​​​​​UPDATE: October 23 2025 Synopsis and Symptom: About 9 PM 10-23 I am finishing p this blog on Friday about 12:30 PM Sorry for the delay but I am exhausted from recent things I had to take care of… today’s blog will not go out till late or Today has been a very busy day. I was so off balance when I got up this morning I had to sit down again take a half Meclizine and wait for it to work. The day was busy as I had to move most of my living room furniture into the kitchen area. My daughter and son in law were delivering my new day bed… a bit larger than my sofa but I have a much more stable place to rest now. So I was busy till about 4 PM .. then had to crash for a bit… so now the cats are in bed and I can start the blog update for today The symptoms were varied all day. Headache mostly on the L side, Temple to temple pains and ears with on and off symptoms… some achy chest pains hit about 8 PM lasted about 10 minutes on and off.. mostly it was in the frontal ribs along with the chest pains. So… So I found out recently there has been a on going event in Washington its called a ” Slow Quake ” Due to lack of at the CVO this information as not put out ..I actually sent emails to the head of the facility on 2 different occasions but never heard back. This slow quake began on or around September 16th near Olympia and moved North towards Vancouver. The quake after a few days and slowly moved Northward instead of Vancouver Island. Canada. These take place on the Juan de Fuca Ridge although they are not felt due to their size, this is not a good idea as they can apparently add stress to the Cascadia Subduction Zone quake area so instead of relieving stress its creating it the numbers go into the thousands. perhaps or felt but they are I am sure reacting those of us who are sensitive but have not been able to confirm activity. I am sure these tremors are large enough to affect the balance of those of us who are sensitive. Headache. Still getting a lot of the L side headache and that continues to be part of the Chile Connection. Chile, Bolivia and or Argentina. As stated before there are many different areas that can be part of the L side headaches but the main areas are Chile along with Bolivia and Argentina. There has been numerous quakes in Chile and my best guess for locations would be Tarapaca, CoQuimbo, Bio Bio and Maule and Atacama. These are the ones that seem to be most often involved in this activity. The R side is Alaska, Philippines, Azores and Iceland. I try to ignore the quakes in Philippines too many of them and they are expected A/S The Temple to temple headache this includes OR/WA Cascades along with the Northern and Central CA inland or offshore. This includes the areas of Eureka to the Bay and SF bay proper. The Geysers, hot springs and Sierras Recent activity near the Hot Springs, Cloverdale and Mammoth Lakes as well as Bishop and Coalinga area. The temple to temple area along with the ear issues of plugged and pressured .. so watching for more again in San Jose, Concord, Oakland and Vallejo area .. wonder about this activity. Should be more since the quake of a few weeks again near Berkeley CA things have been a bit more active I need to check on the dates of that quake sequence. There were quakes near Berkeley about Sept. 16 and again on October 16-17 but were 4.3 near Berkeley Its seems based on my timelines’ I would not be surprised to some see something happen near this region of N CA…The Geysers are also more active again in order to have a quake over 4.0 The Geyser activity has to be at least 200 events for 7 days. There can be quakes off shore Southern OR and Norther between Eureka to the Bay. Then we have the area of Brow bone pains this is volcanic in origin and can include volcanic quakes anywhere.. including Indonesia, Alaska Philippines, Iceland and more. When volcanism is building the pain centers on the brow bones above the eyes and in the case of Chile, the entire eye socket can be painful. The back of the head pains are precursor to an eruption. They are pre harmonics tremors. they are the tremors that show up before quakes its the frequency of the tremors activates the pain at the base of the skull it can be intense. Some of the locations that have caused these symptoms are the Cascades, St Helen’s, Mt Rainier, Mt Adams and Mt Hood.. then Mt Etna, Mt Pinatubo, Mt Popocatepetl there re many more but these I can remember the symptoms. * some back of head throbbing tonight * not sure where but its part of a impending or active eruption. Ears: The L ear is China, Pakistan, Afghanistan, India and Mynamar. Quakes in such locations of Xizang or Xinjiang China as well as Hindu Kush Afghanistan and Pakistan. Then we have India which includes New Nicobar and Andaman Islands Right earaches are connected to Taiwan, Leewards, Windward, Trinidad Virgin Islands Puerto Rico and Nicaragua. Since the last update there has been quakes and Taiwan, Leeward and Virgin Islands,Puerto Rico and Nicaragua. This can be more chest pains and headache but definitely the R side earache. Back pains: The mid upper back pains are Turkey and can include Aegean, Caspian, Ionian Campi Flegrei a super volcano in Greece which has been showing signs of unrest and quakes location due to the populations in the area. This area will often cause sharp chest pains and earaches. The full upper back pains for Indonesia this include Banda, Molucca,Flores and Celebes Sea. Areas I am watching include Sumatra, Java. Iran Jaya,Nias, and Halmahera as well as Sulawesi and Minahasa Sulawesi.Headache an be migraine intensity L side. The mid back R side is Kuril Islands and this one continuous. The L side mid back is Japan and as usual I watch the areas of Honshu and Hokkaido as well s Ryukyu and Kyushu Islands. When its over 6.5 in Japan you experience the sharp chest pains when it escalates to Spasms then the quakes are almost always 7.4 or greater. The mid lower back pains are R side Fiji and lots of quakes there and the the L side it was more Tonga and both areas are active almost on a daily basis. The very low back pains… as stated I was watching quite a few events… these have happened since the last update. ID, UT, NM, AZ, CO, OK, TX, MO, TN, AR, KS, WY, NC , SC,VA, VT, OH, NY , IL these were the area I posted that I was watching. There were quakes in OK and TX as well as NM, CO and at least 2 quakes in NC. Chest Pains. The sharp chest pains are mostly connected to locations like Southern CA and into Mexico, and Mexico proper. The areas of the Imperial Valley and quakes in Japan over 6.0 as well as Italy and Hawaii and India. The achy chest pains go with many more locations. It can be part of The quakes in OR/WA and Cascades and Northern/Central CA as well as quakes in The Sierras like Bishop and Coalinga Philippines, Iceland, Alaska etc. Then there is also the activity in The Loma Prieta Quake Zone and more including Nevada some locations. There are also quakes in the Azores and into Ecuador and the African Continent. Specifically Spain, and Pyrenees and Portugal and even Morocco… Stomach pains: There is a connection of the stomach pains and chest pains so that is why I place them one after the other. The achy stomach pains go hand in hand with the lower low back pains. The Wasatch and New Madrid will always cause the achy stomach pains.. especially areas like ID, AZ,UT, WY, KS, NM, OK, and TX ,then the other ones including Mammoth Lakes, Bishop, Coalinga and parts of OR/WA as well as part of The Cascades,especially Mt St Helen’s, Mt Hood. and Alaska, parts of Philippines,Turkey and Indonesia. Then we get into the sharp stomach pains.When I am living in Oregon the pains from Mammoth are as I describe them as a * Green Apple Belly Ache * and then when I was in CA these same symptoms hit like Instantaneous Hard Labor… which put me into several different emergency rooms. But you can always expect sharp stomach pains or jabs and sharp chest pains in sync with the stomach pains. This seems to be tired mostly to the Imperial Valley, and Borrego Springs, El Centro and more. Then a couple of years ago I found that these same symptoms that hit with Borrego Springs, also hit with quakes India no specific area so far but India and especially when connected to Myanmar Ribs: The R rib pains are the Domino Islands. This includes such areas/Islands as Tonga, Fiji, Samoa, Marianas, and Loyalty, Vanuatu, and Solomon /Santa Cruz Islands. There are several more but these are the areas that I believe have the most probability of experiencing quake activity. The L ribs are AU, including Wales, NZ both N and S Islands, PNG like New Ireland and New Britain and Kermadec Islands.. recent quakes in Falkland Islands caused similar symptoms. Past events have caused major beachings in the Falkland Islands At times there can be rib pains in both sides of the body so I have found this is solar related … it feels like a big squeezing pain but its internal… like wrapped in an iron corset.. * for these who can’ visualize this, picture the portrayal of females in the 1800’sand were laced into those waist trimming corsets. That is how I some of the solar events affect me * banding * Legs: The L leg is Guatemala and Ecuador multiple quakes both locations again since my last update. The knee and thigh behind the leg which include the ankle,and calf pains. The R side is Peru, Brazil, Columbia as well as Panama and Costa Rica and their borders. There is pain on the R knee and calf and hip… both of these areas have been active and especially I have been watching Costa Rica and its connection to Panama.

BALANCE: Balance has been really off. Hard at times to navigate even with Meclizine. Found myself holding on to the wall and anything else I could read to walk down the hallway taking the cats to bed or getting them up. VISION: Vision has been a bit blurry but I am not sure its not part of the balance again. Easier to see the phone text more than the laptops text. Cats: The cats were pretty laid back but due to my daughter and her husband both being here the cats ran to their room and stayed there as long as the kids were here. Once in a while one of them would sneak out to see what was happening and I had to laugh because these are my daughter and her husband and they literally raised this litter of kittens which I adopted 5 years ago. Merlin started in about a hour after they left with crying, running, hiding… that would have been about 4 PM Ants: Checked the ant dish tonight before I went to bed and did not see any ants but moved their food around and there were about 1-2 dozen under all the dried food in their dish. No ants under the dish or on the floor or walls. No Spiders . No Earthworms Out of area reports. Balance issues.. Nausea and vertigo OR Sense of movement S CA No issues with the Husky’s in N CA Spirit is calm. Insomnia in AZ, OR, and CO Solar activity: Nothing major to report. I have not seen anything new. All I know is I had major itching and we ha the larger CME on the backside of the Sun. After the far sided event was gone the itching calmed down. Now its back even stronger and both last night 22nd.. and today 23rd I have had major heart burn. These symptoms in the lst have been associated with a solar halo or filament event. Sounds and Frogs: Dual Tones Japan, Canada, Alaska Aleutians and Russia El Salvador horn honking sounds Then we have long tones of S CA but they are also like Mexico but Mexico does not over lap like S CA. The short tones of N CA picked up about 3 AM but are pretty much back in background level. ( can include eye socket ) Temple to temple pain Northern CA and all of Northern and Central CA to the CA/NV Sierras. Frontal center of forehead pains Southern CA including Los Angeles and Imperial Valley etc. Back of head base of skull pains This is always a precursor to new or on going volcanism. BACK PAINS: The mid upper back Turkey with connections to Aegean, Caspian, Ionian Seas & Dodecanese Islands of both Turkey and Greece, Crete and Syria. The full upper back Indonesia, Banda, Molucca, Flores and Celebes Seas. The mid lower back pains are L L side is Tonga Islands The mid lower back pains are R Re is Fiji Islands Shoulder blades pains: The R side . Kuril Islands can be either Japan or Russia. The L side This is Japan… can include may locations most often Honshu and Hokkaido. Wasatch and New Madrid… ID, UT, AZ, OK, TX, NM, TN, MO, KY, AR and IL. WY, CO, KS, SC, NC SC, and IL VA OH, VT, NJ, and there can be more. EARS: R side earache This connects this is Alaska, Philippines and Italy and Hawaii. Taiwan, Leeward, Windward, Trinidad, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Nicaragua. L side earache China, Pakistan, Afghanistan ,India, Nepal, and Myanmar. Both ears can go with some quakes in Southern CA and larger water or volcano events. CHEST PAINS: The sharp chest pains Southern CA into MX and into Japan over 6.0 and some large water events. Borrego Springs El Centro, Brawley, Oxnard, Long Beach, Rialto, Palm Springs, Whittier, Pasadena and Burbank, Then we have Japan over 6.0 and India, Nepal and Myanmar. Santa Barbara Channel and Santa Monica as well as Los Angeles greater area, Palos Verdes and Northridge as well as Anaheim area. The achy chest pains Parts of Cascades, Sierras, Northern CA between Eureka to the Bay and SF Bay proper The Geysers and the CA/NV Sierras as including Bishop, Coalinga, Ridgecrest, etc. Alaska and Iceland. Puebla * Puebla is always on the R side of the chest all is Puebla. STOMACH PAINS: The achy pains This is the area of the Wasatch and new Madrid including ID, UT, AZ, OK, TX, NM, TN, MO, KY, AR and IL. WY, CO, KS, SC, NC SC, and IL VA OH, VT, NJ, and there can be more. The ones like ID, UT, IL, AR, K and IL all cause seismic flu. Alaska, Philippines and Iceland and some of the Cascades. The sharp stomach pains These are mostly connected to Imperial Valley, to India, includes, Nicobar and Andaman Islands, Nepal, Myanmar, Tibet, Kashmir and Bangladesh …… RIB PAINS: Left ribs Oceania including AU, NZ, PNG NS the Kermandec Islands. New Ireland and New Britain, Eastern New Guinea PNG and Papua New Guinea PNG as well as the N and S Islands of NZ.. R Ribs This is the Domino Islands..Tonga, Fiji, Samoa, Marianas, Solomon, Santa Cruz, Admiralty, Loyalty, Marshal, and Vanuatu. LEG PAINS: L Leg pains Guatemala and Ecuador R Leg pain Peru, Brazil, Columbia, Panama and Costa Rica.
