EARTHQUAKE UPDATE November 19-20, 2025

​​​​​UPDATE: November 19-20, 2025 Synopsis and Symptoms I have not checked the quake list since early AM today so I am trying to get the update done as soon as possible. I will add the time I finish at the end of this page, so any quakes I list if they have an event around this time you will know it was entered before the event. Today started out okay and then about 8 AM I realized yesterday was pay day so I had to put things aside and pay my second half of the month bills. Felt pretty good but then I began to experience pain in the area I connect to Fiji the R side mid lower back it could also be the R shoulder blade area that is part of the Kuril Island and perhaps Kamchatka Russia. But the pains real really closer to the mid lower back which is Fiji. Recent quakes in Fiji have been pretty much on going. So as the pain intensified it centered into the mid lower back region and then the spasms began. I have only had spasms with Japan in the past and each of those events were all the same magnitude of 7.4 and all were off the East Coast of Honshu Japan. Japan and Tonga are both on the L side of the body but the Kuril Islands/Kamchatka and Fiji are on the R side of the body. I had to take Tylenol and use heat on the area and was finally about to go to sleep and slept 4 hours When I woke the pains were much better not gone but better, so now its a wait and see what if anything happens and I keep hoping that this is all due to the way I was sleeping etc.. Spasms beginning again about 11 PM I have some concerns about Templeton CA. There has been so many more events in this area than we have been privy to. We are in a/s timeline again. Headache: L side Still seeing lots of quake activity around Chile and the areas of Indonesia and Turkey as well as Mexico all seem to be very active quake wise and some with volcanic activity tossed in. Atacama and Antofagasta Chile,Bio Bio/Maule, Tarapaca Chile all come to mind. R side Alaska also seem to be quite active again both quake and volcanic related events and Philippines with quakes and then we also have the activity in Azores, Iceland and Kilauea is erupting again in Hawaii. Temple to temple This is Northern and Central CA area and can include all of the quakes along the PNW, This includes The Geysers, Healdsburg, Cloverdale and more. The quakes in Washington and Oregon also has the temple to temple headache as a symptom. This can include all the quakes both inland and offshore events. Brow Bone Pain with all the recent eruptions happening its not a surprise that the brow bones are tender. The activity in Indonesia, Russia, Italy the Philippines and even the United States all of these Stratovolcanoes will add to the brow pains. Any geothermal, hot springs and volcanism can add to that pain. Back of Head Pains: These only hit when the areas which are in the process of building to a possible eruption or magma is moving which causes the tremor. Back Pains: Mid back pains areas are all connected to Turkey and the Aegean Caspian and Ionian Seas.The Dodecanese Islands of both Turkey and Greece and can include Crete as well as Syria. Full upper back pains This is Indonesia and includes Banda, Molucca Flores, Celebes Seas. Areas I am watching for more activity are Halmahera, Minahasa, Sulawesi, Java, Sumatra and Jakarta as well Banda Aceh and Papua Indonesia. Mid Lower Back Pains: R side mid lower back is Fiji and I have had some symptoms that concern me about this area and the potential for a large to major quake. L side mid lower back pains is Tonga there has been a lot of quakes in this area in recent days. Expect more. Shoulder Blade Pains: R side pains are Kuril Island and can be Kamchatka Russia as well. This is another area I am watching for a possible larger event.?? L side pains are Japan and can include many area but the main ones I watch for are Honshu, Off the East Coast of Honshu and Hokkaido, Kyushu, Ryukyu Bonin and Volcano Islands and also the area where the Fukushima quake took place. Low Back Pains are connected to many states which can be impacted by a larger quake on the Wasatch and New Madrid… including the states of recent quakes in OK, NM, TX, ID, UT, MO,TN, AR, AZ, SC/NC. OH and IL Ears: R ear pains This is Taiwan, Leeward, Windward, Trinidad, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Nicaragua. Recent quakes have hit in Taiwan and Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Nicaragua all have had recent quakes. L ear pains This one is China, Pakistan, Afghanistan India and Nicobar/Andaman Islands, as well as Nepal/Myanmar… there was another quake Hindu Kush Afghanistan and China also has shown recent quake activity. More Pakistan, and India activity coming based on precursor events. Both Ears: This is classic for quakes in the areas of Palm Springs, Whittier, Pasadena and Burbank CA as well as some larger than 6.5 or greater large water events and quakes in both Hawaii and Italy and most often connected to volcanism. Rib Pains: L Rib Pains This is Oceania and include AU, Whales, S Wales as well as North and South Island New Zealand, Papua New Guinea as well as New Ireland, New Britain, and Eastern New Guinea PNG as well as the Kermadec Islands NZ R Rib Pains… Dominos This one includes quakes that tend to respond to one another like Dominos. They are Tonga, Fiji, Samoa, Marianas, and Admiralty, Loyalty, Marshal, Santa Cruz and Solomon as well as Vanuatu Islands. Chest Pains Achy chest pain The achy chest pains will go with many areas Oregon, Washington and CA. These are mostly quakes that happen inland and offshore in both OR and WA and then we get into Northern and Central CA and including The Geysers and the hot springs Healdsburg, Cloverdale and the Loma Prieta Quake zone ( Morgan Hills, San Jose and Santa Cruz CA ) Coalinga, Ridgecrest and more. Also quakes between Eureka and The Bay and SF Bay proper all can cause achy chest pains along with temple to temple headache and possible ear pain/pressure. There has been a large number of quakes near Templeton CA since the 4.4 of 3 days ago,although the headache is part of this activity it was and is the long duration ultra-high frequency sounds that says Templeton CA.. can expect more. Sharp chest Pains The sharp pains are connected to Southern into Mexico and Mexico proper as well as Japan over 6o and many larger events over 6.5 in the water and and quakes in India as well as Borrego Springs and quakes connected to Italy and Hawaii both inland and related to their respective volcanoes. Recent activity inc When both ears hurt and you have the sharp chest pains the you have to look at Palm Springs, Whittier, Pasadena and Burbank CA Whittier was the first area that this happened not connected to a volcano. New activity was recently confirmed in Italy at the Stromboli volcano. Stomach Pains: Sharp stomach pains This is a short list watch for quakes in Borrego Springs, El Centro, Ocotillo Wells, India, Nepal, Myanmar and can be part of on going activity. Achy stomach pains: This is such location as the Cascades which would include Mt Hood and Mt.Rainier as well as St Helen’s but not as much. The Sierras including Mammoth Lakes, Bishop, Coalinga,Ridgecrest and The Geysers and hot springs as well as parts of Landers Quake Zone including Yucca and Simi Valley and Big Bear Lake area and especially the states along the Wasatch and New Madrid fault locations again these are not all going to have quakes but they are most likely to experience quakes. OK, NM, TX, ID, UT, MO ,TN, AR, AZ, SC/NC. OH and IL Leg Pains: L Leg Pains There has been more L leg pains and edema and this is Guatemala and Ecuador lots of quakes happening in both areas. Ecuador can lead to quakes in South Africa and or South of Africa and Azores as well as Galapagos. R Leg Pain: The R leg pains have been more painful the last 24 hrs. but can be part of activity in Peru including South and Central Peru, Brazil, Columbia, Panama and Costa Rica.. lots of quakes in Costa Rica and their borders. BALANCE: Balance was not too bad and then the sudden onset of the back pains seemed to also cause all my other systems to intensify. There was a short period of time it was almost impossible to walk due to the balance issue. VISION: The headache I had most all day would have an effect on the vision but the blurry aspect of the vision is most often connected to quakes in Oregon and Simi Valley, Yucca Valley and Japan over 6.0 Cats: The cats were pretty laid back all morning then about 1 PM Merlin began to act out he also had been sick about o10 AM this morning. Then he just got worse. He carried on for about a hour and then slept for a hour and since 5 PM he has been crying non stop. He was back at running and biting himself. I also heard from AZ contact her two cats been also been sick. first the female and then the male shortly after so it appears there are things that are happening that our cats are picking up on. Ants: The 2 ants I had found disappeared then a 3rd one showed up on my laptop screen Again I caught it and put it in the dish. Checked and he was under the bowl so I picked him up placed back into the bowl with a few shreds of Chicken. Half hour later I checked and there were 8 ants in the bowl, at 5 PM at 9:25 PM there were 2 ants in the bowl so I added a bit of cat food and a bite of white cake. Hopefully this will bring them back. No Spiders . No Earthworms Out of area reports. CO R eye headache, chills, noisy L ear. AZ blurry vision, Banding headache, leg pains and balance issues. Solar activity: There was a large prominence that took place on the Sun and a filament also too place. They were on the back side of the sun and at the time of this report they did not have any idea if there had been CME generated. Sounds and Frogs: Such loud tones for dual… this is N Canada, Alaska, Aleutians, Japan Russia/South Sandwich Islands. Then we have the long tones of Southern CA and into Mexico and Mexico proper. No overlapping at this time. Northern Central CA this one is the short tones of Northern and Central CA thought there might have been a over lap but if that was true it was only 30 seconds. But there is still concerns about about N and Central CA and the PNW areas. Frogs about 5:30PM PST today. ( can include eye socket ) Temple to temple pain Northern CA and all of Northern and Central CA to the CA/NV Sierras. Frontal center of forehead pains Southern CA including Los Angeles and Imperial Valley etc. Back of head base of skull pains This is always a precursor to new or on going volcanism. BACK PAINS: The mid upper back Turkey with connections to Aegean, Caspian, Ionian Seas & Dodecanese Islands of both Turkey and Greece, Crete and Syria. The full upper back Indonesia, Banda, Molucca, Flores and Celebes Seas. The mid lower back pains are L L side is Tonga Islands The mid lower back pains are R Re is Fiji Islands Shoulder blades pains: The R side . Kuril Islands can be either Japan or Russia. The L side This is Japan… can include may locations most often Honshu and Hokkaido. Wasatch and New Madrid… ID, UT, AZ, OK, TX, NM, TN, MO, KY, AR and IL. WY, CO, KS, SC, NC SC, and IL VA OH, VT, NJ, and there can be more. EARS: R side earache This connects this is Alaska, Philippines and Italy and Hawaii. Taiwan, Leeward, Windward, Trinidad, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Nicaragua. L side earache China, Pakistan, Afghanistan ,India, Nepal, and Myanmar. Both ears can go with some quakes in Southern CA and larger water or volcano events. CHEST PAINS: The sharp chest pains Southern CA into MX and into Japan over 6.0 and some large water events. Borrego Springs El Centro, Brawley, Oxnard, Long Beach, Rialto, Palm Springs, Whittier, Pasadena and Burbank, Then we have Japan over 6.0 and India, Nepal and Myanmar. Santa Barbara Channel and Santa Monica as well as Los Angeles greater area, Palos Verdes and Northridge as well as Anaheim area. The achy chest pains Parts of Cascades, Sierras, Northern CA between Eureka to the Bay and SF Bay proper The Geysers and the CA/NV Sierras as including Bishop, Coalinga, Ridgecrest, etc. Alaska and Iceland. Puebla * Puebla is always on the R side of the chest all is Puebla. STOMACH PAINS: The achy pains This is the area of the Wasatch and new Madrid including ID, UT, AZ, OK, TX, NM, TN, MO, KY, AR and IL. WY, CO, KS, SC, NC SC, and IL VA OH, VT, NJ, and there can be more. The ones like ID, UT, IL, AR, K and IL all cause seismic flu. Alaska, Philippines and Iceland and some of the Cascades. The sharp stomach pains These are mostly connected to Imperial Valley, to India, includes, Nicobar and Andaman Islands, Nepal, Myanmar, Tibet, Kashmir and Bangladesh …… RIB PAINS: Left ribs Oceania including AU, NZ, PNG NS the Kermandec Islands. New Ireland and New Britain, Eastern New Guinea PNG and Papua New Guinea PNG as well as the N and S Islands of NZ.. R Ribs This is the Domino Islands..Tonga, Fiji, Samoa, Marianas, Solomon, Santa Cruz, Admiralty, Loyalty, Marshal, and Vanuatu. LEG PAINS: L Leg pains Guatemala and Ecuador R Leg pain Peru, Brazil, Columbia, Panama and Costa Rica.
