| Noteworthy: Just after posting about 12:00 PM today I was walking down the hall and was hit with a major and I mean major Charley Horse L lower back calf. If this is not the result of over work on Sunday then there is going to be a notable quake in Peru/Brazil/Columbia/Guatemala and or Ecuador * some times more recently Costa Rica and Panama * event. Hopefully sooner than later… The cramp is still so painful I am unable to put weight on my L leg. I had mentioned one area of interest for me was CENTRAL AMERICA and all these locations part part of that… as well as the spaciness which is Chile, Bolivia and or Argentina. | Cats, Ants Spiders Worms and Observations: Cats are ok pretty laid back today. No ants reported No spiders seen. One bird flew into window in S CA could have been precursor for quake in LA area or saw reflection of sky and flowers in window. This is not uncommon for birds to get disorientated before some quakes. Remember before large quakes pigeons in many cases can’t fly and personal experience has show some birds have the same reaction or problem depending on location. Reports …. heard from UK ear /hearing issues, spacey and disorientated from AZ and Washington, headache and spacey and pain in lots of areas CO. Stomach pains in OR and WA and AZ. | :Symptoms and Locations: For me its mostly headache had some moderate itching but pretty much gone now. Spacey again. Need to take Meclizine did not take it for several days again. Last night or early AM when I would sit up from my bed the room was spinning not vertigo type but totally woozy… had to lay down again. Back pains mostly in the L rib side. Japan and parts of Oceania come to mind. Earaches were on and off late last night not too bad today. Lots of Ultra High Frequency or UHF tones in mostly my L ear but also showing up on the R side. Still have rib pains squeezing which for me is almost always solar. Leg pains especially the L one again. Knee area and sides of leg and shin front. Swelling again today. Mid back pains lasted just a bit that’s Turkey. Stomach pains can be both quakes like the Wasatch/New Madrid or volcanic in origin. Low back pains more for Texas and Utah… and maybe ID. Balance is off need to be very careful walking. Chest pains on and off for the last 12-24 hrs. These are I am sure tied into seismic activity and is a precursor. Mostly S CA into Mexico and Mexico proper. Central America and Japan over 6.0 as well as parts of Chile, and Panama as well…. Columbia… Peru/Brazil/Columbia and Panama are all connected to the leg pains as well as Guatemala and Ecuador. Continue to watch African Plate locations. South Africa etc. Small quakes in NM and NJ and South Africa as well as some additional activity in Japan, and 3 small events in Central America, Peru, El Salvador Nicaragua and Chile. |

Good Morning from rainy Connecticut. Sorry to hear about the major cramp you had in your leg. Tonic water helps. Yesterday afternoon I had pain just under the cheekbone on the right side of my face. I also started with that funny “under the radar” headache too. I was also getting some weird sensations (especially when I went outside) like pressure on my sternum.
Mercury will be going retrograde in just a few days and since Mercury rules travel and communication, I wonder what types of events will arise to disrupt travel by air, car, boat or train???? Or even mess with our power grid? Hopefully it will be a gentle retrograde for August. Mercury retrograde is in the sign of Leo, and whatever happens will be “bright and bold”, true to Leo style! Normal Mercury retrograde period is about 3 weeks.

All I know about Mercury Retrograde is ” Murphy’s Law ” if something can go wrong, it will.
Thanks for the reminder I know it lasts till Sept. 12.. and I know be very careful in signing any kind of contract and I know pe1991ople who have put off elective surgeries with Mercury Retrograde. Thanks for your input… the Right side cheekbone for me has never been an issue but one time. A massive landslide in Oregon back in 1991.
