​​​​​UPDATE: January 12, 2026 Daily Synopsis Symptoms today have not been quite as bad as the last few days. Headache has been on and off mostly frontal. There was a short bout of the back of head pains again.z I contacted the head of the Philippine Volcano Observatory today waiting to hear back from them. Stomach pains hit about 11 AM but did not get too strong. The two worst symptoms were and continue to be the balance issues and blurry vision. The cats were not as loud today but Merlin my most sensitive cat was noticeably affected by something a couple of times today. One of the 3 got sick again. Headache: L side The L side headache has been pretty much continues to be a daily symptom. Although its classic Chile, which includes ( Bolivia and Argentina )the disorientation the neuralgia and above and in the L eye all are Chile.. Some of the recent road rage incidents and or domestic violence issues tend to connect to Chile and Argentina and Bolivia. R side Mindanao Philippines, Alaska, Iceland and Azores. Ears plugged or pressure feeling is common. Temple temple pain is usually connected to the PNW specifically Northern and and Central CA. Inland and offshore as well as Washington and Oregon most often the Southern OR offshore quake activity. Brow Bone Pain this is pain that accompanies the headaches either R or L side.the Cascades or Sierras and includes most stratovolcanoes. Back of Head Pains: The pain at the base of the skull is classic pre harmonics which translates into a volcano getting ready to blow. It can be anywhere since the symptoms are likely connected to infrasound and or ELF. Back Pains: Mid back pains The pains they are upper back pains are Turkey and as usual this area continues to be very active. These can include events in the Aegean, Caspian and Ionian Seas. Full upper back pains This area is Indonesia and like Turkey it includes precursors such as the Banda, Molucca, Flores and Celebes Seas. Also can cause major migraines. Shoulder Blade Pain R side Kuril Islands or Kamchatka Russia. Kuril’s are claimed by both Japan and Russia. Just hit 6.4 Kuril Islands Russia 11:34 PM PST. Right shoulder blade pains and dual tones. L side Japan and East Coast of Honshu Japan Hokkaido, Kyushu and or Ryukyu Islands… occasionally Bonin, Volcano or Izu Islands. Mid lower back pains R side Fiji Islands Often a burning pain. L side Tonga and again deep burning pains Low back Pains: Wasatch /New Madrid areas. recent activity in NM, AZ, OK, TX, TN, LA, CO, GA, UT and VA symptoms stomach /intestinal flu symptoms. Ears: R side earache Taiwan, Leeward, Windward, Trinidad, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Nicaragua.Nicaragua has also had some recent activity. Taiwan and Puerto Rico both are showing signs of more activity L side earache China, Pakistan, Afghanistan ,India, Nepal, and Myanmar. Recent quakes in India and Nepal continue to happen. Sharp stomach pains. Both ears Southern CA larger water events and some eruptions. Offshore or inland or Central or Northern CA. Chest pains: The sharp chest pains Southern CA into MX Japan over 6.0 large water events. Borrego Springs El Centro, Brawley, Oxnard, Long Beach, Rialto, Palm Springs, Whittier, Pasadena and Burbank Japan quakes 6.0 and more in India, Nepal and Myanmar. Santa Barbara Channel,Santa Monica,Los Angeles greater area, Palos Verdes,Northridge,Anaheim area. Basically all the location is above if the location has a 6.0+ event especially in the water. The achy chest pains Cascades, Sierras, Northern CA, Eureka to the Bay and SF Bay proper The Geysers and the CA/NV Sierras, Bishop, Coalinga, Ridgecrest, etc. Alaska and Iceland. Puebla * Puebla is always on the R side Stomach pains: The achy pains Wasatch and new Madrid including ID, UT, AZ, OK, TX, NM, TN, MO, KY, AR and IL. WY, CO, KS, SC, NC SC, and IL VA OH, VT, NJ Then ID, UT, IL, AR, K IL all cause seismic flu. Alaska, Philippines and Iceland and some of the Cascades. The sharp stomach pains These are mostly connected to Imperial Valley, to India, with Nicobar and Andaman Islands, Nepal, Myanmar, Tibet, Kashmir and Bangladesh ……recent activity in several areas. Rib Pains: Left ribs Oceania including AU, NZ, PNG NS Kermandec Islands NZ. New Ireland/New Britain, Eastern New Guinea PNG,Papua New Guinea PNG N and S Islands of NZ.Lots of L rib pains the last 24 hrs. R Ribs This is the Domino Islands..Tonga, Fiji, Samoa, Marianas, Solomon, Santa Cruz, Admiralty, Loyalty, Marshal, and Vanuatu. R Leg Pains This is Peru, Brazil, Columbia, Panama, Costa Rica this one is mostly knee pains and has been very painful the last 12-24 hours There has been over 25 quakes in Costa Rica and the Panama/Costa Rica border as well as Ecuador /Costa Rica border. L Leg Pain: Guatemala and Ecuador…calf knee, hip pains. BALANCE: The balance continues to be a real problem today. Some reported taking meclizine but it is not recommend taking this medication on a daily basis without your doctor’s approval or knowledge. VISION: The vision is blurry today and reported by several contacts….Washington, Oregon and N CA all tend to cause vision issues as well. Cats: The cats okay except for a couple of bouts that Merlin had about 3 and 6:30 PM. One was sick at some point during the day. One hiding under the sofa today and when I put them to bed tonight Merlin went into hiding. This was about 2 hrs before the quake in the Kuril Islands. Ants: The ants were down to under a dozen today all in the area of their food dish. No Spiders No spiders No Earthworms No earthworms Out of area reports. One cat sick in AZ BASED ON MISSING CATS AND OR DOGS NE SALEM AREA. Reading my area blog/page and since January 1 there has been at least 8 cats which have shown up at different homes and at least that many reported missing. I recall Project Animal Watch and Jim Berkeland and his monitoring missing cats and dogs. Solar activity: We are all in green so its background but I am still feeling the halo or filament building. Sounds and Frogs: The sounds have been loud, Dual tones of Japan, and also Kuril Islands/Russia. Still have had the UHF sounds on and off today. Frogs also reported by some. Solar Activity: In the past it was connected to a halo or filament event and at times a M or even a X class flare with or without a CME. The banding as not been as severe but it was also felt on the 10th. When quakes in The Geysers reach 200 plus always watch for a 4.0 or greater event in Northern or Central CA. ( can include eye socket ) Temple to temple pain Northern CA and all of Northern and Central CA to the CA/NV Sierras. Frontal center of forehead pains Southern CA including Los Angeles and Imperial Valley etc. Back of head base of skull pains This is always a precursor to new or on going volcanism. BACK PAINS: The mid upper back Turkey with connections to Aegean, Caspian, Ionian Seas & Dodecanese Islands of both Turkey and Greece, Crete and Syria. The full upper back Indonesia, Banda, Molucca, Flores and Celebes Seas. The mid lower back pains are L L side is Tonga Islands The mid lower back pains are R Re is Fiji Islands Shoulder blades pains: The R side . Kuril Islands can be either Japan or Russia. The L side This is Japan… can include may locations most often Honshu and Hokkaido. Wasatch and New Madrid… ID, UT, AZ, OK, TX, NM, TN, MO, KY, AR and IL. Both ears can go with some quakes in Southern CA and larger water or volcano events. CHEST PAINS: The sharp chest pains Southern CA into MX and into Japan over 6.0 and some large water events. Borrego Springs El Centro, Brawley, Oxnard, Long Beach, Rialto, Palm Springs, Whittier, Pasadena and Burbank, Then we have Japan over 6.0 and India, Nepal and Myanmar. Add The Geysers area as a possibility. Imperial Valley: Westmoreland, Brawley, El Centro, Mexicali, Calexico, Borrego Springs, Baja CA MX, Gulf of CA and Ocotillo /Ocotillo Wells can include Temecula, Calipatria, Holtville, Imperial… Africa: The areas of South Africa and South of Africa, Ecuador, Azores, Straits of Gibraltar, Canary Islands, Portugal, Spain, * sometimes Ethiopia.
