BALANCE: What can I say about my balance today, except I don’t appear to have any. Its been hard since last night. Cats: Merlin has only had 2 attacks or reactions today. He was pretty laid back all day but abut 11 AM he came in and was crying and went behind/under the sofa to sleep about a hour later he came out and was good No Ants My one ant has not been seen again. No Spiders No spiders seen sine the one that I got rid of yesterday early AM. No Earthworms Out of area reports. One spider reported in N CA in bathroom. Solar activity: Low level C class flares continue waiting to see if the CME that was launched on the 15th will impact us.

SYMPTOMS: HEADACHE PAINS: L side headache is Chile, Bolivia, Argentina and some of the major quakes in Indonesia, Mexico and Turkey, and Tonga, these often connect to volcanic activity. Not a lot to write about the L headache has been a daily effect in recent weeks. Chile, Bolivia and Argentina as wll as may of the major quakes/and volcanic events, locations such as Cascades, Sierras Indonesia and more. ile.quakes in Atacama and BioBio Chile. R side headache mostly connected to Philippines, Iceland, Alaska and can be part of volcanic events in both Italy/ Etna and Kilauea/Hawaii and other volcanoes. The activity in Philippines and ALASKA as well as Iceland, Italy and Hawaii are all R side. Brow Bone Pain these quakes are mostly over the eye brow bone or eye socket in the case of Chile. They are a precursor to volcanic activity. The pains have hit on and off out of the blue so to speak, first the R eye area and then the L eye area. The pains over the brow bones confirm that there was/is a volcanic related event or quake with volcanic origin building and the pain can go from mild to intense. Temple to temple pain these quakes are mostly tied to events in OR/WA and especially Northern and Central CA. This includes the quakes at the Cascades and Sierras including The Geysers and inland and offshore, including Mammoth Lakes Bishop/Coalinga and more . The pains that are temple to temple are connected to events in the OR/WA Cascades, Sierras and The Geysers as well as these quakes can be offshore as much as inland between Eureka to the Bay and SF Bay Proper, the recent quake swarm at Mt Rainier and even off shore the Southern Oregon Coast. Frontal center of forehead pains are mostly connected to parts of Southern CA including Northridge and Landers Imperial Valley, and Los Angeles areas. Quakes continue hitting on and off in Southern CA. This includes recent activity in the Imperial Valley and near San Bernardino and Searles Valley which is the site of a major quake a couple years ago this month. The quakes continue at Imperial Valley at Borrego Springs and Anza and others including Baja CA MX as well as Gulf of CA. Back of head base of skull pains these pains are really painful of migraine strength. They are always a precursor to activity that is building in a volcano either a magma chamber being refilled or tremors which are constant seismic events that proceed an potential eruption or major steam burst or dome building events. Had about 3 minutes of back of head pains..this morning but did not come back. I am not used to this symptom coming on and then just stopping.. I always wonder if its related to sleeping or stress responding to the other symptoms I am experiencing. BACK PAINS: The mid upper back continues to be sore.. this is more for Turkey and Aegean, Caspian and Ionian Seas as well as Dedocanese Islands of both Turkey and Greece and areas of both Crete, Greece, Gulf of Adan and Syria. Turkey continues to lead with the most quakes and the most pain in the back areas.. as in the mid upper back. There has been quakes in Greece and Dodecanese Islands as well as some others which are part of Turkey precursors. The full upper back pains are mostly connected to Indonesia. They can be both seismic or volcanic in origin. They also have areas connected these are the Banda, Molucca, Flores, and Celebes Seas. Quakes continue in Indonesia since the 6.9 of about a week ago. The full upper back is very painful along with at times near migraine strength headaches often triggered with volcanic activity. Many quakes today in Sumatra, Sumba and Minahasa Sulawesi, and Molucca Sea The mid lower back pains are R and L R side Fiji Fiji has had a lot of quakes and the mid lower back R side. L side Tonga The quakes continue at Tonga and they always hit on the L mid lower back. Wasatch and New Madrid…this involves up to 16-20 states which could be affected by a moderate to large quake in this area. This is a list of partial states I watch due to their consistent activity. ID, UT, AZ, OK, TX, NM, TN, MO, KY, AR and IL. WY, CO, KS, SC, NC SC, and IL VA OH  There has been more quakes these are hitting Idaho, Texas and Oklahoma.. Multiple quakes in Texas. CHEST PAINS: The sharp chest pains go with many area but to be concise I will say Southern CA into Mexico and Mexico proper parts of the Landers Quake Zone and parts of the Imperial Valley specifically Borrego Springs, El Centro and Mexicali, Calexico, Temecula..Quakes in Palm Springs, Whittier, Pasadena and Burbank. Simi Valley and Yucca Valley and Big Bear.. then we have Los Angeles proper including Northridge and Long Beach, Santa Barbara Channel, Palos Verdes and Santa Monica as well as San Bernardino and Oceanside, Julian and Oxnard as well as Riverside, Pomona and Santa Ana. Mexico the major states of Jalisco, Chiapas and Oaxaca, Michoacan. India etc. Quakes hit lots of the area that cause the sharp chest pains.. Borrego Springs, El Centro, Long Beach, Oxnard, Northridge, Los Angeles and all of Mexico as well as parts of Italy, Hawaii and quakes in Japan over 6.5.. the list above is more complete but this list is the recent events in the last 24 hrs. The achy chest pains are a bit different. They cover areas, not so much specifics but there are a few specifics. The areas are WA and OR Cascades but also includes Inland and offshore events. Then we go S to CA… and its Northern and Central CA which includes offshore from Eureka to the Bay. The Cascades, Oregon and Washington as well as offshore Northern and Central CA. Includes The Geysers and Sierras including Bishop and Coalinga then we have Philippines, and Iceland and lots of activity in Alaska. Petrolia to the Bay and SF Bay proper.. Willits, and some of the Loma Prieta Quake Zone this includes San Jose, Morgan Hill and Santa Cruz.. There are also quakes at and Ridgecrest Bakersfield and Fresno etc. Adding Alaska, Iceland, Azores, parts of the African Continent. Again quakes in Ridgecrest, Searles Valley, Alaska, Azores and the Loma Prieta Quake Zone. Always achy chest pains. Most volcanoes including the ones in Indonesia and South and Central America. There is a volcano in Alaska they are watching it started to awaken again on or about June 15. There is on going quake activity. They are not overly concerned it might just be ice and snow melt. This volcano has not erupted since 1876 and is listed with the AVO * Alaska Volcano Observatory * as a High Threat Volcano in the US * Iliamna is the Stratovolcano and its located near Cook Inlet in Alaska. STOMACH PAINS: The achy pains there are two kinds of stomach pains. which go with many areas including the Cascades and Sierras or OR, WA and CA… The Geysers, and Healdsburg, Cloverdale Mammoth Lakes and Bishop/Coalinga. including Landers Quake Zone, Loma Prieta Quake Zone, Alaska, Iceland and Philippines, offshore from Eureka to the Bay,Wasatch and New Madrid area this includes UT, WY, CO, NM, AZ as well as TN, MO, KS, SC, NC and IL VA OH TX, ID… The Geysers ,Northern CA between Eureka to the Bay Oregon Coast, Iceland, Alaska, Sierras. Baja CA MX and Gulf of CA , Imperial Valley ,The Philippines. Cascades and the quakes today at Mt Rainier in Washington and the Oregon Cascades specifically Mt Hood Mt Adams and Newberry Caldera. The achy stomach pains are similar to the ones which cause other symptoms. The Cascades, Landers Quake Zone, Alaska, The Geysers, Iceland, Philippines,Big Bear, The Cascades, Mammoth Lakes, Bishop, Coalinga, and the Wasatch and New Madrid the quake continue in The Geysers, Bishop, Searles Valley, Quakes in the last 24 hrs include Alaska, Imperial Valley, Sierras including Searles Valley and Offshore N CA and The Geysers and Northern CA including Willits, Willows and Watsonville and more. The sharp stomach pains are Imperial Valley including Borrego Springs El Centro as well as India/Nepal and Myanmar. Parts of Southern CA including Los Angeles area and Santa Barbara Channel, Santa Monica and Palm Springs, Whittier Pasadena and Burbank… sharp stomach pains connect to Borrego Springs, El Central CA. India, Nepal Myanmar and Santa Barbara Channel and even … other areas including in the Imperial Valley Quakes in India today as well as Santa Barbar Channel Myanmar and Nepal. The sharp stomach pains connect to Borrego Springs and India, Nepal and Myanmar as well as some solar events. Italy and Hawaii only if connected to volcanic activity. EAR PAINS: The L ear pains are China, Pakistan, Afghanistan and India/Nepal/Myanmar. There has been activity in all these areas in the last 24 hrs.China with Xizang. Afghanistan with Hindu Kush Afghanistan, Pakistan, and India, Nepal and Myanmar. India has been active with both Nepal and there are 2 other areas in India I watch. I used to put them on the list but just too much typing. So they are the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Heart and stomach pains as well as earaches on L side. The L earache is part of the continuation of quakes today in India, Pakistan, Nepal,Myanmar and Afghanistan including Nicobar Islands The earaches also go with larger water events over 6.0+ and with volcanic eruptions as well as Palm Springs Whittier, Pasadena and Burbank and Italy, Sicily and Hawaii. R Side Ear pains. this goes with Philippines and Alaska Iceland and includes, Taiwan, Leeward, Windward, Trinidad, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Nicaragua. Again the R ear will often hurt with quakes in the same locations as water events over 6.0+ and with volcanic eruptions as well as Palm Springs Whittier, Pasadena and Burbank and Italy, Sicily and Hawaii. Today’s quakes that connect to the R side earaches including Taiwan, Virgin Islands, Nicaragua, Italy, Hawaii but its the almost hourly quakes in Alaska which are causing the R earaches the last 24 hrs. RIB PAINS: Left rib pains are connected to Oceania. This includes AU, NZ, PNG and Kermadec Islands NZ. The quakes in PNG can include New Guinea PNG and Eastern New Guinea PNG as well as quakes in New Ireland and New Britain PNG. Sometimes Christ Church is also part of this area. The pain on the L ribs the last 24 hrs the AU, NZ, PNG the resent quakes in the Kermadec Islands.All have the impact of causing the L rib pains. Today’s quakes in the New Guinea PNG and North and South Island NZ cause the L rib pains. The R Ribs are The Domino Islands. This includes Tonga, Fiji, Samoa, Marianas, Admiralty, Loyalty, Marshall, Santa Cruz, Solomon Islands and Vanuatu. The quakes in Tonga, Fiji, Santa Cruz Islands all add up to the R rib pains of the Domino Islands. The R rib pains are pretty much ongoing with Tonga and Fiji quakes. LEG PAINS: L Leg pains connect to Guatemala and Ecuador. Multiple quakes continue in Guatemala and Ecuador enough to cause ongoing knee and calf and hip pains. R Leg pains are connected to Peru, Brazil, Columbia, Panama, Costa Rica. Quakes in Peru, Columbia, Panama and Costa Rica always causes the R knee pains. Quakes today in Costa Rica and Peru have both added to the R knee pains today. VISION: Vision has been challenging today. SOLAR ACTIVITY UPDATE: Since the filament on the 15th there has only been low level “C” class flares…although there are still symptoms with the itching etc.

Areas I am watching for potential larger quakes based on possible foreshocks or number of events: Still watching for more in Turkey Indonesia, Chile, Mexico and Africa. Lots of the activity with the African Continent in the last 24 hrs. Watching for more and larger of the Nicobar Island India could transfer to Andaman Islands India. Based on the recent quakes in Central Mid Atlantic Ridge the potential for South and Central America, Mexico, and NMSZ Falkland Islands and Africa. Current a/s Timelines.
