EARTHQUAKE REPORT MONDAY JULY 07, 2025

​​​​​UPDATE: The Monday after July 4th… Its a lovely day here.. hopefully the neighborhood has ran out of fireworks and I will finally get a quiet nights sleep… Woke with my alarm alerting me to a 6.3 in South Island New Zealand which would be the cause of the L rib pains on Saturday and Sunday. The areas actually includes Australia, N and S Islands NZ various areas of Papua New Guinea and Kermadec Islands NZ. There has been lots of quakes in the last 12 hrs and I will list some of them.. the last quake to make news was 5.0 in Crete Greece. The Quakes and numbers. Quake and Number of Events. Turkey x49 Mexico x 14 Chile x 16 Indonesia x 18 CA including Baja CA MX 4 and Gulf of CA 4.. Northern CA 3, Southern CA 1, Near Los Angeles 1 Italy and Greece X 12 New Mexico 2, Texas 7, Montana 1, Nevada 1, Hawaii 2 Japan x 7 Iceland x 5 Philippines x 6 Bolivia x 1 Argentina x 5 Taiwan x 1 Azores x 2, Fiji x 2, Peru x 1, Tonga x 2 Recent quakes in South of Africa This is most of the quakes worth mentioning. BALANCE: Balance continues to be a major issue. Hopefully it will get better soon. Cats: The cats were pretty laid back yesterday only one bout of zoomies. Then today its been a bit different. There has been 3 times so far that Merlin has gone into this crying mode. He even went outside one time on the enclosed patio and was crying out there.. he comes in once in a while to check on me and then he is back outside. No Ants No Spiders He is gone as of last night no more spiders. Found him in the sofa, well I didn’t the cats did. Then today I had a earwig come in and it went under the sofa… so back on insect alert. I don’t recall having a earwig in the house before. No Earthworms Out of area reports. The Husky’s in Northern were in zoomies early this morning for about 5 minutes. Solar activity: The last I checked we still had a G1 storm in progress. I will check again since its been at least 12 hours since I checked the solarham.com link. Just checked and from the report online he has not updated since yesterday but we are not in any solar storm and there have been no flares or such worth mentioning since yesterday. Update: At 9:17 PDT last night 13 minutes after I posted the July 7 blog there was a M2.4 Solar Flare they say it was a moderate flare. Some of the itching eased off a bit but now almost 5 hrs later its picking up again.1:45 AM 7/8

SYMPTOMS: HEADACHE PAINS: L side headache is Chile, Bolivia, Argentina and some of the major quakes in Indonesia, Mexico and Turkey, and Tonga, these often connect to volcanic activity. The L side headache as you know goes with Chile Bolivia and or Argentina and the big active, volcanic areas. This is mostly including Indonesia, Mexico and Italy as well as * volcanic activity in Alaska, Philippines and the Cascades * Sharp deep L side earaches shortly after midnight. With the quakes hitting Greece and its connection to Turkey it could have caused the L side earache I experienced. R side headache mostly connected to Philippines, Iceland, Alaska and can be part of volcanic events in both Italy/ Etna and Kilauea/Hawaii and other volcanoes. The areas above Philippines, Alaska and Iceland, Italy and Hawaii can all be part of the R side earache without the volcanic connection. On and off earaches for the last 8 hours and on and off since that time. Brow Bone Pain these quakes are mostly over the eye brow bone or eye socket in the case of Chile. They are a precursor to volcanic activity. This one was not so bad today… nothing worth reporting. ( The brow bone pains are back over the L eye ) Temple to temple pain these quakes are mostly tied to events in OR/WA and especially Northern and Central CA. This includes the quakes at the Cascades and Sierras including The Geysers and inland and offshore, including Mammoth Lakes Bishop/Coalinga and more . A slight short term temple to temple headache and this is Northern and Central CA.. offshore N CA and Northern CA events in Willows and Willits N CA. Frontal center of forehead pains are mostly connected to parts of Southern CA including Northridge and Landers Imperial Valley, and Los Angeles areas. Again not much to report on this area of pain. Mild at the most, a nice feeling not to be in extreme pain. Back of head base of skull pains these pains are really painful of migraine strength. They are always a precursor to activity that is building in a volcano either a magma chamber being refilled or tremors which are constant seismic events that proceed an potential eruption or major steam burst or dome building events. This one I had a 3-5 minute bout of pain but it was more centered than on the L or R side. It just means that some magma is moving in some volcano or under it.. Likely Japan from what I have been reading with 3 large eruptions happening in different areas. They were large enough to cause them to issue a flying alert for the area. BACK PAINS: The mid upper back continues to be sore.. this is more for Turkey and Aegean, Caspian and Ionian Seas as well as Dedocanese Islands of both Turkey and Greece and areas of both Crete, Greece, Gulf of Adan and Syria. This is one area which has been hurting at one level or another for months but intensity picked up the last few days. This would not be volcanic but perhaps tectonic in origin. The pains come and go but the activity in Turkey seems to be almost nonstop. The full upper back pains are mostly connected to Indonesia. They can be both seismic or volcanic in origin. They also have areas connected these are the Banda, Molucca, Flores, and Celebes Seas. The full upper back reacts to Indonesia. The pains have been stronger the last couple of days so expect a change in activity. There are currently 4 erupting volcanoes perhaps more but areas like the Banda and Molucca Seas add to the symptoms. The mid lower back pains are R and L These are on the R side Fiji * just in 5.0 Fiji 4:54 PM PDT * R side being Fiji: It seems that Fiji is more active than Tonga at this time but the L side seems to hurt more. 2 events. *( 3 ) L side is Tonga There was only one event in Tonga since midnight but my L side was pretty painful over night. Shoulder blades pains: The R side is the Kuril Islands L side is Japan. The L side pains are Japan: I have had a couple small pains.. they have been sporadic and mild they tie into Japan but mostly its smaller events. I suspect anything being felt now is volcanic related. With 3 actively erupting volcanoes I am sure that’s part of the symptoms. Just glancing but it seems that the quakes have slowed down in Ryukyu Islands near Kyushu. This is usually good but it can also be the ” calm before the storm ” as far as a regular quake or eruption potentially happening. If there is any major L side shoulder blade pains I will report it immediately. Right side shoulder blade pains which connect to the Kuril Islands. The last shoulder blade R side pain was on the 6th and resulted in a 5.0 event . No R side pains since midnight. Wasatch and New Madrid…this involves up to 16-20 states which could be affected by a moderate to large quake in this area. This is a list of partial states I watch due to their consistent activity. ID, UT, AZ, OK, TX, NM, TN, MO, KY, AR and IL. WY, CO, KS, SC, NC SC, and IL VA OH The quakes today only affect 3 areas… New Mexico, Montana, Texas with Texas leading at 7 hits. I was not aware till I did some recent back ground searching that the New Madrid Seismic Zone is very small in scope only includes NE- Arkansas, W- Kentucky, W- Tennessee, SE- Missouri, S.- Illinois and about 125-150 miles of the Mississippi Valley Region. STOMACH PAINS: The achy pains there are two kinds of stomach pains. which go with many areas including the Cascades and Sierras or OR, WA and CA… The Geysers, and Healdsburg, Cloverdale Mammoth Lakes and Bishop/Coalinga. including Landers Quake Zone, Loma Prieta Quake Zone, Alaska, Iceland and Philippines, offshore from Eureka to the Bay,Wasatch and New Madrid area this includes UT, WY, CO, NM, AZ as well as TN, MO, KS, SC, NC and IL VA OH TX, ID… There has been quake in The Geysers and parts of Northern CA between Eureka and the Bay both inland and offshore. The quakes off Oregon Coast and parts of Iceland, Alaska, Sierras. Baja CA MX and Gulf of CA and Imperial Valley activity and The Philippines. This includes the Oregon and Washington Cascades and the CA and NV Sierras. This includes the areas of Mammoth, Bishop and Coalinga. The sharp stomach pains are Imperial Valley including Borrego Springs El Centro as well as India/Nepal and Myanmar. Parts of Southern CA including Los Angeles area and Santa Barbara Channel, Santa Monica and Palm Springs, Whittier Pasadena and Burbank… The sharp stomach pains have been less the last day due to the lower number of quakes at Borrego Springs and El Central CA. India, Nepal and Myanmar are all part of the the Santa Barbara Channel… CHEST PAINS: The sharp chest pains go with many area but to be concise I will say Southern CA into Mexico and Mexico proper parts of the Landers Quake Zone and parts of the Imperial Valley specifically Borrego Springs, El Centro and Mexicali, Calexico, Temecula..Quakes in Palm Springs, Whittier, Pasadena and Burbank. Simi Valley and Yucca Valley and Big Bear.. then we have Los Angeles proper including Northridge and Long Beach, Santa Barbara Channel, Palos Verdes and Santa Monica as well as San Bernardino and Oceanside, Julian and Oxnard as well as Riverside, Pomona and Santa Ana. Mexico the major states of Jalisco, Chiapas and Oaxaca, Michoacan. India etc. Multiple quakes in Mexico, Greece/Crete and India Imperial Valley including Los Angeles, Baja CA MX and Gulf of CA Puebla still stands out with R side chest pains. Hawaii has had several events one 4.5 on one of the more distant islands of Hawaii. Puebla * Puebla is always on the R side of the chest. The achy chest pains are a bit different. They cover areas, not so much specifics but there are a few specifics. The areas are WA and OR Cascades but also includes Inland and offshore events. Then we go S to CA… and its Northern and Central CA and also the Washington and Oregon and Cascades and Sierras of California and Nevada. Petrolia to the Bay and SF Bay proper.. Willits, and some of the Loma Prieta Quake Zone this includes San Jose, Morgan Hill and Santa Cruz.. There are also quakes at and Ridgecrest Bakersfield and Fresno etc. Adding Alaska, Iceland, Azores, parts of the African Continent. There has been a few quakes in and near Northern CA including The Geysers, Petrolia and Sierras.. quakes in Willits and Willow CA. Central CA and S into the Sierras including near SF Bay proper. Quakes continue in the locations of Canary Islands and Straits of Gibraltar Spain, Azores and more. There has been quakes in Alaska Penninsula, Central Unimak Island Region Alaska Most volcanoes including the ones in Indonesia and South and Central America. There is a volcano in Alaska they are watching it started to awaken again on or about June 15. There is on going quake activity. They are not overly concerned it might just be ice and snow melt. This volcano has not erupted since 1876 and is listed with the AVO * Alaska Volcano Observatory * as a High Threat Volcano in the US * Iliamna is the Stratovolcano and its located near Cook Inlets. There are so many volcanoes that are active right now… Indonesia, Japan, Mexico, Italy, Japan. LEG PAINS: The R leg is Peru Brazil, Columbia Panama and Costa Rica: Quakes in Peru and Costa Rica today would be the cause of some of the leg pains I have had The L leg is Guatemala and Ecuador The quakes in Ecuador would cause the L knee to hurt and possible swelling around the knee. EAR PAINS: The L ear pains are China, Pakistan, Afghanistan and India/Nepal/Myanmar. There has been activity in all these areas in the last 24 hrs.China with Xizang. Afghanistan with Hindu Kush Afghanistan, Pakistan, and India, Nepal and Myanmar. India has been active with both Nepal and there are 2 other areas in India I watch. I used to put them on the list but just too much typing. So they are the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Heart and stomach pains as well as earaches on L side. More quakes in China, India, Nepal, Myanmar and Hindu Kush Afghanistan and Nicobar Islands. The earaches will cause earaches also go with larger water events over 6.0+ and with volcanic eruptions as well as Palm Springs Whittier, Pasadena and Burbank and Italy, Sicily and Hawaii. * the 6.3 in South Island New Zealand PNG is more than large enough to cause the L earache of early this morning. India and Myanmar/Nepal and Hawaii also add to the mix*. R Side Ear pains. this goes with Philippines and Alaska Iceland and includes, Taiwan, Leeward, Windward, Trinidad, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Nicaragua. Again the R ear will often hurt with quakes in the same locations as water events over 6.0+ and with volcanic eruptions as well as Palm Springs Whittier, Pasadena and Burbank and Italy, Sicily and Hawaii. With the recent quakes in Taiwan, Nicaragua as well as Philippines and Alaska are more than enough to cause the R side earache and this will too react to quakes in the water plus the volcanic activity. RIB PAINS: Left rib pains are connected to Oceania. This includes AU, NZ, PNG and Kermadec Islands NZ. The quakes in PNG can include New Guinea PNG and Eastern New Guinea PNG as well as quakes in New Ireland and New Britain PNG. Sometimes Christ Church is also part of this area. As stated in Updates: The L rib pains are part of the areas of Oceania and the areas of AU, PNG and mostly New Zealand including North and South Island NZ.. the quake 6.3 today was South Island NZ. so that’s what caused the L rib pains with a slight push from over lifting. The R Ribs are The Domino Islands. This includes Tonga, Fiji, Samoa, Marianas, Admiralty, Loyalty, Marshall, Santa Cruz, Solomon Islands and Vanuatu. Again Tonga, Fiji, Marianas and Loyalty Islands. Quakes in the last 12 hours show up with quakes in Taiwan Fiji, Tonga, Marianas and loyalty Islands. SOLAR ACTIVITY UPDATE: Still not seeing anything to support the itching and banding feelings I have had the last 3 days.

Areas I am watching for potential larger quakes based on possible foreshocks or number of events: Still watching for more in Turkey Indonesia, Chile, Mexico and Africa. Lots of the activity with the African Continent in the last 24 hrs. Watching for more and larger of the Nicobar Island India could transfer to Andaman Islands India. Based on the recent quakes in Central Mid Atlantic Ridge the potential for South and Central America, Mexico, and NMSZ Falkland Islands and Africa. Current a/s Timelines.
