MAJOR QUAKE STRIKES N OF HONSURAS TSUNAMI THREAT LIFTED
According to the quake links I use this is the magnitude they gave the quake but I tend to always go with the WCTWC lower or higher I trust their reports.

Would Honduras be included in the Peru/ Brazil, Columbia and Guatemala ( Ecuador ) for the major leg pains of the last 2 days, probably.
The West Coast Tsunami Warning Center gives this a 7.6which I am inclined to believe is more accurate.
This quake was downgraded to a 7.6 from a 7.8 event.. largest a/s due within 12 hrs. up to 72 hrs. plus or minus 12 hrs.
Getting the sharp R side heart pains again.
This quake was likely the cause of the major leg pains I have been experiencing since Sunday. as well as was some stress from over use carrying heavy loads of firewood but this one is I am sure mostly the quake.
90% of the pain is now gone. This one also likely went with the intense sound I reported hearing on Monday.
I also believe this was the cause of the waves of sadness and weeping out of no where, but that only happens when 12 plus people die suddenly, then it remembered hearing on the news tonight 12 persons lost their lives in Santa Barbara Channel CA, due to the heavy rains and the landslides from nothing to hold the dirt in place since the wild fires the last few months. Also I am sure that the quakes did not help stabilize the grounds. This would cover the cause of the weeping last night.
The sugar and carb craving as well.
Finally it was well within my timeline for a 7.0+ event which I had posted last night for January 6-14th plus or minus 12 hrs.
