A/S  * Aftershock *  these are highlights since my post of the 28th I started this on Monday early AM but wanted to wait a day or two and see what was/is happening.

Woke with heart pains about 4 AM and they continue on and off.. since my last update I have noticed several things.
There have been more quakes in The Dominos and these will continue remember the timeline for the largest A/S of the Marianas quake.  12-72 hours plus or minus 12 hrs. This means that the largest A/S or even a main shock is due on or before midnight on Monday, or at the latest  12  AM on  Wednesday.  With a quake of 7.7 you can expect a A/S of up to and including a 6.5 but suspect it would not get that high, most likely a 5.9 or there abouts.  * If the largest A/S hit within the first 12 hours, then the A/S will be just an A/S.

Several things that led up to the quake in the Marianas… the R side rib pain was a given, that is the main symptom for that area. I also had ” frogs ” which had shown up the day before, not a big deal but that is a confirmation that there will be a quake, water based, 6.0+ within

12-24 hours.

There were many EQ clouds the day before, I have some pictures but not sure how well they came out. Then I was in West Salem, and noted the car stalled along Edgewater where I used to live and this parallels the river.. river beds are old faults, many times so that is

why the cars stall along the river road and its also why that is why my car battery went dead before St Helens eruption and some larger quakes.

When I was on Cordon Road near home, there was also 2 stalled vehicles stalled with hoods up and then there was one car in a parking lot of a store and someone was getting a jump start.  To be fair its been hot and there is a chance that the cars overheated or whatever but personally I do not feel this is the case.

There had been numerous quakes in the area of The Dominos for the previous week, quake after quake falling like Dominos. There has been more of the islands being hit since the 7.7 in Marianas.
Set new timeline for major quake 7.0 or greater between  August 2 and August 9 plus or minus 12 hours.  No sense where it will hit

I saw a notice in the S CA paper I decided to include it in my update since its classic before major quakes… 12-24 hours.
Small  planes often crash within 12-24 hours before large to major quakes and sometimes volcanic eruptions.

The four people killed in a plane crash in Tuolumne County were identified Friday as the pilot, his wife and his parents, the sheriff’s department said.

In other events I am watching due to the sharp heart pains which I had on and off since last night, I am continuing to keep an eye on the S CA into MX ad MX proper, these include El Centro Brawley, Westmoreland, Mexicali, Calexico and Ocotillo as well as Gulf of CA and Baja CA MX. * Imperial Valley * the main symptom of these quakes are sharp heart pains mostly jabby like pains, and can include a headache larger events can cause vertigo as well.
AK is also experiencing more quakes again… this is mostly R side headache, if volcanic from recent activity at Pavlof, and or Spur as well as Redoubt …. but the main symptom for this one is sound.  The signature of the N Sound is a single tone, a dual tone and back to a single tone with vibration.

Lots of low back pains again, this is mostly the Wasatch/New Madrid and includes the seismic flu … this is the cause of the low back pains I have been experiencing along with mild stomach discomfort, with seismic flu.. several locations seem to be getting hit.., Tennessee and Oklahoma….

There has been several quakes in S CA and into MX and this is an area I included in my last update.  This is sharp heart pains and into MX includes headache all the way to migraine.  The quakes have been hitting close to Westmoreland near El Centro CA. The quakes are from 3.4 up to and including 4.1

There was a quake in Sumbawa Indonesia today coming in at 5.8  Indonesia is one of the locations that can really cause headache… and it also causes full upper back pains across both shoulder blades and a migraine headache is not uncommon.

With all the volcanoes in Indonesia, often the headache is more connected to volcanism. Base of skull back of head.  The last time I recall this being really bad was many years ago and the Gulunggung volcano was erupting. The doctor had to sedate me with meds for 3 days each time I would open my eyes tears would roll down my face from the pain.

What I did not know till a couple of days later is that there were 13 eruptions in 12 hours on the volcano and it just so happened that St Helens was also in a eruption. This one was more dome building but the activity caused a 75′ fracture in the dome..  this was not known for a few days.  So it was the combined effect of Indonesia’s volcano and St Helens dome building eruption that caused me to be so sick.

I personally believe most sensitive’s react to earthquake precursors but the volcanic events, eruptions and volcanic quakes, can cause more pain and intense symptoms than stand alone earthquakes but there are exceptions like the major quakes in Indonesia, Chile and Japan as well as Northridge and Loma Prieta and Landers CA.

Its early Monday August 1st and the quakes continue on and off and in many different locations.  There has been numerous quakes in CA from the Northern border to the Southern Border.. quakes near Cobb * the Geysers * and near Mt Lassen as well as Kern County, near Bakersfield etc. The Sierras which includes Bishop and Offshore N CA near the Bay. Then you go S and quakes are showing up near Westmoreland CA and  Anza, Julian and some other S CA Locations.

There was a 4.7 quake today in Offshore Chiapas MX..  this is likely the cause of the sharp heart pains of last night.

Quakes continue in The Domino Islands, with quakes continuing near Marianas and Tonga, Fiji and Solomon’s..  this is the R rib pains which can be intense.. and can go from just under the ribs at the waist line.. all the way up to the upper rib cage just under the armpit.    The Marianas continue to shake with A/S from the 7.7 main quake.
There has also been more quakes near Oceania with quakes hitting Broughenville PNG

For anyone who is sensitive to the solar flares as I am,  this is what I recommend, not as a doctor but as a biological sensitive.  Lecithin and TUMS, Peppermint Tea, and soda crackers   it has worked for many people who react to these events.

If you are in KS and or TN, AR, AL, and or MO , the New Madrid System I would be very watchful for more quakes, be sure you have your Quake Emergency Supplies in a close to you location, this includes medical supplies, personal supplies, change of clothes, pet supplies if applicable and a out of state phone number.  Water and food for at least 3-7 days and batteries for light. Also  know   how to shut off your gas lines, get a key at any hardware store.

With all the recent flares be especially careful about your eyes and skin.  I used to have this on my site but removed it, now  during  the Winter now  I am re-adding it. Remember with the Sun,  even on overcast days, is too bright so wear your sun glasses, every time you go outdoors wear sunglasses and sunscreen. Go for a product that is an established brand.. don’t go for cheap… some sun screens have been recalled for burning their users. Sun glasses will stop or at least almost totally stop the chance of getting cataracts’ in your eyes.. the leading cause of cataracts’ is  Sun… even babies need eye protection.
