​​​​​UPDATE: January 13, 2026 * sorry for the latest of this post * Daily Synopsis The most notable event of today the 4.4 quake in Willits CA This brings back a memory All info on this update is from the 13 except the report on the ants. This is/was the Maacama fault which runs parallel to the San Andreas Fault and is a part of the N end of the same fault which is a slip strike fault. In November 1983 I was traveling with my boy friend at that time back to Salem to have Thanksgiving with my parents and kids. We made it to Willits CA before his MG broke down. Not a great place to get stranded for 3 days especially on a holiday weekend and an MG. So while he was talking parts with the repair shop, I took off on foot to walk the area as I was feeling something. I walked it to the City Library and asked about quakes and was told they do not get quakes in that area. I definitely disagreed with the lady I spoke with. One of the area I felt the most seismic symptoms was near the skunk train tracks. All I knew was I was not comfortable in Willits and although people were kind, friendly and welcoming I did not want to be there… I was much more comfortable when I was back in Sacramento CA. I had a similar experience coming back from Los Angeles in March 1983 when I had been a guest on the Merv Griffin TV Show, we were on a route not an interstate and all the sudden I was hit with major stomach pains and migraine headache which reminded me of Mammoth Lakes, Bishop etc and we pulled over so I could take come Meclizine and Tylenol and were traveling N towards Sacramento and all the sudden the headlights of the car hit a sign it was not a road sign with miles to go etc it was just a arrow shaped sign pointing East up the hill and the sign said BISHOP so it was later revealed by talking to my favorite volcanologist Dr. Roger Martin who confirmed what I had surmised, that I had crossed one of the fault lines for Bishop.. Owens Valley, Long Valley or Walker Fault line. Based on my symptoms I would suspect it was the Long Valley that caused my symptoms. Headache: L side The L side headache Was not as severe as usual. R side Philippines and Alaska both have had more activity Temple to temple pain this is most often connected to Northern and Central CA. Brow Bone Pain This is part of the symptoms of changing or new volcanic activity the pain always hits just above the brow bones. Back of Head Pains: This ia always connected to the harmonics that volcanoes put out before a eruption or moving magma. Back Pains: Mid back pains This is Turkey and continues to have multiple quakes….. these quakes are often proceeded by quakes in the Aegean, Caspian and Ionian Seas. Full upper back pains this is connected to quakes in Indonesia and is often combined with migraine headaches. Includes Banda, Molucca, Flores and Celebes Sea….some of the areas I am watching are Java, Sumatra, Halmahera, Sulawesi, Nias, Irian Jaya etc. Shoulder Blade Pain R side This one continues to hurt on and off as it was the precursor to the 6.4 quake in the Kuril Islands, Russia on the 12th. L side This one is Japan and can go from sore to intense nerve spasms. This goes with many of the locations in Japan including East of Honshu, Hokkaido, Kyushu, Ryukyu, and at times the Bonin, Izu and Volcano Islands. Mid lower back pains R side The R side is Fiji Islands no precursors etc. L side This is Tonga and again no precursor or connected events. Low back Pains: The Wasatch and New Madrid areas. Many areas can be connected but due to recent activity in NM, AZ, OK, TX, TN, LA, CO, GA, UT and VA includes stomach and intestinal flu symptoms. Ears: R side earache Taiwan, Leeward, Windward, Trinidad, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Nicaragua. There has been multiple events in Nicaragua some causing deep R side ear pains. L side earache China, Pakistan, Afghanistan ,India, Nepal, Myanmar. There has been quakes in India as well as Nepal and Myanmar and some times in Nicobar and Andaman Islands. Chest pains: The sharp chest pains Then we Japan over 6.0 and India, Nepal and Myanmar. Santa Barbara Channel and Santa Monica Los Angeles greater area, Palos Verdes, Northridge, Anaheim area. Basically any quake over 6.5 in the water and qakes in Japan will cause sharp chest pains.. Imperial Valley quakes tie some areas into the sharp chest pains into S. CA and into Mexico Quakes in Santa Barbara Channel will cause anger as a precursor and the quakes in Santa Monica are often a precursor for Southern CA quakes. Mexico, parts of Italy and Borrego Springs, Ocotillo, Temecula, El Centro, Gulf of CA and Baja CA MX ….Mexicali, Calexico and into Mexico proper. The achy chest pains The Cascades, Sierras, Northern CA, Eureka to the Bay, SF Bay proper The Geysers. The CA/NV Sierras which includes Bishop, Coalinga, Ridgecrest, etc. Alaska and Iceland. Puebla * Puebla is always on the R side of the chest all is Puebla. Stomach pains: The achy pains Caused by the Wasatch/New Madrid including ID, UT, AZ, OK, TX, NM, TN, MO, KY, AR and IL. WY, CO, KS, SC, NC,ND SD,and VA OH, VT, NJ, and the balance of the states all cause seismic flu. Alaska, and the Philippines and Iceland, Azores and some of the Cascades. The sharp stomach pains These are mostly connected to Imperial Valley, to India, includes, Nicobar and Andaman Islands, Nepal, Myanmar, Tibet, Kashmir and Bangladesh .* some of these areas have been felt in recent days and Borrego Springs and El Centro etc… Rib Pains: Left ribs Oceania includes AU, NZ, PNG NS the Kermandec Islands. New Ireland and; New Britain, Eastern New Guinea PNG and Papua New Guinea PNG as well as the N and S Islands of NZ. Recent L rib pains which seem to be connected to NZ and PNG.The L ribs have been painful likely connected to NZ and PNG still some a/s activity happening. R Ribs This is the Domino Islands..Tonga, Fiji, Samoa, Marianas, Solomon, Santa Cruz, Admiralty, Loyalty, Marshal, and Vanuatu. The R ribs have been connected to Solomon and Fiji as well as Tonga as well as the R and L mid lower back pains. Leg Pains: R Leg Pains Peru, Brazil, Columbia, Panama, Costa Rica this one is mostly knee pains. L Leg Pain: Guatemala and Ecuador… calf knee or hip pains. Ecuador often are connected to Portugal and Azores and Galapagos and South Africa or South of Africa. ” Keep positive thoughts, Think Peace, thoughts have power and together we have the power to change the world “

BALANCE: This is a daily symptom. Likely cased by quakes in the water or volcanic in origin. Even though Meclizine helps I only take 1/2 tab. a day it works well. DO NOT TAKE if you are pregnant or may become pregnant. VISION: Is mostly okay but still blurry at times..blurry vision comes and goes its especially bad with quakes in the PNW Cats: Cats continue to act larger quakes tends to affect Merlin usually about a day or 36 hrs lead time. Once again a sick cat over night At this writing Merlin is sound asleep next to me on the sofa. Boots and Baby sleeping. Ants: There had not been any ants to speak of since they found my peppermint candy a couple of days ago. I had forgotten that the ants like peppermint when they invaded my peppermint candy in Sacramento in 1982. No ant issues since the quakes before both Mexico or and Philippines when they invaded the cat food. There was also some ant reactions to recent quakes in both Northern CA and offshore Southern OR. * NOTE * although this is for the 13th I am adding this one small report about ant invasion in the cat food again today. Not by the hundreds as earlier this month but by the dozens. January 14th 2026 9 AM PST No Spiders: There have not been any spiders seen .. No Earthworms No earthworms have shown up Out of area reports. One sick cat AZ No other reports have been received Solar activity: Some mild banding but again the most prevalent symptom was the heart burn. This is either a filament or a full or partial halo. Per Solarham.com at this time things are quiet, but to me it feels anything but quiet Sounds and Frogs: Dual tones of the N sound continue. This includes from N WA North into Canada, Alaska, Aleutians, Japan and Russia. Horn honking also on going with El Salvador Southern CA into Mexico is strong but not over lapping. Northern CA sounds are loud but not extended at this time… vibrating which says Water could be involved. ” Frogs ” and twitching..only reported in CA and WA this time. Volcanoes: January 13 Indonesia: Semeru Mexico: Popocatepetl Columbia: Purace’ Philippines: Mayon Iceland: Eldey United States: Kilauea Areas of Interest: Watching San Ramon and Susanville CA areas. * Willits * Quakes in France are soon joined with quakes in Switzerland and Germany The quakes in the Canary Islands, Pyrenees, Spain, Portugal, Straits of Gibraltar, South Africa, South of Africa and Morocco, and Egypt. When quakes in The Geysers reach 200 plus always watch for a 4.0 or greater event in Northern or Central CA.

I will only add my paragraph of what I was experiencing … These may not be location and geologically correct but for my purposes these additions at the end of this page are the areas I am referring to when I say The Geysers, or Loma Prieta Quake Zone etc HEADACHE PAINS: R side headache Alaska, Philippines Iceland, Azores ( Hawaii/Italy ) L side headache Chile, Turkey, Indonesia, Mexico and most Stratovolcanoes Brow Bone Pain This is classic that the pains that hit over the bones. ( can include eye socket ) Temple to temple pain Northern CA and all of Northern and Central CA to the CA/NV Sierras. Frontal center of forehead pains Southern CA including Los Angeles and Imperial Valley etc. Back of head base of skull pains This is always a precursor to new or on going volcanism. BACK PAINS: The mid upper back Turkey with connections to Aegean, Caspian, Ionian Seas & Dodecanese Islands of both Turkey and Greece, Crete and Syria. The full upper back Indonesia, Banda, Molucca, Flores and Celebes Seas. The mid lower back pains are L L side is Tonga Islands The mid lower back pains are R Re is Fiji Islands Shoulder blades pains: The R side . Kuril Islands can be either Japan or Russia. The L side This is Japan… can include may locations most often Honshu and Hokkaido. Wasatch and New Madrid… ID, UT, AZ, OK, TX, NM, TN, MO, KY, AR and IL. WY, CO, KS, SC, NC SC, and IL VA OH, VT, NJ, and there can be more. EARS: R side earache This connects this is Alaska, Philippines and Italy and Hawaii. Taiwan, Leeward, Windward, Trinidad, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Nicaragua. L side earache China, Pakistan, Afghanistan ,India, Nepal, and Myanmar. Both ears can go with some quakes in Southern CA and larger water or volcano events. CHEST PAINS: The sharp chest pains Southern CA into MX and into Japan over 6.0 and some large water events. Borrego Springs El Centro, Brawley, Oxnard, Long Beach, Rialto, Palm Springs, Whittier, Pasadena and Burbank, Then we have Japan over 6.0 and India, Nepal and Myanmar. Santa Barbara Channel and Santa Monica as well as Los Angeles greater area, Palos Verdes and Northridge as well as Anaheim area. The achy chest pains Parts of Cascades, Sierras, Northern CA between Eureka to the Bay and SF Bay proper The Geysers and the CA/NV Sierras as including Bishop, Coalinga, Ridgecrest, etc. Alaska and Iceland. Puebla * Puebla is always on theR side of the chest all is Puebla. STOMACH PAINS: The achy pains This is the area of the Wasatch and new Madrid including ID, UT, AZ, OK, TX, NM, TN, MO, KY, AR and IL. WY, CO, KS, SC, NC SC, and IL VA OH, VT, NJ, and there can be more. The ones like ID, UT, IL, AR, K and IL all cause seismic flu. Alaska, Philippines and Iceland and some of the Cascades. The sharp stomach pains These are mostly connected to Imperial Valley, to India, includes, Nicobar and Andaman Islands, Nepal, Myanmar, Tibet, Kashmir and Bangladesh …… RIB PAINS: Left ribs Oceania including AU, NZ, PNG NS the Kermandec Islands. Add The Geysers area as a possibility. Imperial Valley: Westmoreland, Brawley, El Centro, Mexicali, Calexico, Borrego Springs, Baja CA MX, Gulf of CA and Ocotillo /Ocotillo Wells can include Temecula, Calipatria, Holtville, Imperial… Africa: The areas of South Africa and South of Africa, Ecuador, Azores, Straits of Gibraltar, Canary Islands, Portugal, Spain, * sometimes Ethiopia. Ecuador and Galapagos…
