I am watching the increase in quakes in the California Sierras.
The main symptom for this area is stomach pains.  I call them the  ” green apple bellyache ”   The quakes number into the 230+ and climbing.  I do not believe this is going to escalate in to anything of concern at this time but I remember vividly the series of quakes at Mammoth Lakes in 1980 after St Helens with magnitudes into the 6.0+
So that said there are more quakes happening in the geysers than make me comfortable.  This is not unusual but with the numbers over 220 the chances for another 4.0+ event within the next 12-24 hrs. is much higher and the timeline is open for the next largest a/s of the 5.0 The Geysers and the 4.2 Monterey CA quakes, within the next 12-36 hrs.
The R earache I reported last night to my group was realized with a Taiwan quake within hours of my posting.  I have also reported watching for more in the area of Turkey including the Ionian, Caspian and ” Aegean ” sea.. so far Aegean is quiet. But the quakes in Turkey are also connected to The Dodecanese Islands of both Greece and Turkey.  Achy heart pains, chest pressure and headache… back pains, elbow pains. * This is an area symptom that mimics heart attack symptoms. Be aware where the earthquake symptoms end and the physical emergency  symptoms begin * Don’t take chances with your life.

My back has been hurting but mostly its the L shoulder blade of Japan, and then the mid upper back of quakes near SF CA.
There was a short time I had low back pains yesterday which are the Wasatch and New Madrid area.  Still watching for more in  ID, UT and TN as well as KS and OK.
Oregon vision issues are bad this morning. Cat ok . No ants. There has been more Leg pains. L side Ecuador and R side Peru.  Sharp heart pains are part of the El Centro /Borrego Springs and Imperial Valley area.  Mexico still causing symptoms with Colima Volcano.   St Helens has been fairly quiet and that can be good or bad.  If good, things will stay quiet if not, wait for 3 days and see what might happen.  Sometimes its only 12 hrs. of quiet before something happens.
