​​​​​UPDATE: January 17, 2026 Daily Synopsis Its been a busy time in the world of earthquakes and volcanoes. The last few days I have been fighting major issue with balance, and some vision issues but mostly I have been experiencing migraine type headaches, chest and stomach pains. There has been enough activity to merit these symptoms but they have not stopped. Today would have been the end of the current timeline for a major quake but in looking at the quake list early AM I see we have had a secondary precursor and this says we are back to back on a seismic window for a major quake of 7.0 or greater. Note with all the recent activity in AK volcanoes I now understand why the balance and headaches have been nonstop for days and the N sound is so strong and the on and off again back of head pains. Headache: L side The L side head pains continue but there has been enough activity in Chile, Bolivia and Argentina to cause this symptom but there has also been quakes in Indonesia and Mexico Italy/Sicily to add to the mix.Larger quakes and especially if they are connected in any way to volcanoes will cause the extreme L side headache. R side Mindanao Philippines, Alaska, Iceland and Azores. This one has bee connected recently to the on going activity at the Mayon Volcano in the Philippines. I was picking up what I call Pre Harmonic Tremors and I knew a volcano was getting ready to erupt or magma was moving alerting the volcanologist that a eruption may be building. I contacted the volcano center in the Philippines and shared my timeline of when I had these specific symptoms and found that I picked up the tremors about 9 hours before their equipment did although there was activity it had not translated into harmonics. Temple temple pain is usually connected to the PNW specifically Northern and and Central CA. Inland and offshore as well as Washington and Oregon most often the Southern OR offshore quake activity. This one stands with the recent 6.0 quake off the Southern Oregon Coast as I had started on my a/s portion of this blog the window for an a/s or main shock of the recent quake activity offshore of Bandon on the Oregon coast would end on the 14th the quake hit on the 15th. I was about 12 hours off but the symptoms were there. USGS came out and said they believed this quake was the main shock of the December 20/21 events in the same area. Brow Bone Pain this is pain that accompanies the headaches either R or L side.the Cascades or Sierras and includes most stratovolcanoes. This was likely due to the ongoing activity at the Mayon volcano and some times the Oregon events will also cause this pain.? Back of Head Pains: The pain at the base of the skull is classic pre harmonics which translates into a volcano getting ready to blow. It can be anywhere since the symptoms are likely connected to infrasound and or ELF. This back of head pain was the reason I contacted the Philippine Volcano Observatory thee pains are never wrong. It can be part of any volcanic activity area including AK, Indonesia, Greece, Canary Islands etc. Back Pains: Mid back pains Turkey is connected to this part of the back and continues to have daily quakes and remains.very active. The quakes in the Aegean, Caspian and Ionian Seas continue to be part of that activity Full upper back pains are Indonesia and there has been lots of quakes in that area as well. This area is very much impacted by volcanic activity. There are areas that are part of Indonesia quakes as well. these include the Banda, Molucca Flores and Celebes Seas. The mid low back pains are only 2 locations. The R side is part of Fiji and the L side is part of Tonga. The low back pains are more spread out with the activity connected to the Wasatch and New Madrid systems. There are some areas that cause stomach pains and some cause seismic flu* which is the instant onset of stomach or intestinal flu symptoms that come and go without a fever. I am going to include a long list not all are activity but there are about 6 that are.. these include a on going swarm in New Mexico, recent quakes in Oklahoma, Arizona, Western Texas, Colorado, and Tennessee. There are at least 16 states that are part of this area for my purposes meaning that they all exhibit the same symptoms. ID, UT, AZ, OK, TX, NM, TN, MO, KY, AR and IL. WY, CO, KS, SC, NC, and ND, SD, VA OH, VT, NJ, The R side shoulder blade pains.. this is the Kuril Island and is also referred to as Kamchatka Russia at times by the USGS. The L shoulder blade pains are japan and can include multiple areas. These can include Off the East Coast of Honshu, Hokkaido, Kyushu, Ryukyu, Bonin, Volcano and Izu Islands. The recent quakes in Japan are mostly off the large island of Honshu and some have been less than 5 miles from the site of the 9.2 Fukushima quake. When the quakes are over 6.5 the L shoulder blade pain is combined with sharp chest pains. Ear pains: The R side earache is connected to Taiwan, Leeward, Windward, Trinidad, Puerto Rico and Nicaragua. These have been moderately active. I have had on and off deep R side earaches for the last 24 hrs. The earaches often respond to larger 6.0- water events as well as volcanic activity. Some locations like Southern CA’s Palm Springs, Whittier, Pasadena and Burbank has sharp earaches and chest pains… the quakes in Italy also cause that same symptom. L side earaches this includes the areas of China, Pakistan, Afghanistan India and Nepal. There has been moderate activity in China, and Pakistan with more showing up in India, Nicobar and Andaman Islands Myanmar and Nepal. This can include Kashmir and Bangladesh as well as several areas of China.. again the L earache can be part of larger water events or volcanic events or the locations listed above with the R side earache. Chest pains.: Sharp chest pains go with Southern CA and Mexico, as well as Imperial Valley, Hawaii and Italy and quakes over 6.5 in Japan. Often any quake 6.5 or greater can case sharp chest pains. Achy Chest pains: These go with quakes in OR, AK, N. CA as well as quakes in the Philippines and Iceland and the Cascades and Sierras and most volcanic activity except Mexico, Hawaii and Sicily. The sharp stomach pains These are mostly connected to Imperial Valley, Borrego Springs and El Centro recently has caused lots of this stomach pain sharp and jabby along with sharp jabby chest pains it also connects to India, including Nicobar and Andaman Islands, Nepal, Myanmar, Tibet, Kashmir and Bangladesh …..o with The stomach pains achy can be part of volcanic activity as well as the Wasatch and New Madrid Fault related quakes. They also connect to the Cascades and Sierras volcanoes …The Geysers of N CA and quakes connected to the geothermal hot springs. Rib Pains Left ribs Oceania includes AU, NZ, PNG NS the Kermandec Islands. New Ireland and New Britain, Eastern New Guinea PNG and Papua New Guinea PNG as well as the N and S Islands of NZ.Recent L rib pains which seem to be connected to NZ and PNG. The L ribs have been painful the lat couple of days likely connected to NZ or PNG R Ribs The Domino Islands..Tonga, Fiji, Samoa, Marianas, Solomon, Santa Cruz, Admiralty, Loyalty, Marshal, and Vanuatu. The R ribs ha been connected to both Fiji and Tonga. Leg Pains: R Leg Pains Peru, Brazil, Columbia, Panama, Costa Rica this one is mostly knee pains in both Peru and Costa Rica have been increasing as has the R leg pains reported in recent days by others. L Leg Pain: Guatemala and Ecuador… this one is the calf knee and or hip pains. Ecuador activity has been more active in recent days and the L leg as been much worse. Quakes in Portugal and Azores, Galapagos, South Africa or South of Africa have been connected to Ecuador. ” Keep positive thoughts, Think Peace, thoughts have power and together we have the power to change the world “

BALANCE: The balance has been really bad. Likely connected to recent activity in Russia, Indonesia, Philippines and especiallay recent quakes in N and Southern CA and offshore Oregon. This is when I take 1/2 tablet of Meclizine. I do not recommend taking this medication on a daily basis without your doctor’s approval or knowledge. Remember this is NOT TO BE TAKEN if you are pregnant or may become pregnant. VISION: The vision is mostly okay with the exception of major blurry vision the day of and before the quakes in N CA and and Offshore Southern OR Coast. .. the blurry vision seems to come go but as I had reported in my last update I was watching N CA, OR and Mexico as well as Japan. I had a very brief 5 minutes of ” ghosting ” but then it was gone but it confirmed for me to pay attention to Oregon. Cats Merlin was really affected by the quake offshore OR. He was inconsolable. He cried and ran and jumped up on the back of the chairs, hid under the sofa scratched at the glass patio door staring outside and crying.. he was also standing on the back of the sofa and reaching up and swiping at things I was not able to see.. Cats can see in the Ultraviolet rang and he likely was seeing things I was not able to see. as bright flashes or light. He quieted down about a hours before the quake and went to sleep. At least one of the cats was sick no idea which one as it was in their room and happened over night. Merlin had another 1-2 hr attack again yesterday not sue which area he was responding to this time. We should know by the end of the day. Ants: The ants had been pretty scarce till just before the offshore OR event. I had a single ant on my arm the day of the quake and the morning of the quake ants had once again invaded the dry cat food.. hundreds of them. I took them outside again… Both by Merlin and Molly in AZ got sick and or reacted before this quake. No Spiders There have not been any spiders seen .. No Earthworms No earthworms have shown up Out of area reports. One cat sick in AZ One cat climbing in AZ Husky reacted by not wanting to go to bead and also exhibited a never noted before howl like a wolf… Solar Activity: We are in a new G1 Solar Storm. My itching has picked up as has the the pressure on the sternum and heart but all say more is coming likely a Halo or Filament/CME but the itching says larger Flare. Sounds and Frogs: The sounds have been very loud, Dual tones of Japan, Long tones of S CA and Mexico and short tones for N CA both inland and offshore continue as well as some of the horn honking of El Salvador. Lots of vibration with the sounds which are likely connected to the recent OR activity as well as quakes in Indonesia and Philippines all water events No new reports of Frogs. Volcanoes: January 16-17 Indonesia: Semeru, Lewotobi Mexico: Popocatepetl Columbia: Purace’ Mexico: Popocatepetl, Philippines: Mayon United States: Kilauea Shishaldin, Pavlof, Okmok, Katmai, Great Sitkin, Westdahl, ALL ALASKA several are in Unrest.. Areas of Interest:, San Ramon, Susanville and Willits CA areas still hold my interest. Quakes in France are soon joined with quakes in Switzerland and Germany This was happening again a few days ago. The quakes in the Canary Islands, Pyrenees, Spain, Portugal, Straits of Gibraltar, South Africa, South of Africa and Morocco, and Egypt. When quakes in The Geysers reach 200 plus always watch for a 4.0 or greater event in Northern or Central CA. a/s are due for some of these smaller CA quakes. We are at 300 events today. 1/17/26 Keeping a close watch on Alaska. Watching Imperial Valley including Borrego Springs and El Centro,Gulf of CA and Baja CA MX and Costa Ricaas well as India and Mexico and N CA. Keeping an eye on New Mexico. and the Southern OR coast Watching Alaska to see why all the sudden we have 5 volcanoes showing signs of activity??

SYMPTOMS: We are trying to do this another way… the basics are on each location and I will have this information on the updates.. I will only add my paragraph of what I was experiencing … These may not be location and geologically correct but for my purposes these additions at the end of this page are the areas I am referring to when I say The Geysers, or Loma Prieta Quake Zone etc HEADACHE PAINS: R side headache Alaska, Philippines Iceland, Azores ( Hawaii/Italy ) L side headache Chile, Turkey, Indonesia, Mexico and most Stratovolcanoes Brow Bone Pain This is classic that the pains that hit over the bones. ( can include eye socket ) Temple to temple pain Northern CA and all of Northern and Central CA to the CA/NV Sierras. Frontal center of forehead pains Southern CA including Los Angeles and Imperial Valley etc. Back of head base of skull pains This is always a precursor to new or on going volcanism. BACK PAINS: The mid upper back Turkey with connections to Aegean, Caspian, Ionian Seas & Dodecanese Islands of both Turkey and Greece, Crete and Syria. The full upper back Indonesia, Banda, Molucca, Flores and Celebes Seas. The mid lower back pains are L L side is Tonga Islands The mid lower back pains are R Re is Fiji Islands Shoulder blades pains: The R side . Kuril Islands can be either Japan or Russia. WY, CO, KS, SC, NC SC, and IL VA OH, VT, NJ, and there can be more. EARS: R side earache This connects this is Alaska, Philippines and Italy and Hawaii. Taiwan, Leeward, Windward, Trinidad, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Nicaragua. L side earache China, Pakistan, Afghanistan ,India, Nepal, and Myanmar. Both ears can go with some quakes in Southern CA and larger water or volcano events. CHEST PAINS: The sharp chest pains Southern CA into MX and into Japan over 6.0 and some large water events. Borrego Springs El Centro, Brawley, Oxnard, Long Beach, Rialto, Palm Springs, Whittier, Pasadena and Burbank, Then we have Japan over 6.0 and India, Nepal and Myanmar. Santa Barbara Channel and Santa Monica as well as Los Angeles greater area, Palos Verdes and Northridge as well as Anaheim area. The achy chest pains Parts of Cascades, Sierras, Northern CA between Eureka to the Bay and SF Bay proper The Geysers and the CA/NV Sierras as including Bishop, Coalinga, Ridgecrest, etc. Alaska and Iceland. Puebla * Puebla is always on theR side of the chest all is Puebla. STOMACH PAINS: The achy pains This is the area of the Wasatch and new Madrid including ID, UT, AZ, OK, TX, NM, TN, MO, KY, AR and IL. WY, CO, KS, SC, NC SC, and IL VA OH, VT, NJ, and there can be more. The ones like ID, UT, IL, AR, K and IL all cause seismic flu. Alaska, Philippines and Iceland and some of the Cascades. The sharp stomach pains These are mostly connected to Imperial Valley, to India, includes, Nicobar and Andaman Islands, Nepal, Myanmar, Tibet, Kashmir and Bangladesh …… RIB PAINS: Left ribs Oceania including AU, NZ, PNG NS the Kermandec Islands. The Geysers: The Geysers, Pinnacles, Cobb, San Juan Bautista, Los Banos, Tres Pinos, Gilroy, & then it moves into Healdsburg and Cloverdale. * The Loma Prieta Quake Zone: That’s San Jose, Morgan Hill and Santa Cruz as to the SF Bay area. Add The Geysers area as a possibility. Imperial Valley: Westmoreland, Brawley, El Centro, Mexicali, Calexico, Borrego Springs, Baja CA MX, Gulf of CA and Ocotillo /Ocotillo Wells can include Temecula, Calipatria, Holtville, Imperial… Africa: The areas of South Africa and South of Africa, Ecuador, Azores, Straits of Gibraltar, Canary Islands, Portugal, Spain, * sometimes Ethiopia. Ecuador and Galapagos…

January 16-19 Main shock of December 20/21 events above. This quake and the one smaller one offshore Newport on the 16th were both in the Blanco Fracture Zone.
