| The N. CA Geysers current numbers are at 395 quakes for 7 days. Only when we reach quake numbers over 200 events in 7 days, is there cause for concern. I have learned once we reach the 200 quake ceiling, a quake of 4.0 or greater event happening within 72 hrs *this can be inland or offshore* N. CA., from Eureka to the Bay including SF Bay proper, The Geysers and Sierras all the way to Central CA and Coalinga is almost a certainty. |

NO CURRENT TIMELINE IS IN EFFECT Obviously nothing is set in stone but going back to the major quakes of over a hundred years ago no major quakes have hit outside of the timelines. Some times there will be a 6.5+ but I can’t count them unless they are at least 7.0 I use the Tsunami Warning Center in AK as the final word on any questions as to magnitude. Sometimes the timelines will have a space of a few days and many times they run back to back, With the recent activity I would expect a back to back timeline so watching for my alerts. |

| Symptoms and Locations: Balance/Dizziness: Balance has been worse than usual need to hang up to something to walk around the house. Headache: The headache has mostly been connected to Chile, L side but its also brow bone pain, volcano precursor Back pains: There has been pain over most of the back today Mid upper back for Turkey and full upper back for Indonesia has been really painful for several hours The mid lower back pains of Tonga and Fiji there has been more quakes in both locations. Lower back pains for Wasatch and New Madrid pains are so much ID, TX, OK, UT, WY, KS, TN, MO, NM, TN, IL and more… the very low back pains into the sacrum on and off today. The R side of shoulder blade is Kuril Islands and the L shoulder blade is Japan both have had quakes since the last update. Ribs: The L ribs are Oceania with AU, NZ, PNG and the Kermadec Islands ..multiple events in the Kermadecs and NZ both N and S Islands, there was quakes in Australia and New Zealand as well as Kermadec Islands. The R ribs are Dominos, including the areas of Tonga, Fiji, Marianas, Vanuatu, Santa Cruz Islands again quakes today in Toga, Fiji, Marianas and Vanuatu. L ribs were more painful. The back ribs are sore. Leg pains: L leg is Ecuador and Guatemala, There has been quakes today in both locations. The R side leg is Peru, Brazil, Columbia, Panama and Costa Rica.. there has been quakes today in Peru and Costa Rica. The knees seem to be most affected today Heart: Sharp heart pains continue on and off today suspect they are connected to the quakes in Baja CA Sur MX. They also go with quakes over 6.5 in Japan. With some quakes in Italy and Hawaii as well as Borrego Springs and India/Nepal… and in some parts of Southern CA. Achy heart pains are more connected to volcanic related quakes and or quakes inland and offshore WA, OR and Northern and Central CA. The Geysers of Northern CA are also part of the area that will cause achy heart pains as are the Sierras Mammoth Lakes and Bishop and Coalinga S. The Cascades will also cause achy heart pains with the volcanoes in both OR and WA. Quakes in AK and Iceland as well as Philippines. Stomach Pains: Stomach pains all day today since 6 AM and continuing 9 hours later Stomach pains today have been lasting longer than usual. The main areas that cause these pains are the areas of volcanoes of the Cascades like Mt St Helen’s, Mt Rainier, Mt Hood and Mt Adams this same pain carries over into Sierras with Mammoth Lakes, Bishop, or Ridgecrest etc Parts of Landers Quake Zone including both Yucca Valley, Simi Valley, Big Bear. Imperial Valley including Borrego Springs and El Centro, Ocotillo Wells.. and then it goes into Alaska and Iceland.. there are others but this is the strongest areas that cause stomach pains. The Wasatch and New Madrid will cause most pains. ID, UT, KS, NM, WY, TX, OK, TN, MO The quakes in these areas cause stomach pains and larger ones will cause seismic flu which is instant onset of stomach or intestinal flu symptoms that comes and goes without a fever. Vision: Vision has been really bad the last couple of days. Really hard to read text on both cell phone and laptop. Issues with contrast and having ghosting again today as of almost 3 PM. Solar Connections: There has been banding symptoms as well as pain in the sternum into the back and from the sternum to the navel with a bit of heart burn, so watching for Filaments or halos as well as larger flares or CME. The Chile Connection: Still see signs of Chile and with the recent quakes in that area I expect more. |
| Where Next: Continue to watch Turkey, Mexico, Japan and India/Nepal as well as Chile plus the expected a/s to earlier quake activity. Baja CA MX and Baja CA Sur MX both could have more quakes. |

The balance is a big one and headache and stomach pain. Be careful… stay in touch.
