​​​​​Balance of Earthquake Report of July 19……..posted July 20 at 12:12 PM PDT Could be due to lack of sleep but I am so incredibly sleepy.. not tired, sleepy This can be just me as above or it can be a precursor for some quakes. I have found that many times the major quakes trigger intense sleepiness. UPDATE: A very short update: Will complete in the morning about 10ish. AM As reported in the last update I had one ant He disappeared and then came back with friends. So early afternoon I put a small food dish in the bathroom and it did not take long for them to find the dish. There were about 50+ ants before dinner.. I have been expecting another large quake all day. Early reports started coming in about 7:30 AM with major dizziness, headache nausea and extreme vertigo.. Meclizine only took the edge off or each of us who took it. I used the chewable Meclizine but only take 1/2 tablet at a time. CA reports the headache and vertigo.. AZ reports headache and ear pains and cats refusing to get on the floor. As I reported to friends via text my male cat Boots would not go outside today. He would go out and come back in and lay down next to me. Very needy or protecting me, not sure. Merlin had 2 meltdowns today one early afternoon he kept coming up to me laying on my chest which is no easy feat when I am sitting up and the 2nd one was about 8:30 PM he was running around, crying and then went back behind the sofa and cried he finally calmed down and then came out on his own. I put them all down for the night about 9:22 PM. One was sick… not sure which one. They all went to bed without much problem. The symptoms I was experiencing was the Headache mostly over the eyes, L side and the eye sockets both sides. The brow bone pains all say something volcanic but the earaches on and off both sides say it could be large quake, a larger water event or volcanic event. The pain would just hit with stabbing pains out of no where one or both sides. At least 3 of us have had Popcorn since the last update. Checked my online quakes and noticed one of my ” triggers ” so shared it with someone who we have an agreement without a NDA but just as binding. Its mostly just to bounce ideas off of. So I contacted this person and said that a primary precursor was just noted and there would be either a major a/s for Alaska or another large quake was coming before noon today. So these are the quakes. Remember each o these quakes over 6.0 will have potential for causing its own a/s/ Plus we have till noon today to get a possible a/s for Alaska. 6.7 Kamchatka at 11:28PM 7/19 7.5 at 11:49 PM 7/19 7.0 Midnight AM 7/20 6.5 12:22 AM 7/20 6.0 12:26 AM 7/20 Experiencing some stomach pains, L earache and rib/chest pains since this group of quakes took place. I am sorry I can’t do this update this morning. My vision is really off.. headache and my ears hurt. I am holding off and will sent out the update first thing in the morning. That will I will have all the new events from over night. Since I was up till about 4 AM Saturday morning I am tired but there are some quakes which tend to cause you to get very tired. Especially the Loma Prieta Quake Zone. As of 10 AM we have a total of 45 quakes in Kamchatka. 5 6.0 or greater, and 14 were 5.0 or greater and 23 are 4.0 or greater …

BALANCE: Balance really off all day… almost fell once. It was better mid day but got worse again about 8 PM which is about the time the cats came in.. I am pretty sure we were both picking up on the quakes in Kamchatka. Cats: Cats okay. Merlin had 2 Meltdowns but okay but hid behind the sofa crying so pathetically I knew he was hurting and scared. He finally came out on his own. Boots came in and would not leave my side very needy about 9:30 AM and stayed in almost all day. Baby was sleeping out on the patio but all 3 of them came in before the quakes about 8:30 PM On their own they all came in the house about the same time very unusual No Ants It appears I have a small group of ants again. The quake that showed up then disappeared before the Alaska 7.3 on the 17th came back today. In the bathroom no food or water source but I put a small dish of food and he invited the entire village. About 50–100 ants before the quake. They took off before the quake about a hour but not all of them, there were likely about 2 dozen left when the quake hit. Hopefully they found a new nest and will not meet the fate of earlier ones getting into the poisoned nest. No Spiders No spiders but N CA contact reports large spider in her house. No Earthworms Out of area reports. CO:Report early AM major vertigo dizziness, headache, ears, nausea. Had meclizine and popcorn it helped but had moderate pains all day. SO.CA: There was a report from Southern CA with vertigo/dizziness N.CA Spirit the husky was really needy a couple of times, once last night and one this morning. AZ: Reported last night that her cats would not get on the floor. WA: Large display of Earthquake Clouds…later afternoon. Locally: I woke about 7:30 AM was not feeling well. Checked the quake list and realized I was in trouble without meclizine so took 1/2 chewable Meclizine took the pill. Also took Peppermint and that helped. There has been some earaches and stomach pains as well as blurred vision. There was a 3.5 off Coos Bay Oregon on the Southern Oregon Coast today. The quake hit in a good place in the Blanco Fracture Zone. Had “frogs” on Friday night which proved to be right. My post of the 18th I believe that I mentioned that my North Sound was extremely loud and I was getting the UHF tones several in a row, all L ear. So I listed the areas that go with the N sound.. as noted This is from 2:00 AM July 16th almost 12 hours before the 7.3 quake in the Alaska Peninsula. This was not a huge surprise due to the earaches, R side headache stomach pains all Alaska but the sounds I hear I listed and the 3 major ones.. the 3rd one was the dual tones of N WA. Canada, Alaska Aleutians, Japan and Russia There was the 7.3 in Alaska, a moderate quake off Canada, another quake in Andreanof Islands Aleutians and Japan nothing larger but 10 more in Ryukyu Islands today and then Russia…KAMCHATKA which is part of the Far East Russia area Kamchatka Peninsula so the North sounds being so loud was definitely accurate as a precursor to these large events. Mid lower back L side TONGA must be getting ready to do something burning pains.*nerve pains * Solar: Still some itching but a bit better.. nothing new reported since the 17th. on Solarham. Some areas are suspect to cause flares but still status quo. I just began to pick up heart burn for full or partial Halo or Filament/CME/// or a X flare/ Volcano: Japan: Kirishima Indonesia: Dukono, Semeru, Lewotolo

SYMPTOMS: HEADACHE PAINS: L side headache is Chile, Bolivia, Argentina and some of the major quakes in Indonesia, Mexico and Turkey, and Tonga, these often connect to volcanic activity. Lots of headache both before and after the major quakes of last night.. the L side eye socket and over eye hit me in mid afternoon. R side headache mostly connected to Philippines, Iceland, Alaska and can be part of volcanic events in both Italy/ Etna and Kilauea/Hawaii and other volcanoes. The R side headache was being reported by others and I also had that expected it was connected to more in Alaska or Philippines, Iceland etc obviously it was not Alaska at least nothing major.. there is still on going quakes in Southern Alaska and the Alaska Peninsula. Brow Bone Pain these quakes are mostly over the eye brow bone or eye socket in the case of Chile. They are a precursor to volcanic activity. This one kicked in early AM but with all the recent volcanic activity some times off the coast so could have been partially due to the offshore Oregon event yesterday morning. Temple to temple pain these quakes are mostly tied to events in OR/WA and especially Northern and Central CA. This includes the quakes at the Cascades and Sierras including The Geysers and inland and offshore, including Mammoth Lakes Bishop/Coalinga and more . Some quakes were hitting offshore yesterday and into the evening last night. Again this could be part of the offshore 3.5 off Coos Bay Oregon off the Southern Oregon Coast. Frontal center of forehead pains are mostly connected to parts of Southern CA including Northridge and Landers Imperial Valley, and Los Angeles areas. There were a few short spurts of center of forehead frontal pains yesterday but suspected it was the Imperial Valley activity ... there was a couple of small events in Southern CA near Escondido and also Borrego Springs several quakes in Maricopa, one in the Grapevine and one in Tehachapi so for its been much quieter today. Back of head base of skull pains these pains are really painful of migraine strength. They are always a precursor to activity that is building in a volcano either a magma chamber being refilled or tremors which are constant seismic events that proceed an potential eruption or major steam burst or dome building events. This one comes and goes mostly a few minute at the longest.. but some others report more back of head pains its all connected to volcanic activity and movement of magma and or pre eruption. BACK PAINS: The mid upper back continues to be sore.. this is more for Turkey and Aegean, Caspian and Ionian Seas as well as Dedocanese Islands of both Turkey and Greece and areas of both Crete, Greece, Gulf of Adan and Syria. This one has been almost constant the last day or two. The mid back pains for Turkey have translated into at least 135 quakes for the last day. The full upper back pains are mostly connected to Indonesia. They can be both seismic or volcanic in origin. They also have areas connected these are the Banda, Molucca, Flores, and Celebes Seas. This one Indonesia, continues to cause a combination of both the full upper back pains and all over headache mostly L side. The mid lower back pains are R and L These are on the R side Fiji R side Fiji… The R side mid lower back for Fiji has been painful on and off but about 1 AM the pain turned into more of the burning and sharp nerve pains. No moderate quakes reported so far. L side is Tonga The L side pain hit Just prior to the burning R side pains for Fiji the same pains hit me on the L mid lower back and that says Tonga so again I checked and noting sticks out but suspects there will be before the day is out. Shoulder blades pains: The R side is the Kuril Islands L side is Japan. The R side shoulder blade pains are Kuril Islands… there has been more activity in this area but nothing that concerns me. The L side shoulder blade is Japan and its part of the pattern or group that goes with the L sound. This includes N WA, Canada, Alaska, Aleutians,Japan and Russia/Kamchatka . Wasatch and New Madrid…this involves up to 16-20 states which could be affected by a moderate to large quake in this area. This is a list of partial states I watch due to their consistent activity. ID, UT, AZ, OK, TX, NM, TN, MO, KY, AR and IL. WY, CO, KS, SC, NC SC, and IL VA OH Texas, Idaho, Tennessee, Oklahoma and more this is the low back pains and into the sacrum. There has been some Seismic Flu… which is a sudden on set of stomach or intestinal flu symptoms. Some stomach pains very strong at times but can’t be sure which area it is.. the quakes in TN and ID seem to be most likely to cause the Seismic Flu. CHEST PAINS: The sharp chest pains go with many area but to be concise I will say Southern CA into Mexico and Mexico proper parts of the Landers Quake Zone and parts of the Imperial Valley specifically Borrego Springs, El Centro and Mexicali, Calexico, Temecula..Quakes in Palm Springs, Whittier, Pasadena and Burbank. Simi Valley and Yucca Valley and Big Bear.. then we have Los Angeles proper including Northridge and Long Beach, Santa Barbara Channel, Palos Verdes and Santa Monica as well as San Bernardino and Oceanside, Julian and Oxnard as well as Riverside, Pomona and Santa Ana. Mexico the major states of Jalisco, Chiapas and Oaxaca, Michoacan. India etc. There has been more chest pains the last 12 hours and this connects for me to Southern CA, Imperial Valley, Mexico, Italy, Hawaii and japan over 6.5 plus there is chest pains with larger water events. Puebla * Puebla is always on the R side of the chest. There has been 3 quakes in Puebla MX since the last update. The achy chest pains are a bit different. They cover areas, not so much specifics but there are a few specifics. The areas are WA and OR Cascades but also includes Inland and offshore events. Then we go S to CA… and its Northern and Central CA which includes offshore from Eureka. There was a lot of achy chest pains yesterday which led up to the swarm of major quakes in Kamchatka. The pains also are part of quake precursors for Northern and Central CA including The Geysers, Sierras, Cascades and Mammoth, Bishop, Coalinga/Parkfield as well as into some areas of Alaska Philippines and Iceland. Petrolia to the Bay and SF Bay proper.. Willits, and some of the Loma Prieta Quake Zone this includes San Jose, Morgan Hill and Santa Cruz.. There are also quakes at and Ridgecrest Bakersfield and Fresno etc. Adding Alaska, Iceland, Azores, parts of the African Continent. The quakes in the African Continent with quakes showing up again in Spain, Straits of Gibraltar , Canary Islands, Pyrenees, Portugal, Azores and more. Again the quakes follow a pattern. STOMACH PAINS: The achy pains there are two kinds of stomach pains. which go with many areas including the Cascades and Sierras or OR, WA and CA… The Geysers, and Healdsburg, Cloverdale Mammoth Lakes and Bishop/Coalinga. including Landers Quake Zone, Loma Prieta Quake Zone, Alaska, Iceland and Philippines, offshore from Eureka to the Bay,Wasatch and New Madrid area this includes UT, WY, CO, NM, AZ as well as TN, MO, KS, SC, NC and IL VA OH TX, ID… The Geysers ,Northern CA between Eureka to the Bay Oregon Coast, Iceland, Alaska, Sierras. Baja CA MX and Gulf of CA , Imperial Valley ,The Philippines. Cascades and the quakes today at Mt Rainier in Washington and the Oregon Cascades specifically Mt Hood Mt Adams and Newberry Caldera. More achy stomach pains with the quakes in The Wasatch and New Madrid areas including areas of ID, TN, OK, NM, AZ and KS. Friday and the ones from Saturday is TN, TX, ID and OK, The quakes of The Geysers, and Alaska, Philippines, and Iceland as well as Mammoth Lakes, Bishop and Coalinga and the Cascades and Sierras. The sharp stomach pains are Imperial Valley including Borrego Springs El Centro as well as India/Nepal and Myanmar. Parts of Southern CA including Los Angeles area and Santa Barbara Channel, Santa Monica and Palm Springs, Whittier Pasadena and Burbank… sharp stomach pains connect to Borrego Springs, El Central CA. India, Nepal Myanmar and Santa Barbara Channel and even … other areas including in the Imperial Valley Quakes in India today as well as Santa Barbar Channel Myanmar and Nepal. The sharp stomach pains hit early yesterday and they always connect to Mexico, Southern CA , Borrego Springs, India, Nepal, Myanmar, still seeing the quakes showing up in Imperial Valley. EAR PAINS: The L ear pains are China, Pakistan, Afghanistan and India/Nepal/Myanmar. There has been activity in all these areas in the last 24 hrs.China with Xizang. Afghanistan with Hindu Kush Afghanistan, Pakistan, and India, Nepal and Myanmar. India has been active with both Nepal and there are 2 other areas in India I watch. I used to put them on the list but just too much typing. So they are the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Heart and stomach pains as well as earaches on L side. The L ear pains have been on and off since early Saturday morning.. The quakes in China, and Afghanistan as well as India/Nepal and Myanmar all cause the L side earaches.The larger than 6.5 water events and some volcanic events will cause the L side earache. The L ear was throbbing last night before the 6.7 quake hit Kamchatka but it did not get any better coming and going with the major events in Kamchatka. I had a short bout of L sharp hear pains about 10 AM today. The earaches also go with larger water events over 6.0+ and with volcanic eruptions as well as Palm Springs Whittier, Pasadena and Burbank and Italy, Sicily and Hawaii. R Side Ear pains. this goes with Philippines and Alaska Iceland and includes, Taiwan, Leeward, Windward, Trinidad, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Nicaragua. Again the R ear will often hurt with quakes in the same locations as water events over 6.0+ and with volcanic eruptions as well as Palm Springs Whittier, Pasadena and Burbank and Italy, Sicily and Hawaii. The R earache pains continue to cause deep throbbing pains. These quakes hit with the quakes in Philippines, Alaska Hawaii, Italy,Taiwan, and Puerto Rico as well as Virgin Islands and Nicaragua. The complete list is above but these are the areas I am watching and expected activity. RIB PAINS: Left rib pains are connected to Oceania. This includes AU, NZ, PNG and Kermadec Islands NZ. The quakes in PNG can include New Guinea PNG and Eastern New Guinea PNG as well as quakes in New Ireland and New Britain PNG. Sometimes Christ Church is also part of this area. The L rib pains were really painful yesterday and early AM. So continue to watch North and South Island NZ, and Australia/Wales. The R Ribs are The Domino Islands. This includes Tonga, Fiji, Samoa, Marianas, Admiralty, Loyalty, Marshall, Santa Cruz, Solomon Islands and Vanuatu. The Dominos continue with quakes in Tonga, and Fiji, Santa Cruz, and Vanuatu likely Solomon and Loyalty could show up among others. LEG PAINS: L Leg pains connect to Guatemala and Ecuador. The quakes continue in Guatemala and Ecuador. Guatemala has had 18 quakes since the last update. My L knee I thought was going to fail on me yesterday but it got better R Leg pains are connected to Peru, Brazil, Columbia, Panama, Costa Rica. There continues to be quakes in Peru, Panama and Costa Rica the R knee and calf pains have been pretty strong. VISION: Vision which was bad yesterday unable to read my phone screen or laptop but its better today SOLAR ACTIVITY UPDATE: I have not checked the reports but the symptoms I had last night and early AM both say that a halo is on the way or perhaps a filament.? As I reported my first post of Saturday I had major heart burn ….

Areas I am watching for potential larger quakes based on possible foreshocks or number of events: Still watching for more in Turkey Indonesia, Chile, Mexico and Africa. Lots of the activity with the African Continent in the last 24 hrs. Watching for more and larger of the Nicobar Island India could transfer to Andaman Islands India. Based on the recent quakes in Central Mid Atlantic Ridge the potential for South and Central America, Mexico, and NMSZ Falkland Islands and Africa. After the quakes in Kamchatka the complete pattern seems to be met. Current a/s Timelines.
