​​​​​UPDATE: The day began pretty good.. I was a bit tired since I did not post till after 6 AM but I was feeling pretty decent/ I had to go out early due to the fact that I had to go out early today and run some errands as we are supposed to be in the triple digits for the next 3 days. So right away I noticed that I had major balance issues so I took half of Meclizine first thing. The cats were pretty mellow till about 3PM then it was instant crying hiding and running around. The ants are back again as far as I can tell. So was able to get out and back home by leaving early. Now I am in for the day. Symptoms: There is some L side headache/Chile? Then L leg, knee is really hurting again so more for Guatemala etc. I have had some upper back pains this time it feels more like Indonesia as much as Turkey. The R shoulder blade is having on and off pains so looking for in the Kuril Islands The mid back pains connecting to both Tonga and Fiji are having sharp jabby pains. There has also been some deep on and off again earaches.. today. The sounds as I said before are very loud this past week. Horn honking sounds and dual tones. Multiple quakes in El Salvador… 8/22 6.0 El Salvador There has been lots of quake activity in the Drake Passage.. these are a/s to the 8.0 Drake Passage. Balance Issues I think that was covered in my opening paragraph but to reiterate it.. balance has been really lousy the last 2 days and one contact fell so if you are one who has experienced balance issues remember to be very careful walking take your time, don’t rush and keep the areas you walk free of cat toys, dog or human toys and loose rugs. Solar Activity: Even though the sternum pressure has eased off since the far sided event so mostly today I feel mild pressure but the itching has been awful again. So expecting more of the same.. BALANCE: This is the main issue I have had the last 24 hrs. The Balance continues to be a real issue I had a couple of near falls but due to the placement of the furniture I was able to reach out and stop the fall before it was set into motion. I did notice one thing.. my balance was not quite as bad away from the house as it was here. Cats: As stated above.. the cats were pretty laid back all day till early afternoon then Merlin went into this crying and hiding and running mode. He was so pathetic sounding. Found 2 spots where someone got sick which I had not seen earlier. So that says something is bothering more than just Merlin. Ants: The ants are pretty much back into their bowl I just checked them and they are in the bowl and this time, there were even about a half dozen or so outside and behind the bowl this is the first time in a long time they have been outside the bowl. No Spiders has been very quite without the spiders. No Earthworms very grateful for this. Out of area reports. The Husky’s both have had some issues they were both eating grass a couple of days before the 8.0 event in Drake Passage. Then today his mom reports that he has not eaten 2 meals this can be a quake precursor but it can also be part he just doesn’t like his food and wants a change. He had a different meal offered and ate so hopefully that was what was behind his not eating. Cats sick in OR, CA and AZ Solar activity: I have not checked the reports since about dinner time at which time they were just going back over the massive farside event. But my itching and mild pressure with nausea says this is not over. Sounds and Frogs: The sounds are definitely up… again horn honking El Salvador and the dual N sound and then today a bit of a long tones of Southern CA.

SYMPTOMS: We are trying to do this another way… the basics are on each location and I will have this information on the updates.. I will only add my paragraph of what I was experiencing … HEADACHE PAINS: Most of the headache pains were on the L side today. This is Chile Bolivia and Argentina, some Mexico and Indonesia activity thrown in.. and there was a bit of the R side headache which is more Alaska Philippines and Hawaii/Italy.. A bit of the brow bone pains connecting to the volcanic activity and some short term frontal pains which are part of Southern CA. No back of head pains for more than a few fleeting seconds today. R side headache Alaska, Philippines Iceland, Azores ( Hawaii/Italy ) L side headache Chile, Turkey, Indonesia, Mexico and most Stratovolcanoes Brow Bone Pain This is classic that the pains that hit over the bones. ( can include eye socket ) Temple to temple pain Northern CA and all of Northern and Central CA to the CA/NV Sierras. Frontal center of forehead pains Southern CA including Los Angeles and Imperial Valley etc. Back of head base of skull pains This is always a precursor to new or on going volcanism. BACK PAINS: Most of the back pains are between the areas below for full information read below the remarks in italics. The Full upper back pains of Indonesia The Mid back pains of Turkey which is also very active. The R side shoulder blade pains are part of the Kuril Islands… lots of a/s happening in this area. L side shoulder blade pains Japan is just in the back ground level today Mid lower back pains continue to have on and off pains… R side mid lower back is Fiji and there has been quakes in the 5.0 range today for this area… Then the L side mid lower back is part of the area of Tonga which has had at lest 2 events 5.0or greater today The lower back pains of the Wasatch and New Madrid are hurting into the sacrum. So this is the areas I am watching. ID, UT, NM, AZ,TN, MO, OK, TX, IN, VA, CO, NC, AR, SD, SC, IL, NJ, VT and OH The mid upper back Turkey with connections to Aegean, Caspian, Ionian Seas & Dodecanese Islands of both Turkey and Greece, Crete and Syria. The full upper back Indonesia, Banda, Molucca, Flores and Celebes Seas. The mid lower back pains are L L side is Tonga Islands The mid lower back pains are R Re is Fiji Islands Shoulder blades pains: The R side . Kuril Islands can be either Japan or Russia. The L side This is Japan… can include may locations most often Honshu and Hokkaido. Wasatch and New Madrid… ID, UT, AZ, OK, TX, NM, TN, MO, KY, AR and IL. WY, CO, KS, SC, NC SC, and IL VA OH, VT, NJ, and there can be more. EARS: The most earache pains I have been on the L side today this connects to China, Pakistan, Afghanistan and India, Nepal and Myanmar. So continue to watch Myanmar and Nepal. Myanmar had a 5.3 today for that accounts for the chest/stomach pains of yesterday Nepal as also had some shaking.. The R earache is more classic with quakes showing up in Taiwan, Nicaragua I also see we had a it in Vigin Islands and Puerto Rico. R side earache This connects ohis is Alaska, Philippines and Italy and Hawaii. Taiwan, Leeward, Windward, Trinidad, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Nicaragua. L side earache China, Pakistan, Afghanistan ,India, Nepal, and Myanmar. Both ears can go with some quakes in Southern CA and larger water or volcano events. CHEST PAINS: There has not been as much sharp chest pains as I would have expected but they did hit on and off early this afternoon. The sharp ones go into the areas of parts of Southern CA including the Greater Los Angeles ara The Imperial Valley, and India/Nepal/Myanmar as well as quakes in Mexico which showed up today in Guerrero, Chiapas, Oaxaca and Colima more than enough to cause the short term heart pains I experienced today. The achy pains go with The volcanic areas of the Cascades of Oregon and Washington, Northern and Central CA. between Eureka and The Bay including SF Bay area both inland and offshore. Then we add Alaska, and Philippines as well as They Geysers and parts of the Sierras.. The R side pains again are Puebla MX and we had a 3.9 again today. The sharp chest pains Southern CA into MX and into Japan over 6.0 and some large water events. Borrego Springs El Centro, Brawley, Oxnard, Long Beach, Rialto, Palm Springs, Whittier, Pasadena and Burbank, Then we have Japan over 6.0 and India, Nepal and Myanmar. Santa Barbara Channel and Santa Monica as well as Los Angeles greater area, Palos Verdes and Northridge as well as Anaheim area. The achy chest pains Parts of Cascades, Sierras, Northern CA between Eureka to the Bay and SF Bay proper The Geysers and the CA/NV Sierras as including Bishop, Coalinga, Ridgecrest, etc. Alaska and Iceland. Puebla * Puebla is always on the R side of the chest STOMACH PAINS: Stomach pains of the sharp variety connect with Imperial Valley, Borrego Springs, El Centro, Westmoreland Brawley and Ocotillo, and it can include Mexicali and Calexico as well as Baja CA MX and Gulf of CA So the quakes today in Borrego Springs and El Centro and Brawley… India, Myanmar, Nepal. The achy stomach pains are connected to at least 3 volcanoes in the Cascade range and Parts of the Sierras including Mammoth Lakes, Bishop and Coalinga and S into Ridgecrest. Parts of Landers Quake Zone and the Wasatch and New Madrid. this includes multiple locations but the ones today as noted above are as follows. ID, UT, AZ, OK, TX, NM, TN, MO, KY, AR and IL. WY, CO, KS, SC, NC SC, and IL VA OH, VT, NJ, The achy pains This is the area of the Wasatch and new Madrid including ID, UT, AZ, OK, TX, NM, TN, MO, KY, AR and IL. WY, CO, KS, SC, NC SC, and IL VA OH, VT, NJ, and there can be more. The ones like ID, UT, IL, AR, K and IL all cause seismic flu. Alaska, Philippines and Iceland and some of the Cascades. The sharp stomach pains These are mostly connected to Imperial Valley, to India, includes, Nicobar and Andaman Islands, Nepal, Myanmar, Tibet, Kashmir and Bangladesh …… RIB PAINS: The L rib pains connect to Oceania and this includes AU, NZ and PNG with the Kermadec Islands. N and S Island NZ both have been active. A 5.0 in the Kermadec Islands also has shown up today. R rib pains are part of the Dominos... this is Tonga, Fiji, Samoa and Vanuatu all have had moderate activity today this often includes Loyalty and Santa Cruz Islands. Left ribs Oceania including AU, NZ, PNG NS the Kermandec Islands. New Ireland and New Britain, Eastern New Guinea PNG and Papua New Guinea PNG as well as the N and S Islands of NZ.. R Ribs This is the Domino Islands..Tonga, Fiji, Samoa, Marianas, Solomon, Santa Cruz, Admiralty, Loyalty, Marshal, and Vanuatu. LEG PAINS: The L leg pains have been awful today… this is connected to the recent activity in Guatemala and Ecuador with some quake activity closer to Chile and Bolivia but these are not the usual causes of the L leg pains. I wonder if this could be partially due to the increase in activity in Argentina and Bolivia. The R leg pains go with Peru Brazil Columbia Panama and Costa Rica. There has been recent quakes in Peru. and Panama as well as Costa Rica. L Leg pains Guatemala and Ecuador R Leg pain Peru, Brazil, Columbia, Panama and Costa Rica. Areas I am watching for potential larger quakes based on possible foreshocks or number of events: Still watching for more in Turkey Indonesia, Chile, Mexico and Africa. Lots of the activity with the African Continent in the last 24 hrs. The quakes in Straits of Gibraltar, Canary Islands, Portugal, Spain, Pyrenees, South Africa and South of Africa and Azores/Galapagos/Ecuador?
