Happy July 4th.. America’s Independence Day

This update is being done on my blog due to the fact that I had a major computer crash and will be unable to get any out going email addresses unless I receive an email from you and then it will go back into my outlook mail.  As soon as I am able to afford it I will be having my hard drive from one laptop cloned to the other laptop.  Hopefully soon.

I have not written since May 25th not because there was nothing happening but mostly because there was nothing major that I needed to report. Then about a week ago my computer crashed. I was typing and it went black and the nothing. Not a battery issue and not a OS issue.  It happened on the same day as the Wannacry Worm/Trojan virus was unleashed but it did not act like a virus.  According to NORTON® they did not think it is/was the virus but just in case both clones are being scanned before I use them.  I am pasting this into my blog page as I am too uncomfortable to rewrite it. Apologies if information has changed with quakes etc.

So I was able to with help from long time friend back to the Project Migraine era, Devon,  secure a good working used laptop.  They cloned my former laptop HD onto this one and I have my emails up to September.  I called my provider and they  sent me all of June, but what I was not aware of was that although I have the emails for June, I did not get the outgoing emails and even the ones I have, I don’t have Bcc.. so for the time being I have no outgoing email addresses. So if you are reading this and subscribe to my emails, please send me a quick email so I will have your addresses to add to my outgoing outlook email.  I have the ones from September, but nothing since.  I think I have added many new subscribers since then.

All they will do is take my previous  Dell computer lap top which I was using and clone that HD onto this one and I will have all the information I had on that computer and on the Toshiba both on the HD of my new/used Toshiba.   Then they are going to format one of the drives, I believe its a 500 Gig drive and I will get a case with a USB 3.0 connection for speed and will have my provider download all my emails on their server.  Not sure I will get all of the data but they are holding 167, 284 emails plus or minus.   So this kind of event will not happen again, even if I crash a computer I will have a total email backup.

I have had solar flu from time to time, which is the result of solar activity and can be a flare, CME or partial or full halo. These are mostly felt in the form of pain that centers just below the sternum and will end somewhere just above the navel. It can also include pain in the center of the back. This pain for those who are not aware, mimics a gall bladder attack. Somehow in the past I put it together and found that Lecithin followed by an antacid would help. First I took 2- 1200 mg Lecithin oil caps and they are not expensive but they are large and I nearly choked one time so now I take 4 of the Lecithin Powder capsules.. they are smaller and lighter. For anyone who has a problem swallowing larger capsules etc. I take them in my yogurt, each spoon holds one capsule. I actually take all my pills that way. No problems and no fear of choking. I follow the Lecithin with 2 antacids. For me TUMS ®or GasX ® works best for others it can be something else. If I am away from home I use baking soda in water.. anything that will raise the alkalinity of your system.

So that said, its been fairly quiet, I had a short bout of the solar flu a couple of days ago but not since then. Then out of the blue I was hit with this major attack of pain in the area of the R ribs.

At this writing I am still experiencing major Right Rib pains. This is the area that I have identified as ” The Domino Islands ” I call them the Dominos because over the 30+ years I have been doing this, quakes that hit in such places as Tonga, or Fiji or Santa Cruz etc. if over a 6.5 seem to trigger the other islands in the area with quakes of their own. So the entire list I watch is ” Tonga, Fiji, Samoa, Marianas, Santa Cruz, Solomon, Admiralty, Marshal, Caroline and Vanuatu Islands. There is one thing to note. If the quake happens in the area of Oceania * on the other side of the International Date Line * the symptoms are often experienced on the opposite side of the body. This current attack began 2 plus days ago with pain on the top back side of my R hip, just below the waist line, for those who know this is a classic FIBROMYALGIA trigger point. Then as is usual for me , the pain began to move up to where it is now, in the outside edge on my ribs on the R side.
I have tried almost everything I know to get rid of the pain. Its beginning to cause some slight nausea now since pain can do that. I can’t take any pain meds so this one I have to work out naturally. Usually my friend, subscriber and massage therapist Rosemary helps me work through this and I just spoke to her and she will be available tomorrow so if this continues I will be there tomorrow and hopefully will be able to relieve these pain spasms.

Some mild heart pains but nothing major.  Borrego Springs stomach and heart.

Other areas of concern are the Sierras and Switzerland.  The Sierras which usually has a count of 40 quakes this morning  ” Long Valley ” which is mostly all  Mammoth Lakes CA, was coming in at nearly 300 quakes. This is stomach pain that I describe as a ” Green Apple Bellyache ”   all over stomach pains.  This area I treat with HOT SWEET PEPPERMINT TEA and soda crackers.. it will usually stop the pain within 20-30 minutes. N CA   The Geysers 155 ~  Los Angeles 25~ and Long Valley 288

Switzerland is high with 60 quakes in the last 7 days,  the largest being 4.3  * although I do not usually point fingers unless it has to do with geo thermal drilling and the quakes it has caused.  These quakes I believe * this is a personal opinion * are being caused by the recent testing of the next phase of increasing the output of the EMF at the CERN collider which is  housed near Geneva Switzerland. The quakes increased as their testing was ramped up beginning on June 6th.

The Geysers of N CA are fairly stable at this time.  There has been periodic activity both inland and offshore N CA .  Recently we had a small mini swarm of quakes near Redding CA which is only about 50 miles or less from MT Shasta. So based on symptoms I believe these were volcanic quakes.  Similar to St Helens with the  back of skull L side headache  along with some achy heart pains helped to identify the location.

Another area of interest is the volcanoes in AK.  Especially the Bogoslof,  Volcano in the Aleutians islands.   This  one is R side headache classic for AK but there is also stomach pains some of them have been pretty intense.  The Peppermint tea does not work as well for this area but it does take the edge off.  There has been quite a bit of activity from day to day. Today Cleveland Volcano another AK volcano has been more active.  I also watch Redoubt, Spur and Pavlof volcanoes in AK.

My lower back has been acting up but its due to the recent activity along the Wasatch/New Madrid Fault.. there has been more quakes than I am happy about with events happening not only in OK but KS, AR, TN, MO, IL, VR as well as the usual activity in ID, UT, MT and WY, as well as AZ and NM and TX..

There has been quite a bit of recent activity in Yellowstone National Park.
This has been on going in the form of a swarm for several weeks.  There is the usual hype and FEAR mongering going around but I am not concerned.  I have not been concerned because I know if this was related to the volcano, I would be experiencing major symptoms and I am not.  Most of these quakes are closer to MT on the boarder of Yellowstone National Park.  These quakes are not too far from Lake Hebgen * Hebgen Lake is located in Southwest Montana and is created by Hebgen Dam. It is well known for the 1959 Hebgen Lake earthquake which occurred nearby on August 17, 1959, forming Quake Lake which is located immediately downstream *  This is the quake.7.2  Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming    1959-08-18 06:37:20 UTC   even this quake did not any major changes at Yellowstone there were some landslides and a temporary changes at one of the geysers but little damage.
There has been  79 quakes near Yellowstone National Park WY. in the last 30 days.  The distance between the quakes at Yellowstone Park WY, to Lake Hebgen MT is only 12 miles. So the connection is there between the two locations.

The ants have been active for several we days.   First in invasion mode  and then mass exodus.   There were reports of ants carrying their eggs this is not a good thing as ants go.
Usually when they move with their eggs they are leaving their nest because they perceive danger.   They have been all over the counters and some on the floor.  Then they disappeared  on Saturday and there  was a 5.9 in Chile today. Just like people ants seem to react more to quakes in CHILE.  People are very sensitive to quakes in Chile as well.  This is especially true of persons who are bi polar and or manic depressive.  They often need medication adjustments.
Then we have the emotional aspects of Chile which are  Anger, Road Rage, Suicides,
Shootings, Murders, Domestic violence and the Timing  of Terrorist Attacks.

In the 3 days 4 days prior to the 5.9 quake there  has been several incidents  such as:

A gunman opened fire inside a New York City hospital Friday, killing a woman and wounding several people before killing himself, according to law enforcement officials. The suspect was identified as a former doctor at the hospital.  The gunman, who was wearing a white lab coat and had ID on him, shot himself on the 16th floor of Bronx-Lebanon Hospital, according to law enforcement officials. The body of a woman who was shot was found near his body, the officials said.  Five other people were injured in the shooting. Three of those are in serious condition from gunshot wounds, a law enforcement source said.  This is another classic Chile  emotional event.     Road Rage
