and Ecuador. Guatemala has been shaking for a few days and 10 more today. Ecuador also still having quakes and both of these locations cause major knee pains and even some swelling around the knee. R Leg pains The R leg pains is likely attributed to quakes in Peru, Brazil, Panama and Costa Rica. Again its the knee that is most bothered with the activity VISION: Vision is off today and seemed connected to the quake activity and headache. VOLCANOES: Indonesia: Lewotolo, Japan: Sakurajima, Kirishima, Iceland: Svartsengi Ethiopia: Erta Ale Mexico: Popocatepetl SOLAR ACTIVITY UPDATE: There has been the filament event and CME there can be based on the solar disk a larger M or X class flare. Solar flu hit with the heart burn early AM but the peppermint seemed to handle it.

Areas I am watching for potential larger quakes based on possible foreshocks or number of events: Still watching for more in Turkey Indonesia, Chile, Mexico and Africa. Lots of the activity with the African Continent in the last 24 hrs. Watching for more and larger of the Nicobar Island India could transfer to Andaman Islands India. Based on the recent quakes in Central Mid Atlantic Ridge the potential for South and Central America, Mexico, and NMSZ Falkland Islands and Africa. Current a/s Timelines.
