I have not been feeling well the last couple of days and its not quake related well mostly not.
Just exhausted and trying to get a bit more rest.
I know this is off and a bit disjointed I wrote it from notes I took yesterday but I tried to stay off the internet.So hopefully this makes some kind of sense.

Synopsis and Symptoms
The 24th, Friday was a mostly a laid back day. Lots of storms due in and I needed to get my grocery order in for delivery… which I did… but I over did it a bit before I got my new bed and I am still paying for too much lifting and pushing, but I am getting better as the days are progressing.
Symptoms have been mostly balance issues and headache earaches and leg pains.
For the 24th the headaches were mostly L sided for Chile, Bolivia and Argentina.
The quakes in Indonesia Mexico and even Turkey can also add to that pain.
There was a bit of temple to temple headache and that connected to WA/OR Cascades, as well as Northern and Central CA.. this included Eureka to the Bay and SF Bay proper for me means Loma Prieta Quake Zone and Oakland and Vallejo. The Geysers and Hot Springs as well as the Sierras including Mammoth, Bishop and Coalinga as well as Ridgecrest….

There was also some earaches this was on an off on the 23rd and into the 24th.
I did not go online much yesterday the 25th we were in a major storm and tried to stay off line as much as possible keeping my phone charged and a fire going were my priorities.

There was back pains but not sure it was not caused my too much lifting and pushing. Depending on the pain if it was seismic then I would say watch Indonesia, Turkey Kuril Islands, Tonga and Japan. The Wasatch would give us along with the New Madrid so that would be ID,UT, TX, OK, NM, WY, KS, TN,MO, CO, NC, NY, IL VA
Chest pains.. on and off mostly ancy with a few jabs. Most of the pains were are connected to small events in Mexico and Northern Central CA… as well as India and Myanmar …
R shoulder blade Kuril Islands and L shoulder blade Japan. Right mid lower back Fiji and L mid lower back is Tonga.

The rib pains have been on going with events in both N and S Islands NZ , as well as AU, PNG and The Kermadec Islands. The R ribs are the Domino Islands and include Tonga, Fiji, Samoa, Marianas, Santa Cruz and Solomon Islands …. there are more but these are the ones I am watching.

Earaches all evening Thursday and then on and off Friday reminded me of the kind of earaches I had before Italy in 1979 and Whittier in 1987. First one ear and then the other.. then both. Pressure and painful aching like the child hood earaches I can still remember growing up. The kind that sometimes hurts when you are drinking something or when you blow your nose… or even are traveling and you are in a higher elevation. I would blame it on the weather as we have had what they call a Atmospheric River but that began late Friday. The pains ere mostly gone by then.
The L side is part of China, Pakistan, Afghanistan and India/Myanmar. Quakes in most of these locations…Right side is Taiwan, Leeward Windward, Trinidad, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Nicaragua.
In looking at the recent quakes I have seen quakes in Leeward, Windward, and even Trinidad as well as the usual Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Nicaragua.So I would say all are suspect. These same earaches can be brought on by the quakes happening in the many oceans and the sudden and violent eruptions.

The leg pains continue. The L being the worse of the two almost daily continuous pain. The leg calf, ankle, thigh and hip area near knee but not the knee itself.
The Right leg is calf, ankle, thigh and near knee pains… not as severe and not constant.

Then the notable quakes 24-25th … multiple quakes in Indonesia, and Turkey lead the list. Then we have Mexico, Philippines, Chile and largest quakes on the 24th were Canada 5.2, Vanuatu 5.1, Alaska 6.0, Kuril Islands Russia 5.5, Russia 5.2 Southeast Indian Ridge 5.4, Chile 5.3, Santa Cruz/Solomon Islands 6.0,
26th ( Philippines 5.0, Papua New Guinea 5.0, Timor Sea Indonesia 6.2, West Chile Rise 5.1)

Saturday October 25…
The day began with major rainfall and winds and later in the day thunder and Lightening all over the valley all the way to Northern CA and Southern WA… winds near 55 miles per hour were reported.
The symptoms were right off with major balance issues. Meclizine did no good. I had a headache that would not stop and mild stomach pains the constant leg pains and spaciness.
Headache. L side is Chile Bolivia Argentina and the R side is Philippines, Alaska and Azores and Iceland.
Temple to temple Northern and Central CA and can include OR, WA and NV as well as most of CA
Brow bone pains: this is precursor to quakes that are either volcanic or volcanic in origin.
Back of head… this is a precursor for volcanic activity/
Earaches:
The earaches were mostly both sides the last 24 hrs. This is not to say there are not pains in the L or R ear.
The L ear is China, Pakistan, Afghanistan and India/Myanmar.
The R side is Taiwan Leeward Windward Trinidad, Virgin Islands Puerto Rico or Nicaragua. There has been quake activity in Taiwan, China India, Myanmar and Afghanistan.
The Chest pains.
Chest pains are usually sharp pains and go with Southern CA into Mexico and Mexico proper, the quakes in Imperial Valley especially Borrego Springs and El Centro will cause sharp chest pains and the pain can go with the other areas of the Imperial Valley.
For Me Imperial Valley is … the areas are Mexicali, Calexico,Brawley, Westmoreland, El Centro, Borrego Springs, Ocotillo, Gulf of CA, and Baja CA MX. Occasionally Temecula. ( most of the CA ones are in Imperial County Although Borrego Springs are part of San Diego County, for my purposes they are part of the Imperial Valley this is more for symptoms than geographic location.India/Myanmar and Italy, Hawaii.
The achy chest pains are connected to the areas of OR/WA Cascades and Northern and Central CA as well a arts of Turkey, and Indonesia, Alaska and Azores etc… the Sierras, The Geysers and Eureka to the Bay and SF Bay proper as well as Mammoth, Bishop and Coalinga S.
Back Pains:
The mid upper back pains of Turkey and the areas connected to it which include Aegean, Caspian, Ionian Seas as well a Dodecanese Islands of both Greece and Turkey and Crete… *( Aegean/Greece are part of the large volcano on the Aegean Sea in Greece.
The Full upper back pains are Indonesia and this includes Banda Molucca, Flores, Celebes Seas and there has been many quakes in Indonesia including the 6.2 today in Timor Indonesia. Quakes in Sumatra, Nias, Java and Irian Jaya etc.
The R side shoulder blade is Kuril Islands and the L side shoulder blade is Japan and there is still one day for an a/s in the timeline for for Japan.
The mid lower back Domino Islands.
The lower back pains are ID,UT, TX, OK, NM, WY, KS, TN,MO, CO, NC, NY, IL VA
Rib Pains:
The L ribs are Oceania and that means to watch for more quakes in AU, NZ, PNG and Kermadec Islands
N and S Islands and New Britain and New Ireland PNG all have been active as well as AU and Wales.
The R ribs are Domino Islands and these are a group of imaginary islands I group together and named The Domino islands for obvious reasons. Tong, Fiji, Samoa, Marianas, Santa Cruz, Solomon and more..
Stomach pains:
These are both achy and sharp stomach pains. The sharp pains go with Imperial valley including Borrego Springs and El Centro, and India with Myanmar . Both cause sharp jabby stomach pains. The achy stomach pains are WA/OR Cascades, Northern CA, Central CA, The Sierras and The Geysers and Mammoth Lakes, Bishop and Coalinga;Then we look at Alaska,Iceland and Philippines as well as Big Bear and Yucca Valley etc.the New Madrid and Wasatch fault area also cause achy stomach pains. ID,UT, TX, OK, NM, WY, KS, TN,MO, CO, NC, NY, IL.
Leg Pains:
The L leg is Guatemala and Ecuador and includes most areas of the leg ankle, calf, thigh hip and knee area.
The R leg is Peru, Brazil, Columbia, Panama and Costa Rica…. and their borders. knee, ankle, calf, thigh, hip and more.

BALANCE:
The balance has been really off for several days and I continue to wonder what is causing this.? Perhaps it is the slow moving quake in Washington? Perhaps its the small tremors not felt? What ever it is the balance issues continue and sometimes Meclizine will help and some time not so much. Had reports of merry go round vertigo from a contact this last week.
VISION:
Vision has not been too bad… but still have bursts of time when I can’t read the text on the cell phone. The laptop was impossible yesterday so that added to my headache and lack of posting.
Cats:
The cats have been pretty laid back, the last couple of days. The darker skies since the storms seem to help them sleep unless they hear the Thunder…. they run and hide.
Then Merlin went into his crying running hiding attacks about 3 times yesterday and 2 times today before it was their bedtime. Merlin would sit in the hall and cry and go to the back window and scratch and cry.
Ants:
The ants are all present and accounted for… and due to the lack of visible ants I added some fresh food in their dish and they did come out.. about 2 dozen present and accounted for.

No Spiders .
No Earthworms
Out of area reports.
Things have been pretty quiet for out of area reports.\
Solar activity:
Although I have not seen any events posted I still have some intense itching and even some heart burn the last couple of days. But they are saying by the 28th we will have a G1 or possibly a G2 solar storm hit us.
Sounds and Frogs:
The dual tones are a bit louder today and the over lap is more noticeable
The S CA into Mexico still no over lap…
Horn Honking El Central continues to cause the symptoms that go to El Salvador.
Short tones for N CA are strong but again no over lap.

HEADACHE PAINS:
R side headache Alaska, Philippines Iceland, Azores ( Hawaii/Italy )
L side headache Chile, Turkey, Indonesia, Mexico and most Stratovolcanoes
Brow Bone Pain This is classic that the pains that hit over the bones. ( can include eye socket )
Temple to temple pain Northern CA and all of Northern and Central CA to the CA/NV Sierras.
Frontal center of forehead pains Southern CA including Los Angeles and Imperial Valley etc.
Back of head base of skull pains This is always a precursor to new or on going volcanism.
BACK PAINS:
The mid upper back Turkey with connections to Aegean, Caspian, Ionian Seas & Dodecanese Islands of both Turkey and Greece, Crete and Syria.
The full upper back Indonesia, Banda, Molucca, Flores and Celebes Seas.
The mid lower back pains are L L side is Tonga Islands
The mid lower back pains are R Re is Fiji Islands
Shoulder blades pains:
The R side . Kuril Islands can be either Japan or Russia.
The L side This is Japan… can include may locations most often Honshu and Hokkaido.
Wasatch and New Madrid… ID, UT, AZ, OK, TX, NM, TN, MO, KY, AR and IL. WY, CO, KS, SC, NC SC, and IL VA OH, VT, NJ, and there can be more.
EARS:
R side earache This connects this is Alaska, Philippines and Italy and Hawaii. Taiwan, Leeward, Windward, Trinidad, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Nicaragua.
L side earache China, Pakistan, Afghanistan ,India, Nepal, and Myanmar.
Both ears can go with some quakes in Southern CA and larger water or volcano events.
CHEST PAINS:
The sharp chest pains Southern CA into MX and into Japan over 6.0 and some large water events. Borrego Springs El Centro, Brawley, Oxnard, Long Beach, Rialto, Palm Springs, Whittier, Pasadena and Burbank,
Then we have Japan over 6.0 and India, Nepal and Myanmar. Santa Barbara Channel and Santa Monica as well as Los Angeles greater area, Palos Verdes and Northridge as well as Anaheim area.
The achy chest pains Parts of Cascades, Sierras, Northern CA between Eureka to the Bay and SF Bay proper The Geysers and the CA/NV Sierras as including Bishop, Coalinga, Ridgecrest, etc. Alaska and Iceland.
Puebla * Puebla is always on the R side of the chest all is Puebla.
STOMACH PAINS:
The achy pains This is the area of the Wasatch and new Madrid including ID, UT, AZ, OK, TX, NM, TN, MO, KY, AR and IL. WY, CO, KS, SC, NC SC, and IL VA OH, VT, NJ, and there can be more. The ones like ID, UT, IL, AR, K and IL all cause seismic flu. Alaska, Philippines and Iceland and some of the Cascades.
The sharp stomach pains These are mostly connected to Imperial Valley, to India, includes, Nicobar and Andaman Islands, Nepal, Myanmar, Tibet, Kashmir and Bangladesh ……
RIB PAINS:
Left ribs Oceania including AU, NZ, PNG NS the Kermandec Islands. New Ireland and New Britain, Eastern New Guinea PNG and Papua New Guinea PNG as well as the N and S Islands of NZ..
R Ribs This is the Domino Islands..Tonga, Fiji, Samoa, Marianas, Solomon, Santa Cruz, Admiralty, Loyalty, Marshal, and Vanuatu.
LEG PAINS:
L Leg pains Guatemala and Ecuador
R Leg pain Peru, Brazil, Columbia, Panama and Costa Rica.





Areas I am watching for potential larger quakes based on possible foreshocks or number of events:
