| Just a note May 29 I am still feeling the solar flu symptoms. I was awake all night and sent a notice to my space weather contact at 5:30 AM I was feeling so bad. Told them it was still feeling like halo but now I was also feeling possible X flare and or CME At 7:37 AM PDT, 2 hrs and 37 minutes later a X 1.4 flare with likely a accompanying CME was seen leaving the sun. Sent another notice to my contact at 9:27AM PDT today. My symptoms are not getting any better so in my experience, it means that its not over. So I am going to go and lay down and try to ride this one out. Quake wise Several of the locations I was feeling have shown up. Kermadec Islands, Kuril Islands, Iceland, Myanmar was close to my feelings for India along with Himachal Pradesh India but not sure about Nepal. Lots more in Baja CA MX. Will update later today hopefully will feel better by then. 9:55 AMPDT 5/29 There has been 2 sunspot areas that are in view now.. One is AR3697 which was AR3664 and the other one was AR3691 which was AR3663 So there has been activity from both locations today. AR 3697 had a M2.5 and a X 1.4 event. | Today I am not going to go into lots of detail for symptoms as it was pretty bad all day. Mostly due to the solar activity and some Indonesia activity. The quakes in Oklahoma, Western Texas, Arkansas and New Mexico have all added to the intense low back pains and seismic Flu. Heart pains were likely due to the solar activity but I am also watching more for Mexico as well as Imperial Valley and Landers Quake Zone CA. Still getting the Kuril Islands, activity R shoulder blade. L knee really painful so waiting for more for Ecuador and or Guatemala. 11:31 PM PDT Precursors are all in place for Indonesia activity to pick up. There are 4 events I watch for Indonesia and all 4 have shown up. Remember the timeline ends at 6 AM Friday but can end as early as midnight tomorrow night. No sick cats, No Spiders, ants last night but left within 30 minutes of being seen. Ignored their food dish. Just had a signal ant on my computer screen, no others seen. If they come up and are visible active etc. its ok but when they come up and disappear fairly quickly, that’s more precursor. |

The Charlotte King Effect 
Just a heads up that at least three of us are experiencing extreme tiredness and random sleep, since Monday. Extremely tired and “have” to sleep, sometimes for a few hours and totally out. Then usually another large M- or X-class flare hits after the sleepiness clears away.

Yes I have heard that from others who get reactions to the solar activity. I personally do not experience this symptom for solar but I do experience it for quakes in the Loma Prieta Quake Zone. Especially Santa Cruz, San Jose and Morgan Hill. Thanks for sharing your experience.

I too have been having solar flare symptoms of extreme lethargy and sleepiness where I just can’t keep my eyes open and have to lay down and sleep a few hours just to get through the day. Luckily I don’t experience any earthquake or volcanic eruption symptoms but the solar flares affect me for sure. I can’t image how awful it must be for you Charlotte to be feeling all these events happening all the time around the world in your physical body. Have you found anything at all that works to protect your body from experiencing these symptoms or at least lessening their intensity?

Nothing that really seems to work. I am trying out a couple of different EMF protection blankets none have worked so far but I have another one I will be trying the next time its needed.
