What’s Next… I am just getting back into working on my blog so please take that into consideration when reading this.

It’s a work in progress.  As I get back into the habit of blogging the reports will be hopefully better organized.
So for now I am just sharing what’s been happening and what I am doing and reacting to.
The last week or so there has been multiple quakes in many locations, including Greece, India, Straits of Gibraltar, Chile and Turkey to name a few.
For the most part I was not overly concerned this last few days. Then things began to change yesterday checking out the quake list, I saw an event that for me puts things in a moderate stage of Alert or Heads up.  There are specific locations I watch and see patterns.
These patterns show up before every major or mega quake clear back to 1980, and I am sure before that.
We can have a “ timeline “ and not have a 7.0 or greater but you will not have a 7.0 or greater event, if there is Not a current timeline in force.  The last timeline ended at midnight on the 19th The new one started yesterday AM.
So based on past experience, the timeline is set.. as follows.
A major quake of 7.0 or greater will hit between March 22 and 29th plus or minus 12 hrs.
Quakes of 6.9 do not count and will not be accepted.  So the event really has to be at least a 7.0
So when the current timeline was set yesterday, March 22nd. I was watching and carefully monitoring my symptoms.
There were L rib pains * Oceania * and there was ‘ frogs ‘ this is the term * thanks dad * I use to describe the Small pulses one may experience it feels like a small pulse under the skin and that portion of the body will often Show small pulses as well. 
So one of the major precursors is the “ frogs “  basically all they mean is that there will be a quake, most often within 12-24 hrs, following the frogs in the water and measuring at least 6.5 or greater.
Then the rib pains which go with Oceania if they are on the L side. 
They can actually be in Australia, New Zealand, N or S Islands, Christchurch, Papua New Guinea with New Ireland, New Britain and Eastern New Guinea, and Kermadec Islands. Then a bit after 1:00 PM PDT day, there was a 7.0 on the report. So this one was a hit and on the first day.  So we still have the potential or more major quakes before this  timeline runs out.
There has been lots of small pains in the R shoulder blade, that is Kuril Islands.  Its possible this one can tie into R sided headaches but mostly its just quakes.
The full upper back pains is Indonesia. This is also headache and can be the cause of a sense of spaciness and if over 6.0 can also cause earaches.  If its volcanic in origin the headache will be most often in the back of the skull.
The recent stomach pains with L earaches led to lots of small with a couple moderate quakes in India. 
The L earache by itself goes with China/Pakistan/Afghanistan and India but when the earache and stomach pains started combining with some sharp heart pains, there was no doubt it would be near or in Nepal or Myanmar. 
The ants have been very active the last several days.  They are staying pretty much in their food box in the window sill but they are also on the floor. These are the larger ants, not the tiny dash ants.  So they were pretty much right on with not just today’s quake but also the recent quakes near this location about 21 miles away near Newberg Oregon.  It was only a 2.4 but the ants went nuts. 
Yesterday after the new timeline was set, I had to go out for a bit and noticed that the ants were coming up out of the concrete on the driveway. Some were carrying white dots. Eggs.  So they were picking up on something.  The weather was cooling down but no rain as of yet.  So made a note.  The bathroom had recently 2 days before also been hit with the same size ants. 
Checked last night and they were gone. The ones on the floor were down to 2 and the ones on the window sill were still there but far lower number perhaps less than a half dozen.   This set my “ heads up “ into high gear. I began to watch the cats, one cat sick over night.  Most often the cats only react with Oregon, and Simi Valley and Big Bear CA and Japan over 6.0 events..  So since we had recently had 3 quakes in Oregon, and one in Big Bear I was not overly concerned.
But laying down to sleep last night I began to get pain, L side, I thought at first it was my heart, but then I realized it was my L rib and I was getting sharp jabs plus “ frogs “ so I knew it was Oceania. 
I made a verbal report to the scientist I report to and told him I had frogs and I was having some strong rib pains.
I had been craving carbs all day and sugar as well.  So finally fell asleep but woke about 3 AM, got up and made Popcorn.
This is classic for earthquake precursors.  So went back to sleep about 4:30 and slept till about 9:15 AM.
Before I check the quakes and solar activity I make my report. One cat sick over night.
At 10:18 this morning I reported continuing pain on L ribs, Oceania, and back pains, Indonesia as well as spaciness. I also reported once again I was experiencing some pressure in the sternum and back… that’s solar.
About 1:22 PM today there was a 7.0 in Papua New Guinea  * Oceania * L ribs.  So it was a hit.
So we still have 6 days for more events in the 7.0 + range.
Past experience says largest aftershock will hit in 12-24 hrs or less, if not then, near the 72 hr. mark.
Rarely you will see a larger event in the 12-24 hrs which makes the original event a foreshock.
At this time I am feeling mid low back pains, this is Fiji and Tonga … the full upper back pains for Indonesia and R shoulder blade pains of Kuril Islands.
Chile is still shaking and in response people are acting out. The shooting and terrorist attack in Russia was a prime example. Its not the event, but the timing of the event.  But shootings, suicides, murders, domestic violence, road rage and instant anger for apparently no reason out of the blue all are brought to focus by Chile. My biggest issue is lack of patience. Yelling at AI on the phone.
The actual locations are Chile, Bolivia and or Argentina and their borders. The size is not the issue, it’s the frequency. So many quakes in Chile, just since the 21st  there has been 74  quakes in various locations in Chile. That’s lots of activity.  I noticed ones in Tarapaca, Atacama, as well as Maule and Bio Bio the site of the 2010 event.
The last 3 minutes I have been getting a deep L earache.  Again as above and any event in the water over 6.0 and there are some locations that can cause earaches but most of them are combined with sharp heart pains.
So far, thankfully today, no heart pains.  Chile causes pain over the L ear, neuralgia and L eye pains. Headache also on the L side. 
Both legs, especially knees are hurting.  R side is Peru/Brazil/Columbia/Guatemala and Panama and the L side is Ecuador and Guatemala.  I recently found that I have a bit of water on the knee, on the L side but there are days it is hardly noticed and the R side is so sore I can barely walk.. then Peru has a quake and wow, I can walk with no problem. 
Finally I am experiencing stiff neck L side, this is part of the Canary Islands.  But I am also watching all the locations that are tied to the African Plate, this includes Pyrenees, Straits of Gibraltar, South Africa, Spain, Portugal, Morocco and for my purposes the Azores.
So that’s it for now.. I am still hoping to get more specific symptoms and I will post them if I do
part of the pressure in the back I am sure is tied into the recent solar CME and Halo which I was able to notify them ahead of time actually I have been doing that this entire week. One event was about 45 minutes after warning them.
Now at 8:30 PM PDT I am getting R side deep earache and the L side is okay after hurting about 6 minutes ago.
So when we are looking at both sides, other than the obvious, larger water events there can be more in Palm Springs Whittier Pasadena and Burbank.. but the R side earaches go with Taiwan, Leeward, Windward, Trinidad, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.
If its combined with stomach pains then it becomes volcanic in origin. * Italy, Sicily, Crete, Greece *

Addition: Its now 2 AM 3/24 and I see patterns which tell me that a quake is building in Indonesia.
Activity in Philippines, Oceania and Hawaii.. * R side earache, headache and some pain over the R side brow bone and that’s volcanic in origin. Have been hearing UHF on and off for several hours, this tends to be a iffy precursor for some larger water events. First L ear and then R ear tone lasts from 5-25 seconds. Full upper back pains that is again Indonesia. Again the Oceania activity causes the L rib pains. The areas area AU, NZ including N and S Island and Christchurch as well as PNG which includes New Britain and New Ireland and Eastern New Guinea PNG and the Kermadec Islands… There has been a couple a/s but nothing big since the 7.0 event.
Contact in AZ reports dizzy, frogs and headache. Contact in CO reports unsettled not feeling well.. 3/24/24 2:55AM

Nothing that I am overly concerned about.
Current number of quakes in N CA The Geysers area is at 378 events in the last 7 days
when the quakes get over 200 in one week almost always there will be a 4.0 or greater.
This usually shows up with quakes at The Geysers area, Healdsburg, Cloverdale, Mammoth
Lakes, Bishop and into Coalinga. This can be inland or offshore. If Offshore the quakes are usually
between Eureka and The Bay and SF Bay proper.

Continuing to monitor The Imperial Valley specifically Borrego Springs and Mexicali area.
Watching the Wasatch and New Madrid Fault areas.. including
ID, UT, NM, MT, WY, CO, and OK, TX, MO, TN, IL and VA, GA.
There are many more but these are the ones I am watching. The first 6 will cause stomach pains.
with some seismic flu, Intestinal flu possible. The last 8 are stomach and intestinal flu symptoms.

Headache really intense frontal and sides of temples. Volcanic and solar symptoms
Stiff neck L side Canary Islands
Lots of chest, back and sternum pressure  Solar Flu
L rib pains again more for Oceania.

Received notice today that we are in the mist of a severe G4 Solar Storm
If  you are in an area where you can see the sky there will be some auroras visible but with
the extra daylight and weather its not really a good place to see much of anything

For those who are sensitive this will manifest as pressure on the sternum,  mid upper back
as well as pressure, pain from the sternum to the navel.  This often mimics a “gall bladder attack”
The best defense for these symptoms is Hot Sweet Peppermint Tea as hot and sweet as you can
stand it… soda crackers and lecithin either powdered or oil capsules 2  1200 mg caps wait about 2 hours and take two more if needed or you can use granules as its a food product.  Warning. Be sure to check with you doctor if you have any major health issues or are pregnant.  I thought some years ago this was a solar attack, it was, but it was also my gall bladder, I had emergency surgery and spent 5 days in the hospital.
A friend of mine just went through the same thing.  Interestingly getting the gall bladder removed does not stop the symptoms, you still get them.  You Need To Get Your pH down. If you are really sick please go to your medical provider or hospital.  I had severe infection it could have ended very badly.
Cats are very ancey today.. pacing and meowing.. Not overly hungry but wanting extra attention.
Ants are very active the solar storm has them really upset. No spiders noticed. Yea.
The dash ants, have been getting on the table, counter and wall since yesterday PM,
This is the first time they have been this active in over a year. The regular ants, I can still
see some on the floor and the balance of them are in the windowsill and their food dish with
a few on the bathroom floor. They showed up in the bathroom about 3 days before the major CME and Halo and X Flare. but also the 7.0 quake in Papua New Guinea.

As we get closer to the April 8 Total Eclipse I will be posting information and concerns about the
