This is a short collection of what I have felt since my last update.
I have had some vision issues which are Oregon and I also have once again had intense sleepiness but its easing up … I have been dizzy a couple of times and that’s not just because I am blonde.
My right shoulder blade has been hurting on and off for a couple of days which is the Kuril Islands.  There has been quakes in 11 islands of the Domino Islands since the 6.7 in 8 of the islands have had moderate quakes. That leaves 3 to go.. Tonga, Samoa and Admiralty.. The major quake in Papua New Guinea with the L rib pains of Oceania but also watching for more in New Zealand and the Kermadec Islands.   My headache seems to be part of  my daily symptoms any more.. I do not recall having so many headaches since St Helens went active in 1980.. and other Cascades responded.  The stomach pains of the Sierras continue to cause me to watch that area of CA/NV with renewed interest.

Woke with major Charlie horse on R calf took almost 2 minutes to straighten out my leg… this is more for Peru/Brazil and or Columbia and Guatemala.

Had a slight bout of nausea last night did not last long but it went hand in hand with a bout of vertigo.   Watching for possible A/S in the area of Indonesia 19-26 and Ferndale CA between the 22 – 29th  between Eureka to the Bay and SF Bay proper * The Geysers * and Solomon islands as well the 22-29th.

Still headachy and feel St Helens may shake based on the fact that forehead which always swells over my eyes has been swelling for a couple of days.  I am not talking about a major event just more activity.
