EARTHQUAKE REPORT MONDAY JULY 21-22, 2025

​​​​​UPDATE: I did not get up till about 9 AM today. Its been a rough day. 3 years ago today my husband passed. So lots of memories and what if’s or why’s… but then I realized my vision was/is really bad I had this issue on the day of the Alaska quake on the 16th and then it also connected to yesterday’s balance of the Blog update of the 19th. Today as of about 11 AM I can still see the cell phone texts but its getting worse. about 5 PM I had one cat sick, and then I noticed that my blurry vision was getting worse. Then about 5:30 my other cat got sick. Merlin has been running around most of the day crying running actually yowling and then pawing at the glass door… biting himself.. I have not seen him like this in quite a while. He finally calmed down and slept for a bit and then off and doing it all over again. Then Baby came in and she went to her half open box she likes and went inside with the outside mostly cut off.. and when she came out she has a tunnel they play in and she went into the tunnel about to her lower hips and just lay there.. so then Boots started crying and he was very needy. Now at 7:00 PM all 3 are resting. Baby is sleeping on the coffee table,Boots and Merlin are out side on the enclosed patio. I checked on my new Ant family and they are very active about 100 or so ants. They came down to about 2 dozen before the larger quakes in both Alaska and Kamchatka. Suspect Japan is not far in the offing Headaches are still bad today.. L side around L eye… and then the brow bone pains that signify volcanic activity. There was a very strange sound/symptom I had about 1:3o AM today. I have had it before and I always referred to it as ” puffing ” after saving a moth from the cats holding it in my cupped hand and feeling the flutters I have to rethink the description what I felt this morning was/is ” fluttering ” I had that soft fluttering feeling deep in my L ear lasting about 5 seconds no pain, but definitely a movement. Then I realized that the fluttering may be a change in air pressure? I have no idea what caused it but in the past its always connected to Mt Hood Oregon in the Cascades. Then I checked today there was a very small quake less than 1.0 and was less than 1 mile from Mt Hood. That could have been a fluke right? But this is the only quake at Mt Hood in almost a month. So maybe?, but I would have expected at least a 2.0. So it may not be over. At 7:45 PM I am mostly noticing the blurry vision. Hard to read the cell phone text and even more difficult to read the letters on my computer. So that brings me to now.. almost 8 PM.. still have L mid lower back pains for Tonga… sharp pains so expect a coming quake sooner than later. Low back pains for the Wasatch and New Madrid are at moderate levels. So I am continuing to watch areas of TX, TN,UT, WY, ID, NM, MO, AZ, SC, NC, and OK, IL and OH. Still watching Guatemala and parts of the Imperial Valley Rainier and Turkey and Chile. Its not too hard to type free form but when I have to go back and verify data and quakes, etc. its not so easy so that is what leads me to hold off on finishing the updates. Just in 6.3 in Kamchatka and that is likely what Merlin was yelling about but do not think its the cause of the cats getting sick… its usually a major quake like 7.0 events.. or perhaps one much closer like off the Oregon Coast again. Getting R side eye/temple pains. 8:10 PM… Earaches on and off both sides. So once again I beg your indulgence. I am waiting till maybe later tonight if my vision improves and tomorrow as soon as it clears some if I can’t do it tonight. The volcanoes that are erupting today are the same as yesterday. Japan: Kirishima Indonesia: Dukono, Semeru, Lewotolo Still getting some of the itching that goes with the solar activity. Some stomach/jabby pains with a few sternum pains which connects to Borrego Springs. Ears are both hurting. Usually Italy and Hawaii but I am not getting the sharp chest pains that go with those so keeping an eye on larger water events closer to 7.0 than 6.0 and eruptions. Based on my current list of symptoms something else must be up…the major quake in both Alaska and Kamchatka had some ear aches. Other than the expected events in Alaska and Kamchatka and the a/s list below, the areas I am still watching are. Turkey, Chile, Indonesia, Imperial Valley, Guatemala Mexico and India. I will be doing the reports a bit different but will send out a blank update tomorrow and see what you think about the new way I am posting. Its not really new just rearranging the data. So without the usual data all the info on each symptom are areas I am watching for quakes or have quake potential.

BALANCE: The balance the last 2 days has been anything but good, reminds me of the St Helen’s era.. Cant walk a straight line These balance issues continue today. Had to be very careful walking. Bumping into furniture today and walking into door entries.. closed finger in a drawer… Ouch. all part of depth perception issues with quakes in the PNW. Be careful driving. don’t get too close to other cars when driving and especially in parking lots. Running over risers and curbs is a real issue. Parallel parking or parking and backing out of your parking space takes all concentration. I prefer not to drive on days like this. The reason for walking into things and dropping things are all depth perception. Cats: As I wrote about in Update Merlin was off the wall almost all day. He would be sleeping then get up running and crying and biting, trying to get out of the sliding glass door..then sleep and then he would start all over again. 7/22 No Ants The ants are about at the same number as the photo I posted last night. They were almost gone for a bit but came back, just took fresh apple and cake to the ants numbers were down to about 20 from what I could count. No Spiders No Earthworms Out of area reports. New report from Spirits mom in N.CA He has been running around crying and carrying his stuffed toy. He picked up on the Alaska quake last night his sister Skye was eating grass not a good sign for the huskies. She used rescue remedy to help them. She also reports her feral cats were gone before the Kamchatka quake but came back and then gone again before Alaska quake, she reports one came home. So far not the other one.She also reported the one that came home came down out of the oak tree. Similar to AZ cats which would not get on the floor before the Kamchatka quakes. Solar activity: The solar activity has been about the same we have a large coronal hole facing earth. Could unleash large event with little or no warning.

WY, CO, KS, SC, NC SC, and IL VA OH There has been some mild pains.. most likely AZ, NM, WY, TX ID, OK and TN…. there was a quake in New Jersey so likely another one within 3 days. Only a few small c and m events. We could have a G1 solar storm by tomorrow

Areas VG am watching for potential larger quakes based on possible foreshocks or number of events: Still watching for more in Turkey Indonesia, Chile, Mexico and Africa. Lots of the activity with the African Continent in the last 24 hrs. Watching for more and larger of the Nicobar Island India could transfer to Andaman Islands India. Based on the recent quakes in Central Mid Atlantic Ridge the potential for South and Central America, Mexico, and NMSZ Falkland Islands and Africa. Current a/s Timelines.
